What makes this even more upsetting is that the person who sold us the system represented herself as an authorized dealer, but I later learned she was not authorized. Since then, we've been met with poor communication, a lack of accountability, and no real effort to make this situation right. No one should spend $12,652 on a water system only to have it fail in less than a year and then struggle to get help. We trusted this company, and we feel completely let down. I would strongly urge anyone considering doing business with H2O Water & Health Solutions to verify who is authorized to sell their products, read the warranty carefully, and get every promise in writing before signing anything. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Our insurance adjuster then recommended Servpro for the repairs. Three months after the event occurred, we did not have a start date. Communication was lacking and overall customer service was poor. We had one manager tell us we could patch some damaged flooring, and another come out shorty after (since the first manager's team dropped the ball) and tell us the flooring could not be patched, and all of the home's flooring would need to be demolished and repaired. We ended up cancelling the service contract and going on our own for the repairs with two other contractors. Perhaps Servpro is fine for the dry out, but I would not recommend them for repairs.

A call from the neighbor while we were out of town and we needed to act quickly. Got a hold of Vicki in the office who was able to get Steve out on site the same day (worked around another job; thank you) and determined the issue, got the water shut off, and scheduled the fix two days later. They came in on time, performed the job as quoted and communicated great. I would not hesitate to use again with one caveat and that is I felt the cost was high and very much quoted off the cuff. I wasn't in a position to find competing bids, nor did I really want to considering this company had gone the extra mile already. Bottom line, this is a good company, professional, knowledgeable and does what they say they're going to do. I would just be a little cautious and careful with price.
