He returned my call within a 24hour period and set up a date and time to take a look at my property. Brandon was fantastic! We had 4 handyman projects, leveling out a poorly installed floor in the entry way (installed by someone else prior to us buying the home), installing shelving in our cupboard, adding a new AC input vent and adding shiplap to our dining room wall. Brandon came out, gave us a free quote which was very competitive and also let us know that if he finished in a shorter time the quote would be lower (he needed to get under the floor to see how bad it was). My wife and I were both at work while Brandon was here, but I was really impressed with how communicative he was, he would text us pictures of progress and ask questions on decision points prior to proceeding. Both days he arrived right on time, got all the work done in under 2 days and true to his word revised the invoice down based on the shorter time period.
