If I could give zero stars I would! We came to this club because multiple people said it was the best strip club in Vancouver. I really hope it's not! I have never been to a strip club where there are 20+ men just sitting around and NO Females coming up to them trying to make money! They had ONE girl on stage ... two when we first got there but she left after 5 mins... they had a few girls walking around but none of them were dancing or approaching anyone. We came with plenty of money to spend because I wanted my husband to have a great time but that was a complete fail! paid $30 to get in which was BS to begin with and then I walked out with over $1000 still in my hand and didn't even get to give any money out because there were ZERO girls. Then the bouncer and coat lady tried to tell me they had 15 girls working but they were all in a private party... so in my mind why even have the club open?? Worst Strip Club experience ever! It's not like it's the worst strip club ever or anything. I just would rather go to the Penthouse or the No. 5 Orange where the strippers seem like they're at least having fun up on stage. Anyway, here are my notes. You can decide for yourself. 1) $15 cover (thankfully only for guys but still) 2) Big brother ID scan/Fort Knox security 3) Robotic strippers who at least smile but don't really seem to be into it. 4) $24 for two gin & tonics! 5) Our server was friendly at least 6) Bathroom was scuzzy 7) The guy I was with was intent on getting a lapdance but the girls weren't really working the room so we gave up. He's really handsome too so it's not like they were staying away from us because we were nasty. They just seemed bored. 8) The girls 'working' (see above for explanation of quotation marks) the floor are prettier than the strippers. Not so much fake boob action. 9) The strippers could probably crush you with their muscular bodies - they're incredibly athletic! 10) We did score a nice cozy booth just back from gyno-row which was comfortable 11) I've been there before and they charged a lot for their 'VIP' booths for a group of us. read more

Brandi's is really the only Strip Club in Vancouver that can even claim to be "high end". The girls are the highest caliber you'll find, however don't expect to touch them. Brandi's is vehemently against any contact, remember that when your drunk male friends start to get handsy... and they will get handsy. There is a definite attitude at the venue, and drink prices to match but as far as coming across girls that you'd actually like to see naked, Brandi's stands alone. So come for slightly more skilled dancing and better bodies but don't expect much else... oh and ladies pay no cover. read more

Brought my girlfriend here this summer she loved it so much she asked us to come back for her birthday! The workers were all very accommodating and made us feel very comfortable. The bikini girls were for the most part very polite to us when we said we didn't want a lapdance. The real star of the show was the tiny blonde in the black and white bodysuit with the tattoo was the prettiest we saw out of them. Some of the pole girls were boring to watch, the blonde and the long black hair girl were the most entertaining and talented. My only complaint is they play a lot of rap. I thought this place was classier than that since it is expensive. I'm a minority as is my girlfriend and didn't impress me much to here a white girl dancing to "N" word music to a group of older men. Other than that it's a great place if you don't mind bad music. If you want to be mistreated as a patron of an establishment then try Brandi's. It's a good way to feel demeaned unless you are paying off anyone that works at this joint. This review should only be read by people who do not think they need to bribe everyone to have a good time. Unless you pay the bouncers 20$, the only dancers you'll be seeing are the bouncers strutting back and forth acting like asses. It's another 15$ cover once you get up there, to sit down at a table it's 100$, and this is after you've stood in line for 45 minutes. read more

*Extortion* After walking in the front door and paying the $15 cover my friend and I proceeded to a spot near the bar. The bartender asked me what I was drinking and I responded that I wasn't having anything right now. He then told me to remain in the club it was mandatory to purchase at least 2 drinks. I began to argue with him that there was absolutely no notice/warning of that when coming in and paying cover. He directed me to the manager. I speak to the manager and quickly realize that reasoning with a strip club is not going to happen His analogy was that I wouldn't walk into a restaurant and not order anything. That's a poor analogy considering I just dropped $15 cover charge to walk in. I had only been in the club for about a total of 5 minutes at that point, and was ready to walk out, but of course my request for a refund was denied. I went back to the bar and my friend ended up buying me a water just to shut me up. I talked to the bartender again and gave me the same response as the manager verbatim about walking into a restaurant. Horrible! I'm sitting here. Getting into the performers (which is hard for a female) and the bartender approaches me and my group of two. TWO. And says that we're too loud. How ridiculous is that!? It was bartender 35 who rudely shushed my friends and I (really, I was the only one whistling) so we soon after left. And won't go back. I can't imagine how hard it is for those dancers, and I don't think its often that people cheer and scream for them. And any establishment that begrudges and chastises patrons is not one I want to encourage or be apart of. Thanks, but no thanks. $50 lap dances... talent is solid. vegas is better but thats a given. $15 cover to get in felt bad for the pole performers. they had to put in a lot of work before they started seeing tips. 4 songs before they were fully nude. each song a little more skin. wanted to see how the dollar and two dollar coins were used at a canadian club and as expected the cash machines were $5 bill denomination minimum. cool place for a bachelor party but would prefer vegas for the strip club experience. fully nude lap dances and they serve alcohol. canadians are so trustworthy read more

Exceptional dancers and a great bartender! We had a great time, and that was on a Wednesday night.

