The workers are very attentive and I walked in with no appointment. Did gel mani/pedi and was seated within 10 minutes. Was getting pedi done at the same time as mani. Very relaxing pedicure Only reason I took off a star was that the basic manicure didn't come with a massage (while other locations massage is standard with basic manicure). read more

Literally the worst full set I've ever had. I showed Mindy the photo of what I wanted and then at the very end of the nails almost being done told me she couldn't do the design I wanted because she made my nails too short?? Like you saw the photo before you started yet you made them too short? Not only that, she didn't listen to me not wanting them to be pointy and made the shape pointy anyways telling me they look better that way. Will never come back, horrible service. Then she charged me $85 for my full set. For a basic full set, complete waste of my money and time. read more

I had been going to the same nail technician for over 15 years. I wasn't always satisfied with how my nails were done. So with a lot of guilt, I went Just Nails after I complimented a client of mine on her nails and she referred me to Amy. It was close to my job at the time, so I figured I'd try it out. From my first visit I was impressed with how precise and detailed Amy was with my nails. They were all SHAPED THE SAME! I hadn't had that happen in a while! I continued to see Amy and noticed how I was able to wait longer between fills because now my nails didn't lift or break after 2-3 weeks like I was accustomed to. I am now a regular of Amy's. Even after I transferred to a new work location, I still travel to see her. Also, the gel pedicures are amazing as well. Looking for a new salon and this one had decent reviews so I thought I'd give it a go since it was close to work. She started out ok.. a little slow and was doing things a little different but I had hopes. I've been getting my nails done for over twenty years so I can usually tell when someone is going to suck. I happen to stop in here last minute...right by my house and I didn't feel like driving over to my regular place...walked in and asked for a pedicure...lady said no problem just about a 10-15 min wait...ok with me...I immediately noticed how clean the place is!!! Like spotless! Called to a chair and those chairs are great with the massage...lady got to work on my feet that needed attention! So thourough and used new sterile tools...salt scrub and massage was amazing!! And they talk to you too! Very nice ladies and excellent nail salon! This is my new place! read more

They're one of the only acrylics I've had that don't lift within a week. I haven't used anyone else at the location. Amy is absolutely amazing. As long as I am living in this area I will never stop going to her. I always get compliments on my nails after I get them done. Her acrylics last a very long time. She takes her time to make the shape exactly how you want and her work is always neat never sloppy. I usually bring a picture of a design I want in and she always makes the design very precise and I love it every time. Ugh, I just had a really bad experience here today. I came in for a fill but left with uneven acrylic, cuts on my fingers & a lousy paint job. The lady didn't thoroughly fill in the grown out area so there are little dips in almost every nail. I had square nails but 2 of them are oval shaped now, she sloppily painted my nails & upon completion said "so pretty huh?"... I was kind of taken aback because they were so poorly done that I thought it was a joke. I know I should have had her fix them but she kept cutting/burning me with the file & power tool, I just wanted the torture to be over. Lesson learned, I will never be back. read more

This review is LONG overdue. I recommend it to all my friends and family - and clients! This place is the cleanest and nicest place I've been to in a LONG time. And I've been coming here for over a year now! Stacy and Amy are both equally amazing. They treat everyone with kindness and respect and do a beyond amazing job. They are very detailed in what they do and take the time to make sure everything is perfect. I ended up having to go elsewhere for a pedicure cause I couldn't get in with them and NEVER AGAIN! I will WAIT next time! I am a hairstylist and so picky with cleanliness..you can see them cleaning everything to the T. It's unbelievable how professional and clean they are. You will never be disappointed with their work. OH! AND THIS IS IMPORTANT!! If you schedule an appointment they are ON TIME! If anything you will NEVER wait longer than 5-15min at the VERY most. They will not schedule you something and then take another walk in! I have watched them on many many occasions turn people away because they had appointments on the books. Walked in on a rainy day. Not just raining but it was pouring. They had just finished a lady and she was paying as we walked in. No other customers were there. There were 4 (FOUR) employees just sitting at their stations not doing anything. My sister and I need both our nails done, one manicure and one set. They said they could only do the manicure (appointments maybe? Or just lazy who knows) I said no that's fine and I as turned to walk out they say ok ok we can do the set instead. Again they only wanted to serve one of us. Needless to say we left. I hope they enjoyed their lazy morning. Just went next day to my regular place. Not only were they about to close, they still allowed my cousin and I to come in and get a full set of fiberglass nails. I recently had mine done prior and usually get fills but the last place I went to the gel polish chipped within a few days.
