Even after I've done my own research they seem to tell you the correct proper things that need to be done. So I'm in town for a few high school graduations and I start hearing a grinding sound. Not knowing where to take my truck other than the dealership I jump on yelp. This location had good reviews and was down the street from my sister in laws house so I go to check them out. First to facility. I've been to many car repair facilities, and I must say this is by far one of the cleanest. The floor was swept, mopped, and looked like had had been waxed within the last 3 months. They have the standard vending machine fare and free coffee, but I liked that they had current issues of magazines. Nothing more frustrating than sitting down and picking up a Magazine that's 3 years old. Now the staff. I am sorry I didn't get everyone's names but everyone was very friendly. The brake inspection was done in a short amount of time. I like that they take you into the repair area and show you what they found. After the inspection a written estimate and explanation of needed repairs is done. At no time did I feel pressured to get a specific repair done. Super honest and quick work. They were able to get the job done sooner than they estimated. If I am back in El Paso and need a mechanic this shop is going to be my first stop. Keep up the good work read more

I took my car for brakes service, when I arrived, after they took my information, I was told they're gonna check my car to then tell me how much I need to pay...waited more than one and a half hours and my car still in the same spot I parked it. I call before I went to the place and they told me there was no people ahead of me, so I was not expecting this much delay for the service. When I told the person in front desk I have to leave, he just gave me the keys without saying anything. So I guess they don't care for new customers. read more

After my husband got his brakes fixed here, I decided to take my car here, too. I had to wait a little bit but the service was good. As others wrote before, I also didn't have the feeling that hey were trying to rip me off. The manager explained everything, showed me the prices for the parts I had to get and it was reasonable in my eyes. I found a coupon online on their website so it was minus $25. Took car in for brake job and oil change because I had a coupon for both. Beware of false advertising and bait and switch tactics. Charged more than coupon stated and when asked about it they just kept saying, well you got $25 dollars off, I explained that the coupon said 79.95 per axle not $25 dollars off per axle. Also, car has never leaked oil a day in the 6 years and they put the plug in wrong and leaked oil all over the motor and my driveway. Customer service was not only non existent the were overtly rude, dismissive and discriminatory toward my elderly mother. Not much difference in talking to the local people or going up the chain with corporate office. Buyer beware poor business practices and clearly shotty service. read more