My wife and I went on a Saturday night and had a fantastic time. We arrived at opening but the place didn't get going for another half hour. Two hours later it was pretty busy and remarkably, there were more women customers than men! (Of course that included a bachelorette party...) Several other couples were there too along with the regular male clientele. The dancers were very beautiful and talented. Drink prices were reasonable. A nice place too. read more

Don't trust any reviews from BC reviewers except this one.. It is likely that they have never been to a real strip club before. This place is a joke.. Dances $50 and no touching.. None! The dancer says "plus tip" which means in my mind that you need to earn one.. The girl that danced for me had ice water pumping through her heart.. The dance was weak, she was weak, and when I tipped her $5 she went ballistic and called me an asshole. Classy for sure.. Repeat customer I am not. If you want a lap dance and a girl that sells it and treats you well, you're better off leaving this sterile city and go to cabo San Lucas Mexico where the women are hot, nice, and have a soul. I've been to many strip clubs around the world and I am thoroughly not impressed with Brandis.. The women seemed robotic.. No. 5 Orange is a much more approachable place but $50 dances still.. I'm a 34 years old woman - 120 pounds and visit Brandi's last night with a girlfriend. It was OK at the beginning, we were having fun and dancing...then while the stage was empty I went and dance, all of the sudden TWO huge bouncers came in and grab me by my arms and throw me out in the street!!! Brandi's is a class act compared to every other s strip club I've been to. The location is in a nice part of Vancouver. The dancers are quite a bit more talented (almost Cirque du Soliel) in most respects with the use of silks, fire and pole work, as well as being quite attractive. The drinks are definitely over-priced, but hey, its a strip club, right? One of the best things was the fact that you can even get a shoulder & neck massage while you're watching the show; definitely top-notch! (ask for Dana or Julie) Overall, the place rocks! It's usually got a good mixture of guys & girls for a crowd, so it's a pretty good place for an office party or a stag/stagette. I know i'll go back for sure! read more

Wow, has this place changed, and not for the best... At first sight, as we walked into the club, the dancer who we saw on stage was amazing; crazy pole moves, amazing silk rope and hoop tricks. Woohoo! After we made our way around to the bar and sat down at a paid booth, our enthusiasm began to drop. Unfortunately, the standards and atmosphere of the club were really not as good as they had been when we had visited a few years before. We chatted briefly at the bar with a dancer called 'Indica', whom was both beautiful and intelligent; a rarity that night, but by the time the birthday boy was ready for his dance, she had sadly gone home for the night. Since it was our friend's birthday, we decided to spend a bit of money and asked the lady at the front desk how much a booth would be. She told us that it was $50. When we had a look around and then chose a booth we liked, the bouncer tried to rip us off and charge us double from what we were told. We caught him out and he walked away for a minute looking slightly agitated, then came back and said that he would give it to us for fifty dollars acting like we should be grateful for his 'discount'. We ordered drinks at the table and the waitress ALSO tried to rip us off after she brought us our $6' drinks (that were supposed to be on special) and then charged us twice the price for those drinks and for our next drinks as well. We didn't realise the price hike at first, but when we tried to argue the amount, she said that we had asked for doubles (which we hadn't) and when we tried the drinks, we could tell that they were definately NOT doubles. This wasn't a drunk judgement, as we hadn't started to drink until we got there. Actually, aren't double drinks usually cheaper than two separate single drinks?? We were all in a great mood despite feeling a little taken advantage of, so we asked one of the bouncers for the girl of our choice: Indica, (who at this time we didn't know had already gone home) to come over and give our birthday pal a lap dance. We were instead given some random (and not so attractive) chick, who took our drunk bday friend into the back room and then doubled the price of the dance once the rest of us were away from him. After the dance had ended, she came back to the table to collect the money from the rest of us. Not cool, since we had before agreed upon and pooled in 'stripper money' beforehand. She was okay looking, but rude, pushy, greedy & not what my bday friend had wanted. As we were not wanting to argue the price and cause a scene, we just paid the dancer and then left promptly left the club. It was an okay night, but the experience left a bitter taste in our mouths and way more to be desired. I would go again to watch the amazing showgirls, but purchase my drinks one at a time from the bartender only. read more

Went to Brandi's with friends on a Friday night; dancers were cute but the girls working the floor were 'muh...' That should have been the first indication... Drinks are pricey and after paying my bill and leaving some one continued to use my credit card fraudulently adding and additional 200$ to my bill. No pin was entered no signature given. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We went to Brandi's Show Lounge for a bachelorette party. The "male revue" could not have been worse. To start, it was expensive to buy a table. When we purchased a table, we had no idea how far they were from the stage, so we ultimately ended up abandoning our table for the bar seats. We should have asked for a refund for the table. The first male dancer looked like he was going to cry the entire time. He did not know how to do anything appealing. He wasn't even trying. He stripped down to nothing and rubbed his genitalia in the bride's face. Maybe there are some women out there that like that, but I don't know any. It was horrifying and violating. We left within 20 minutes of the start of the show and were incredibly displeased with the experience. Even the drinks were horrible and the bartenders were lack-luster and acted inconvenienced. I was here about a year ago and had a good time. The floor shows were great and the acts varied from women who carried themselves like fairy princesses to sadistic nurses. The girls all looked very similar but were pretty. We asked for a lap dance from our performer of choice and were left waiting for about 40 minutes? At least we were enjoying the floor shows. When we finally got in we paid double to have us both there and asked for equally attention but it ended up being a lot more focused me, leaving my partner quite neglected. It wasn't really worth the price, lacking in personality and disappointingly short. I'll stick to the floor shows next time. We enjoyed ourselves none the less. read more

