I began my journey with multistate in March and finally in July Integrity Auto mechanics in Colleyville fixed my problem after I had spent almost $6000 with multi state. My problem was obviously not transmission, but a completely melted down cable that controlled all the electrical parts of my vehicle which Integrity fixed for $600. Every time I would take my car back into multistate after replacing my transmission, they would say oh it's the cable from the gearshift, then it was the electric switch on the transmission itself. Finally, they admitted it was electrical and sent me to integrity where Matt promptly found the problem and fixed it for $600 and he said it was just a blessing my car didn't catch on fire and me driving it. I had left my charging block at the shop on the couches they have in the lobby, and so I called again after I got a shuttle to my appointment and they were very prompt not only to answer the phone, but to help me look for the charging block as I thought it was in the shuttle, but then they later found that it was on the couch and they texted me through their service updating machine just to make sure that I know that they found my device. Did they have to do that? No. Did they have to message me that they found it? No. But they did anyway, and they also finished my timing belt earlier than expected and instead of saying, you have to come and pick up your car or you can't pick it up until Monday. They helped me figure out a situation to where I could still come and get my car even after hours.

Terry pulled a car off of a lift to get mine fixed up while I was waiting. He did all of this while teaching his apprentice how to pull a transmission out of a Buick. Nicest guy in the world, honest about what was wrong, didn't overcharge me, didn't make up stuff that needed to be done. First, this is the second time I've brought my vehicle to them and it has popped up on carfax that they serviced the vehicle with an oil change when they didn't. I had spark plugs changed and it included an oil change that never occurred. This messes up the carfax with bad information and it's not easy to fix. When I mentioned it the first time they asked me to email them about it and acted like they had no idea how it could have happened, but the issue hasn't been fixed and continues to happen. Secondly, I paid these guys nearly $800 to diagnose and fix a cylinder misfire, but less than a week after leaving the shop and the issue is still there. Which tells me that they didn't truly diagnose what was causing it, but instead threw parts at it hoping that it would fix the issue. After I called to let them know that the check engine light came back on and was throwing the same code the answer I received was "it's probably a good idea to sell your vehicle". Are you kidding me? Them taking some responsibility for not fixing my vehicle after I gave them nearly a grand to do so seems like a more appropriate response.

Fortunately for us when we pulled off of I-35 This Car Shop was right there. They were so kind as to put our car up on the lift immediately and two mechanics looked up under our car. You could see where something had impacted our undercarriage in several spots and luckily for us, the impacts were not on any soft or moving parts, but only on hard metal. I was so thrilled and was happy to pay a bill. They would not take any money from me. Now who does that! I am most grateful for the peace of mind that we could continue on our travels without concern. If I lived in the area, I would be happy to take our cars there for service.
