    Steak frites

I had their steak frites and it was pretty good. I also enjoyed the large selection of draft beer that they have. I was a little surprised by the price of the 12 ounce draft beers at $12 it was definitely a little steep

Staying at intercontinental hotel and this restaurant is located inside. Have to say from the get go it was good. Very friendly service. Was helped immediately. My food didn't take long and it was hot and fresh. My Nashville hot Brussels sprouts were very good! The grilled chicken sandwich with house made chips was delicious.

Both were delicious. I like dark beers and these two didn't make me feel fatigue or heavy / bloated. The vibe is a little grunge, a little beer hally, and a little rock all combined into one. They have a ton of live music throughout the month although my trip, which was 530pm on a Tuesday didn't include any. They have a garden / smoking section out back with 3-4 picnic benches that felt really huge. I could definitely come back and would even consider a show here. Reason why I knock it down from 3 stars to 2 is because when we walked in, one of the managers gave us such a dirty look. And when we said hi, he gave a half hearted smile and turned back to doing his audits. Sure, everyone has a bad day. And perhaps he was reacting to something different. Nevertheless, I was ready to get my drink and be out. Was hungry and wanted food but decided rather spend my money elsewhere.

Insert Beacon Public House, a true hidden gem and must-visit if you're in the neighborhood. While yes, it is inside of the now Graduate Hotel, it stands alone as a quality eatery regardless. Parking in this area is super tough, but it's right off the Light Rail station, so that might the most ideal plan. A few spots are available outside if you're lucky! The interior is well decorated with large booths spanning one wall and plenty of tables covering the rest. Mostly college student servers, but they've always been great when I've headed here for a bite! American food, well done and not pretentious, fills out the menu! On my most recent visit, I enjoyed the Short Rib Dip with Sweet Potato Tots! The large portion of meat and cheese were perfect for dipping in the accompanying au jus which also included caramelized onions stacked inside. The tots were crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside, which offered a lovely sweet/savory pop between bites of my sandwich. Can't wait to come back and try something new!

There are a handful of breakfast offerings including eggs Benedict with a lemony hollandaise. Excellent service from Ella! I didn't have any issue with a wait on a weekday morning. Decor matches the rustic touches of the adjoining hotel. I did enjoy the big teal booths - comfortable and cute.
