    Nachos with carnitas

Fun place! Good food! We had the cucumber vodka punch bowel (great deal for the price!), nachos with yummy carnitas , chicken quesadilla, Thai wings, and the chicken sandwich with tots. Food was so good, came out quick, and they were very kind with our requests. We would love to come back when we are in town. Servers were fast and attentive and tolerated us getting up to play games during their service!

This place is intense! The ambience after 5pm is chaotic and crazy, exactly what you'd expect on a Friday night! Lots of children, bday parties and adult parties everywhere you turn. Food is phenomenally good - we had a few apps and drinks before jetting to another more casual spot; there was no chance of getting onto any games. Don't sleep on this place for a fun night - come early and stay for the fun!

    IT'S GIVING TROPICAL punch bowl

We've always enjoyed going to Punch Bowl Social and almost each time we go, there's something new! We enjoyed an hour of darts - SO fun especially with the gifs that play after each throw We split a It's Giving Tropical punch bowl between 4 of us and it was plenty to drink! It lives up to its name - it gives tropical vibes for sure! After, I had a Honey Berry Fizz non-alcoholic drink and was very impressed! We also split pretzel bites, chips/guacamole/salsa, a chicken quesadilla, and cilantro honey boneless wings. Each sharable was delicious! We all walked away plenty full. Before heading out, we stopped by the fun Photo Booth wall in the bath (passed the bathrooms) and had so much fun with the different settings! One of my favorite parts about going to Punch Bowl Social is how easy parking is! There's a free underground, heated garage directly beneath the restaurant and it's easy to take the stairs or elevator up one floor and end up very close to the check-in stand. While we were here, there was a larger party celebrating a wedding! They reserved some of the interactive games, but it didn't dampen our experience at all. Party reservations is certainly something to look into!

I had no idea that Punch Bowl had Brunch and others must not either because it was very quiet mid-day on a Saturday. I actually preferred their brunch over their typical lunch/dinner menu, which is why I am giving them 5 stars for this experience. The portions sizes were large for the cost of the menu items and overall tasted amazing. The Avocado Toast bread was thick and chewy with perfectly cooked eggs on top. If you like spicy, make sure to smother your breakfast burrito in queso! Plus, both came with a side salad to balance out your meal. Our server was still learning and our drinks took longer than expected, but that was my only complaint. Our group was not interested in sticking around and playing games, but there are several things to do including bowling if you want to make this more of an event than just a dinner.

Decided to check out PBS after having dinner at the West End. We had a larger group and needed somewhere to hang out a bit longer. It was a Wednesday night, wasn't too busy. I'm pretty sure they have 3 bars but only the main big bar was open. It was a bit slow getting drinks. I ordered a drink from the specialty holiday menu. I ordered "we slept in", but after my friend received her drink that looked identical to mine I realized the bartender made me the wrong drink. He did not offer to remake it but did apologize for the mix up. My cousins decided to play pool and the rest of us just kind of chilled in the area around them. We did find a cute photo booth setup and took a few pics. PBS offers quite a bit to do. They have karaoke, bowling, jenga, board games, darts and bit more. I will say that it was a bit annoying that out of the 3 entrances only 1 was open. It was freezing outside and would have been nice to use the entrance/exit connected to the elevator area to go back to the underground parking lot. Also the fact that the side of the main entrance that was open, everything was already shut down on that side (restaurant & bar area).

    Espresso Martini (don't recommend)

We ate in the bar around 7 on a Friday night. The vibe was kind of weird. It feels like they don't know if they want to be a sports bar, or family friendly, or loud/musicy, etc. I wish desperately they had more actual punch bowls hahaha, really misleading with the name and would set them apart! The food was expensive so we opted for a side salad and fries. The salad was actually fantastic haha, and the menu did have good variety. The espresso martini was icky. Overall would only come back to try out some games. Service was good, but we didn't know if we'd be Served in the bar for like 10 mins - the front desk should tell you!

I made a reservation at the last minute for a large party to celebrate my 60th Birthday. The Manager was very accommodating and provided us with a spacious area. Our server was Paige and she was Excellent and Patient. The Food and Drinks were great and the food came out timely.

Love this place! Super spacious with tables, booths and high tops. Lots of fun activities such as bowling, arcade games, darts, connect 4, karoke rooms and so much more. Service was slow, but our server was really friendly. Food and drinks were great! I I got my burger for to go and it was tasty after all the fun. 2 thick patties with tots. I had the frozen mango margarita there...amazing!! Chocolate cake with icecream was devine. Lots of fun drink and food options! I enjoy this place overall and had loads of fun!

I came here during a weekday to meet my co-workers for happy hour. I have not been here before so I wasn't sure what to expect. It is a wonderful place for a happy hour and there is something for everyone. If you wanted to be more on the active side, there are bowling alleys, skee ball games, bocce ball, arcade games, etc. The place was so large I did not have a chance to explore the whole place. We decided to sit down and grab something to drink and eat instead. The menu had a good variety of options and prices were very reasonable for the portions you receive. And for the non-drinkers, there is a nice cocktail menu as well. The food was very tasty and we were happy with everything that we ordered. We got the hummus, rosemary fries, bbq pork sliders, pretzel bites and nachos. The restaurant is slightly nostalgic and a throwback to the 80's. Lots of people so the ambience is lively but can be a bit loud if you're trying to have a conversation. As this is in a large outdoor shopping mall, the parking is underground so you'll have to walk a little bit to get to the restaurant. I had fun and would come back for another happy hour.

Wow, love the food here! Not all people are able to make chicken and waffles but Punch Bowl can! I took a seat at the bar and the bar tender was wonderful.

