I think if you love being ignored you should definitely call these folks! Also, if you love being embarrassed by their behavior when you recommend them to a friend, they are really great at not being consistent. I wouldn't be this sarcastic or caustic in my review if I hadn't seen their tomfoolery firsthand. My friend was given their info on recommendation from two other clients that were also friends of Jeremy's. Perhaps they only service their pals consistently, I'm not sure. After going over the order for T-shirts and stickers several times, shown mock ups of the final products, and being assured that all her requests were logged and totally doable, she received faulty product. The colors and print quality were inconsistent, some too saturated, some colors missing, the images skewed. The stickers did not have her website information for promotional use, as requested, and they were packaged in a rubber band that crushed and wrinkled them. Now, this would not even be an issue if they had responded to her follow-up email. She very politely asked what could be done about it. She was willing to keep the few shirts that had come out okay and sell them, but she couldn't sell the stickers because they were destroyed and lacking information, so she requested a refund. No response. I'm not sure if they decided to ignore quality control and all her requests because they had waived a fee in the beginning during set up as a thank you for the referral, but if so, don't give discounts if your work will be half as good. It's impressive how much they insisted they cared and now, when the actual responsibility of maintaining business relationships is upon them, they crawl under a paint can and hide. Now she has to let her friends know that their word on this company is no good and that's an annoying and wickedly uncomfortable position to be in when this could have been resolved professionally, or, initially they had admitted that the requests were just too difficult for them to fulfill. Learning a bit of communication, organization, and forth- rightness would do them a world of good. So please flush $2000 down the toilet if you really want to order from them and have zero accountability when the caca arrives on your doorstep. Also, I hope you have way better luck if you do choose to order and this is a fluke, I truly do wish you a complete and perfect order as promised. Maybe they lost the shop in a fire or other emergency, and that caused them to stop communication and now I'm a real asshole. ‍ Hopefully someone can reach out and say, hey, we're swamped, but we're going to make this right ASAP. Do the bare minimum, I swear it works better than nothing. read more

The worst customer service I've ever dealt with. When asked about a product they produced for an Instagram person, enjajaja, I was told in multiple emails that it had shipped then it had not shipped. Then the truth came out which they would not address, money was collected for a product that had not been produced. A month later, no product and when I said that I would file a dispute with paypal, I was called a thief. All done by I'm guessing their one customer service rep , chris. I have been wearing shirts printed by Jeremy for more than a 15 years. Some of which are my favorites. However, it wasn't until I was hosting a celebration of life in Feb of 2019 that I really understood the professionalism. I contacted Jermey about a month out, asked if it was possible and of course the answer was yes. Being busy, I got sidetracked and never got back to them. About a week out from the event I contacted them again, with a design and a tight deadline. Jermey was great, steering me away from only shirts to tote bags which were much more practical as a gift since I didn't need to know shirt sizes. In the end, they printed me several hundred bags, a few dozen shirts, some baby onesies, and even an outfit for my dog. I had an absolutely seamless experience with Brand Marinade. I had a relatively small order of 30 shirts that I needed in a week on a tight budget for my son's soccer team. I had a very rough idea of what I wanted but I needed some design help. I went on the website and used the "Start a Project" tool to get started and uploaded an image that I wanted to be incorporated on the shirts. Hours later I get an email with several design options. After a few emails back and forth to hammer out some design tweaks we were ready to print. All this took place in a 24 hour time frame. I received confirmation of the shirts shipping out and they arrived on time with a kick-ass design and in all the right sizes. Brand Marinade added that special sauce to make the shirts unique.
