This creats a opportunity for bacteria and sickness . I told the man who was obvioulsly the mgr,/owner. He went over and pointed to steam coming from under the tray and said "See, Warm". They need to warm up their food, or they will cause someone to get sick. In their defense, the taste was ok for what we ate, but did not finish due to fear of bacterial contamination. They should be reported to the Health Dept. for futher action.

They make my malts exactly perfect. No added milk and extra malt powder (of course for added cost but worth it). Simply the BEST.
