On our visit on a Thursday afternoon, Chappy's was 1/4 full with what appeared to be locals, expats, and tourists. If you're a fan of 1970's classic rock music, this place is for you. What we really appreciated was the service. Both servers were really friendly and attentive. I would return to Chappy's to hangout for a couple hours when touring the marina again.
