I went up there in April didn't have to pay anything down but I did a month later I paid 16,000 to pay the car off that wasn't worth 12,000 on blue book. But that's a car lot right?? So here I am a month in, in my new car and the check engine light comes on. Come to find out no one wants to touch this car because it's a cvt transmission. And you can't buy parts unless it's directly from neisson. So after 4 mechanics and having to replace the knuckle because the car was jerking right after I bought it I am now having to buy a new transmission from Nissan another $6,000 I'm going to have to drop on this car and the nice lady at Nissan ran the VIN number and drive time knew about the light coming on because it's been popping on since may 2023 they just cleared it out and sold it to me knowing the transmission would have to be replaced. This place will rip you off and don't even be behind on payments period. They will repossess your car in a heartbeat! I was last by a couple days and they picked up my car. They install gps tracking devices on your car. It doesn't matter where you're located they will grab your car and if you're even able to work out a deal to get it back you will be charged several hundred dollars in repossession fees read more

Katrina was a HUGE help! We made an appointment to go in on a Saturday - because I don't do car dealerships or salesmen - and she called ahead to make sure we were still coming. In the rain, she proceeded to show us 3 vehicles, and within an hour and a half we were leaving in a new car. She listened to our needs and wants, asked questions to make sure she was showing us vehicles relative to what we were looking for, and she didn't waste our time. Both she and Lance were VERY transparent in how everything works and made sure to offer us every form of protection available. There's nothing worse than a pushy salesperson and they definitely were NOT pushy. The other reviews state that things happened to their vehicles after purchase - and as I previously said, they offer every type of protection possible to cover these types of things in the event they happen. I would rate it lower than one star but there is nothing lower. Purchased a vehicle but due to bad customer service returned it with in 2 days. Now purchase is showing up on credit and has yet to be removed. I can not purchase another vehicle with this vehicle showing up. It is bad enough I had the bad customer service but now DriveTime is preventing me from buying another vehicle. This whole experience just keeps getting worse and worse. BUYER BEWARE!!!!. By far the worst car experience I've had in my life. I payed my down payment for my vehicle and drove home 9/4/2015, and on 9/5/2015 my transmission is out(will not shift past 3rd). I take back less than 12 hours to return my vehicle. I'm told that after 70 miles a dollar per mile even though I live 30 miles from dealership. The store manager Micheal Hunter has by far the worst customer service skills I've ever seen. So now I'm stuck with a car I just purchased and can't even drive it for my first two weeks. In return I get attitude and rudeness from the staff. If u have bad credit go somewhere else, all they want Is your money. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!!!!!!! read more

Do not, I repeat, do not buy a car from drive time, they buy the worst cars from auto auctions and refurbish them and sells them to you at marked up prices basically paying themselves back for all the horrible "work" they did fixing it. If this is the case, you are better off buying one from the auction and fixing it yourself. At least you will know what you're getting. read more

I got my car in January hadn't had the car not even 30 days my brake system starts to fail I was told they would only pay for my rotors to be turned I'm I'm still having problems with my brake system I do not recommend anyone buying a car from this place! read more

The customer service was great and everybody was nice. The only thing I didn't like is I found out after purchasing the vehicle that my interest rate was 24% , so I'm purchasing two cause instead of one. They did explain after I ask , once I get my credit repaired I could get it refinance. Overall I was glad I was able to get a car with low down payments . read more

Ok where to begin, first when I first even bought the car the battery died, then a few days later it had trouble cranking up and they said go to the place we told you about to look at it since they didn't want to bother with it anymore, next a few days later it's gas gage went out, I took it to the guy I was told to take it to, then he got mad cause I kept coming back so he said look I'm kind of busy can you come back? I'm like I don't want to drive with it broken well guess what? It's broken now and I haven't been back yet, now car wise I've had the battery bad, gas gage go out, my alternator was bad with in the 3rd week or so of having it, then I needed an oil change along side of now with my steering wheel light going off saying service it, my radio in the car works the CD player doesn't so I guess I'll have to buy a new one of those. So ask me if I really rate them good, I will answer with a no. Honestly these people just want your money and they won't help you fix the car. read more
