I just wanted to recommend the handyman we have been using to remodel our bathroom...my husband has been working on it himself for about 2 years and he has not had te to work on it! He and his wife came over today, to look into an electrical issue my mom had with a light fixture. Pros: Friendly, nice person. I caused a refrigerator water line leak during the job when I tried to move the fridge. He was here during the incident so spent about an hour to an hour and a half from the job I hired him to do to try and help stop the leak, although we didn't successfully stop it. Cons: Hired him to do a tile demolition job, about 220 square feet total. It probably took him a total of two hours to remove the tiles. He was not at all excited about trying to remove the thin set. I didn't think it would make a difference to me at the time since I was planning to get the subfloor resurfaced, so I let him leave without removing the thinset. He offered to return to complete the job if I needed the thinset removed. When I asked him to return, granted months later, he refused. read more
