This is the chain I go to for boba. It's a better value than other places and the boba isn't overly chewy. They are pretty quick since they have 3 or more people working a shift at a time so don't get intimidated by the lines. Good drinks and great boba. The new salted mousses are wonderful and pair nicely with their milk teas. Customer service is great, and all of the employees are very kind. Their teas are the perfect size and leave you satisfied. One of the more inexpensive boba places in the Beaverton/Tigard area but is on par with some of the higher end spots. Very good product, very clean and the waitress let me try different sample of flavors and jellies to decide what I wanted - the boba is not tough but nice and soft/chewy with a pleasant sweetness. Their equipment looks top notch, they seem very organized and it has a very pleasant presentation - the straws are not bent, perfectly round. I had the jasmine milk tea, very flavorful and fresh - not too sweet and nor watered down as well as overly sweet to my tastes. The price is $3.95 for a regular cup and $2.95 for a small for the milk teas, the add on tasty treats (boba, etc.) come at no additional cost so you can mix and match to your hearts content - it's included in the drink cost. I've tried most of the menu from Braganza and the excellent customer service keeps me coming back for more! The bobaristas are very friendly and fast in making the drinks. My favorites are the Jasmine milk tea and Original milk tea. Try it with less ice so it doesn't dilute the flavor. They also give samples of the milk teas. Sample as many as you want! If you're indecisive about flavors just ask and they're always happy to answer your questions and help recommend flavors. You're always guaranteed with fresh tapioca here too. read more

I come here every time I'm at the mall! The employees are very helpful to answer any questions I have, and make it fun and are friendly. They even helped me try new flavors so don't be afraid to ask. One of them suggested a flavor I thought was unique, coffee taro, which I was hesitant about to try... but after I tasted it, it's my new favorite flavor!!! Don't forget to mention the ad on the register and on the posters! The prices otherwise are not bad and a large milk tea (or two smalls) will run you about $3.50 including two 'textures'. As for the ad, there is a blurp about something or other saying that you'll get a 50 cent discount if you mention it. I mean, if you're looking for the stereotypical american sugar in liquid form type of drink, then this is your place. However, if you are looking for something more to the standard milk tea (I cant say authentic because I am realistic and doubt Portland has anything to what I got in Taiwan) then save your money (and waist line) and go somewhere else. This place was terrible. I couldn't taste the tea at all, nothing but overwhelming sweet, it was disgusting. There was no option on sweetness level as it was already premade and poured from a large jug just sitting in the fridge (mmm fresh). I couldn't even manage to drink half of it despite how thirsty I was. I only got the original milk tea too, I can only imagine what the "sweet" drinks taste like. My friend got the chai milk tea, and that too just tasted like sugar mixed with cinnamon. The only good thing I have to say, is that the tapioca was pretty good, not undercooked, and not mushy slime either. read more

The outside of this place is really cute, and the staff is very friendly. The tea itself is good, I ordered an original milk tea with boba. Definitely disappointed that they only had dairy milk, but was good nonetheless. For some reason, after they changed the look of the menu, the taste and quality had pretty much gone downhill. I got the same thing as I usually get at Braganza which is the honeydew smooth tea with lychee jelly. The lychee jelly is fine. But it's the actual smooth tea that I have a problem with. It used to be so good! But all of a sudden, it tastes more like a snowcone without a lot of flavoring. You know, when you first dig into a snowcone starting from the top after all the syrup has already sunk down to the bottom? It tastes like that... except you don't get any of the syrup-y yummy goodness when you get to the end. I can only say it tasted really bland. And the thing is, this isn't the first time it's been like this. This is about the third time. After changing the look of the menu, nothing is the same. And this really sucks because it used to be my favorite boba place. :/ (The reason for 2 stars is because the tea isn't horrible tasting... but it isn't very good.) read more

It's just sometimes awkward because the girls in the back sometimes gossip so I'm not sure if it's me standing too close or if I'm interrupting. The girls working here are very helpful. The product is everything you'd want in a bubble tea place. I just can't find anything to criticize. If there's one thing, they should find a way to make the menu options easier to understand. You have to alleviate the pressure in line behind you. Easy ordering is how you do it. By far the worst customer service I have ever received. After waiting a substantial amount of time in line, they began with their careless, rude, disgusting, sloppy attitude. As a result I just thought about leaving, but I stuck with it. And then on top of that, I wait another long wait for them to hand me my stuff.