This strip bar is unlike any other in Vancouver.Just a warning though its very expensive.Unless your friends with a bouncer or other staff member your gonna be paying 15 dolars to get in as well as 8 dollars for a drink.they do know how to seperate yourself from your wallet as the chair massages are to die for.about 20 bucks for a 3 minute massage.this place caters to the business crowd of Vancouver who have money or the regular joe whos foolish with his money.its very easy to spend $100 bucks here in under an hour.with that said they do have awesome service as well as very talented exotic dancers that know how to pole dance.they are very fit and athletic looking as im sure they would be after doing what they do for so long.ive seen people throw twentys at the strippers which is unusual but unique for a strip bar.but then again its a high end strip bar.theres always something going on at brandis read more

My wife's and I first strip club experience in BC. Top notch girls, pros at the pole dance. Drinks where good and strong (better be for $8-12.) Private dances are pricy but worth it with these pros. Lots of other woman were there so as my wife didn't feel uncomfortable with all the dudes. I will add Brandi's to my list of regular stops when I come to Vancouver. read more

I had not even had a drink and was be escorted out of the lounge by an overly aggresive bouncer, who accused me of "slapping one of the dancers asses". I did not! For now, I'm going to go with 2 stars. Only because I expected SO much more, I heard great things about this place. I got there kind of later in the night, most of the people there were much older, and there was literally no where to sit. It was hard to even find somewhere to stand but after a while we finally got a seat. So many seats are VIP and then we found out it costs 100 plus tips or something to sit at a certain table. But who would want to pay $100 to sit at a table that isn't even near the front of the stage? Got dirty looks here and there from the random girls that worked there and they gave so much more attention to the guys (I mean I can see why they would haha) but did feel kind of out of place there. Mainly guys in their 40's but I guess it depends on the night and the two stars mainly are for the AWESOME outfits and skilled dancers that are actually talented. I do recommend The Penthouse. Had a far better experience there. I guess I will give this place a try another night in the near future.. a huge plus side is no cover charge for the ladies. read more

It was my first time at Brandi's on the weekend and I'll never go back by choice. I really don't understand why people enjoy this place so much. We were a group of 3 girls & 1 guy. Spending lots of cash & trying to have a good time. From the time we entered the establishment, the coat check girl was a COMPLETE SEE-YOU-NEXT-TUESDAY. Bartenders service & attitude was so negative. The vibe was terrible. Everyone who worked there seemed to really hate their life, the negativity was atrocious! Then at the end of the night I had missed placed my coat check ticket but I took a picture on my phone, the coat check crank wouldn't even look at me twice to give me my jacket! She told me "We don't do that" with so much attitude. I'd never go back. Plus who wants to pay $50 for a dance! Maybe if the service was amazing... unfortunately for them it sucked. read more

I just so happened to stumble upon this page and figured I'd share my experience. It was just over a year ago and we were up in Vancouver for my bachelor party. We originally had planned on going to No. 5 Orange but, after talking to a few locals opted for Brandi's instead, big mistake. Because I was the 'bachelor' they waived my cover (which was nice), while the rest of my 'guys' had to pay $15 to get in. Upon entering, I was immediately unimpressed by the layout and size of the venue. The drinks were expensive as others have pointed out but, what was truly absurd was the price of the private dances. Essentially $50 for a short, unexciting dance from a 'floor' girl not worthy of the main stage, and $100-$150 for a dance from a 'main stage' dancer. Now I'm from WA, and currently live in Portland, and let me tell you, you will not find one place in either state that charges such ridiculous prices. My buddies got suckered into paying for a dance for me from one 'floor' girl and not long after I got one from a 'main stage' dancer. I'll say this, neither were arousing in the least bit. As stated by others, the girls are lifeless and robotic and clearly seem to not enjoy what they're doing. The icing on the cake was for a few mins I thought I'd move up to the seating around the stage to enjoy the full experience. About halfway through the song I pulled out 3 US $1 bills (all I had on me at the time) and placed them on the rail in front, which in the US would be a standard tip under such circumstances. The dancer literally looked at me said and "what's this?", which caught me off-guard. I responded with "money", and she then proceeded to push it back towards me and walked to the other side of the stage. I was flabbergasted. Apparently in Canada you need a $20 just to get a little attention. I could go on but, needless to say we didn't stay too long. All in all, if you're in Vancouver looking for a gentlemen's club, do yourself a favor and avoid Brandi's. read more