I ended up here with a friend and it was a dead night but they had trivia. The place is very large and has bowling, darts, as well as all types of other games. We did not play any games because we were just catching up. We sat at the bar and the bartenders were very nice they have a large selection of beer and cocktails but if you are a wine drinker this is not the place for you. There is a limited amount and canned wine??@!? Yes, you read that right. The food was actually surprisingly good. The Brussels sprouts came in a giant serving and were packed with flavor. The wings were juicy and not the anorexic ones you get in some places. The tacos were very tasty as well. The beans well could use some help but were just a side to the tacos. Overall the food was very good. The portion size was large. The bar had some sort of tiki-like feel with the bartenders dressed in Hawaiian shirts. The mood was kinda dead because it was a weeknight but trivia was going on keeping it alive. This location also has underground parking very close by so you can park for free and just walk around.

A fun place to meet up with friends for a night out! The service is nice and the menu is unique. We ended up getting one of their punch bowls and it was fantastic! The appetizers of fries and queso were delicious. The atmosphere is fun here and I'd say it's the perfect place to start a night out. It's even better that you can pay your tab via QR code to expedite the process!

Rueben with side salad and Surly Furious.
    Jason K.

My brother and sister were in town and we decided to have some brunch on a Saturday. We parked in the parking garage at the West End in St Louis Park and walked into a blustery and cold day outside. We entered the establishment, and it is HUGE! They have a bowling alley, bags and it seems like 4 bars. We sat down at ten on a Saturday and it was pretty empty. I ordered a Surly Furious and they have a brunch menu, but I ordered off of the regular menu, a Rueben and they let me sub a side salad for the fries. I loved that. The food came out and it was plentiful, and the Rueben was delicious, lots of meat and sauerkraut and dressing and just great. The salad was spectacular as well with wonderful Caesar dressing on the side. We had lots of laughs and just a fantastic time. My only complaint is that it was a little pricey, but a great lunch overall.

On awkward waiting wondering if this is one of those places where you can just seat yourself. The place is clean and the ambiance has some very nice touches to bring intrigue. The subtle candle-like light fixture was corky and added to the charm. Prices are very reasonable! I had a good idea what I wanted prior to stopping in. Food came out quickly. Less than 10 mins. Lupia was hot and delicious. My first time having one so wilk not compare it to an egg roll. The braised beef rib was tender and juicy. I pulled out the knife but only a fork is necessary. I do wish the meat was a tad saltier but just a personal preference there. Service was pleasant, attentive, and quick. The gentleman who greeted me also thanked me on my way out. It was rather pleasant experience overall and am planning on coming back to try more of the menu!

It's a restaurant, perhaps reflecting its neighborhood, where people have an occasional beer, but George and the Dragon isn't a drinking hole. That changes the ambiance. The patrons looked well-off, but in that way in which they try hard not to look like they have money. Most of them wore clothes that made them look as if they had just come off the tennis court, or their bike, or after running a five-mile for a great cause. My wife and I still try to look nice when we go out. We don't dress down. Most of the people at George & the Dragon were in their fifties or sixties, including the servers, who were very earnest, if you know what I mean. I'm in my seventies, grew up in NYC, and still try to look hip, and I drink vodka quite often. Maybe that's why I felt uncomfortable. That decade and a half makes a huge difference in how we grew up, and what I experienced in the sixties and seventies. The food was okay, not great. The burger and chicken schnitzel tasted fair to middling. The room was also very loud, filled with exclamations from the tables of "women who lunch," feeling more comfortable with no men at their tables. That's also a demographic and Minneapolis thing. I doubt I'll return to George and The Dragon. I like bars.

The hostess was extremely unfriendly and seemed very unhappy. She played the game and greeted us, but never once made eye contact, said "welcome in", "thank you for coming in" or anything else that would make a customer feel like they were appreciated for coming in. From the time we walked in to the time she showed us to our table, I said "thank you so much" three times and not once was even acknowledged or replied back with a "you're welcome". She should really find something else to do if she's not going to be a "host". Serving people should be the greatest pleasure we have when engaging with those we don't know. Patrick on the other hand was truly awesome. Friendly, smiling, engaged in conversation prior to taking our order and just seemed happy to talk to us. We told him we were from Nevada and were only there because of a recommendation from a couple in an elevator! He thought that was just awesome. Food arrived and everything was really good. The hash browns were WAY overcooked, almost burnt, but that was the only negative thing to say about the food. It was otherwise delicious! I would strongly suggest this place for breakfast. The menu is really good, with a decent variety of good options to choose from. Cost wasn't bad, but not a deal either. If I was part of the management team, I'd have a serious conversation with the young lady who was hosting today (8/12/26. There's not a large amount of seating, but plenty of room for both reservations and walk-ins. It's a small but mighty staff and the service was fantastic. The drink menu is larger than the food menu, with plenty of NA options! My husband enjoyed a hazy IPA while I opted for a BauHaus Nah. Next time I definitely want to try one of the shrub mocktails! It was hard to decide what to order, but we started with the fried brussels sprouts - a MUST get! We agreed these were some of our favorites in the city, plug it was a huge portion for just two of us. Sweet and salty with a hit of acidity from the pickled onions. For dinner, I went with the steak and my husband went with the Cuban. He wouldn't stop raving about how delicious his sandwich was, and my steak was like butter with chimichurri and yuka fries on the side. My only notes would be that the fries & steak were very bland without the chimichurri and the portion was pretty small for the price. We ended the night with the chocolate torte, which was rich and not overpowering. I couldn't really get the hazelnut flavor but I loved the cherries and juice on top. Overall, we will definitely be back to enjoy this spot more - however we might opt to do more drinks and apps than a full dinner since they have so many delicious options!
