Food was good, different wait staff, same result. Did her job but wasn't friendly at all. She did stop to talk to a friend/customer that arrived 10 minutes after we did and immediately took her order while we were still waiting. They were obviously friends. They need new faces in the wait staff area. Get friendly staff, it makes a big difference in the overall experience.

This isn't the first time I've "successfully" placed an order via their app, got charged, but never got any food. This is starting to make me angry. They HAVE to fix the app so that you cannot place an order if a location is closed. Come on. Two stars because I've had one good experience here in the past. They did refund me, but it took almost a week after I contacted corporate.
