As a hairstylist I also feel that you need the necessary tools when people say that they have a tender scalp. I felt like my hair was being ripped out during the detangling process and blow drying process which led to me having to cut off more hair than I needed originally. My head was very sore at the end of service and during the service I felt like I wanted to cry. Either way I made sure to tip her because I know how it is to be a stylist and put in a lot of work. Customer service was not great either, no conversation and she seemed very standoffish and also rushed for time. Either way I am thankful but I will not be returning.

She absolutely loved the extensions and so do I. The consultation was short and sweet. She agreed to install my sew-in a few days later... The day of the appointment we started behind schedule, because I was late due to work. I called LaShunta twenty minutes beforehand to let her know and she was very understanding. I arrived at the salon around 2:20PM and didn't leave until 8:46PM. LaShunta washed, blow dried, trimmed, and braided my hair, before installing the extensions. I received Four messages regarding my appointment and asking me to confirm it. I confirmed each time. I drove 35 minutes and was pulling into the parking lot when I received a phone call 12 minutes before my appointment that it was cancelled. It's very odd because there was ZERO APOLOGY OR CARE from their receptionist. When I stated that I was in the parking lot, she replied with, I called you 30 minutes ago. I don't think this person realizes that caller id shows when someone calls and/or texts. The salon was exceptionally unprofessional and quite frankly, downright rude. I understand that things happen but to cancel the appointment after you confirmed it four times, 12 minutes before the appointment is exceptionally unprofessional.
