I asked for the longest volume to be 18, if not 16. She said she couldn't because I've gotten my lashes done only once before and that was years ago. However, the first time ever of having my lashes done, I had went to Amazing Lash Studio and they gave me longgg voluminous lashes and that was my first time ever getting my lashes done, my lashes CAN withhold the length. Her excuse was not valid. The products she used hurtttt, mind you, I know how it normally feels but her products hurttttt. She kept trying to take pictures of my eyes but they kept tearing up. The lashes themselves are ok, they do look natural and the lady comes off sweet but then was talking shit about the picture of lashes I wanted while she was on the phone. She kept saying "kiss lashes" and laughing. I could hear the other person on the phone laughing as well. Now I have a Waterpark to go to today and cannot get them fixed due to me being in the water. I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS BUT IM NEVER EVER COMING HERE AGAIN.

I will have a scheduled appointment and arrive and the door is locked, nobody is there. I will call several time. She will not answer but finally text and ask me to drive all the way to her house. That has happened so many times. Other times she would say can I come back another day, this happened several times. Then she start say she was in a car accident; this happed about 5 or 6 times; I am surprise she can still walk. When I do get an appointment in with her, I do not see any signs of her being in an accident. She will go so far as to send me photos of some random car accident. Just not reliable or committed to her customers or her business. She is extremely sweet and nice. She does very very very good work if you can get her to actually do your lashes. After this last disappointment when I depended on her to do my lashes again for a very special event only for her to tell me via text to come the next day, I had to find another place for an emergency appointment. Prior to this appointment, I had been texting her a week in advance as a reminder, I texted almost everyday and she did not even have the courtesy to call or text me back. She decided to text me 2 hours after my scheduled appointment to say come the next day. This was my very last straw. Stick a fork in me because I am done. I tried to work with her but enough is enough. Let's pray for her that she becomes committed to her customers and business.

Not to mention the front reception who can't even do his job of checking to see how much longer until Vicky will be seeing me. He just continued to have me wait while he watched videos on his phone. MBN getting paid watching videos all day. He finally goes and checks on her and I watched him. He gives me absolutely nothing while walking back to his chair. And I heard him ask her is she ready for me. But he comes back and says NOTHING. Who on earth treats clients like this? Learn some customer service will you? Came in for a refill 2 weeks later with L eye barely having anything left. And mind you, I know how to keep lash extensions and this is definitely not my first rodeo. My refill didn't even last a whole week and I literally cannot justify spending money here for terrible quality lash glue that they're using!!! Lastly, I mentioned to Vicky the owner how she did both my friend and sister wrong and explained that I had recommended her bc I thought her work was great! I told her it's not cool that my sister booked with her and she had a different lash artist work on my sister for the first time visit. My sister called and told me she didn't like her lashes and it was two completely diff style. Later, my friend booked but wasn't informed that Monday they're closed. She waited outside and mind you, she got a confirmation text for her appointment. Well, it never happened. She also did not have a response after reaching out to her regarding the two incidents. She just literally left me on "read". Very profession! Sike! Vicky clearly doesn't know how to run a business nor care about losing clients. I've been coming to her for over a year and definitely felt like I was going to stick around. Overtime now, I just feel like she can care less about quality, and at this point she can get more appointments in by controlling everyone else's time, and using cheap lash glue. I say cheap bc the lashes fall off my natural lash. Though her artists wanna claim it's bc it's shedding season. Please! My natural lashes were not even stuck on the extensions. DO BETTER!

I have never had my lashes done on a recliner chair before! This was the first, and I was very comfortable! All the lash places I have ever been to have clients lay on the foldable beds with a pillow to prop up your legs. It causes my lower back to hurt. But here, Mia has definitely put her clients first and giving them the most comfortable experience ever! She was very quiet, but sweet and pleasant. Delicate hands that create such beautiful work! I had my makeup and hair done by her and her staff and the hair was a total joke. I asked for something simple and I got a poor version of what I asked for. The same with the makeup... I asked for natural and bronzy and instead got heavy blacks and pinks. It was a mess. My other friends had their makeup and hair done too and also had unhappy results. We had to re-do our makeup and hair once her team left. We would have asked them to re-do/correct their mistakes but they were late so we did not have a chance to. Our experiences were not necessarilty terrible but they were not worth the prices. $85 for an obviously crooked part, tiny braids instead of milkmaid, loose curls without anything special and heavy HEAVY makeup was not what we signed up for. I would not recommend.

Trial makeup was a wee bit dark...I think it was the bronzer or maybe just the shade in general but it almost looked liked a mask by the time I got home. I had to wipe some of it off before my other half saw me. She seems like a perfectionist & takes her time (which can be bad if you're in a time schedule). I loved that she tried several hairstyles on you & took pics of it so you can review them via email later & decide which style you liked the best. Hilda did a great job on my hair & makeup for my wedding though! I'm pretty certain she didn't use disposables to apply my wedding day makeup. My bridesmaid hated her hairdo...Hilda didn't do it like my gf requested. Mom's makeup was a bit much so we toned it down when we got to the chapel. One thing that really bothered me was the makeup artist was late to the trial hair & makeup & unfortunately also late on the big day. We woke up super early to get to her studio for our confirmed appointment only to wait in our car as she was still driving towards the studio. A bride does not need that kinda stress on the wedding day! In addition, we also got free lip gloss, qtips & blotting paper as our touch up kit for the day but I didn't see her peel off any plastic wrapping from the gloss so I don't believe the lip gloss was a new lipgloss (meaning it was probably used on others & the thought of that grosses me out so I chunked it!). I also noticed the mascara had a funny smell. I only got a whiff of the funk when she was applying the mascara. The odd smell was gone after that. Something else to keep in mind...The artist doing your trial should be the one doing your wedding hair & makeup. Hilda apparently double booked for my wedding day & she almost pushed someone else on to me for the wedding day but I stressed I felt more comfy having her do my wedding makeup since she did my trial. Perhaps she doubled booked & was late both times because she isn't as organized? Or perhaps she is that busy.. too busy? Just my observation & opinion.
