I've been tracking this food truck for almost a month, waiting for the perfect location and time to try them. They finally came close to my area, and I got to try them at Cranes Roost Park. They're a good truck that travels around. You can find their schedule on Insta. They had a long line and the wait was pretty substantial for a food truck, but we'll worth the wait. I got the Harley fries, which I was super excited to try. It's perfect! The fries and shrimp were perfectly crispy, even with a generous amount of sauces, which were very delicious!! I'll be keeping an eye out for them being in my area again!

Service was 10/10. Flavor was phenomenal and portion sizes were great. We weren't a huge fan of the chicken Alfredo egg rolls, but the snow crab was super fresh and great garlicky butter flavor. The honey garlic shrimp was definitely a 10/10. Catch them if you can it's definitely worth the hype & $

Brappin Crabs, has made their way From the 667 to the 407!! This couple brought their talents & vibes from Maryland to Orlando with one of the newest & Hottest food trucks in town Serving some of the best seafood !! I ordered the Salmon Cheesesteak Egg roll , (Blackened salmon with peppers, onions, and provolone cheese in an egg roll topped with Honey Garlic sauce paired with fries), A single crab cluster ( 1 single Crab cluster with Brapp Sauce) , & the Harley Fries , (Honey Garlic Fried Shrimp Over Cheesy fries) Catch them if you can . They sell out fast so follow them on IG and find out where they are popping up next and I strongly suggest you ORDER ONLINE AHEAD of time . When you order online you will be given a time your order will be ready. They are also cashless, the food is delicious & the customer service is great!

Visited a few weeks ago in Thornton Park area. I ordered ahead and it was ready when we arrived. The food was hot and fresh. The staff was friendly and thanked us for supporting. I would eat here again. The only thing I didn't like 100% was the dipping sauce that came with the food. It could use some work. It tastes like it's Veganaise based.

Brappin' Crabs, I had to give you my first review of 2024. Because, wow? I was so upset when I finished my crab legs. This is one of those meals that I ate with my eyes close just so i can heighten my taste senses just a little bit more. I would consider myself a crab leg connoisseur if you will and these are top 3 some of the best crabs in Orlando and it's not number 2 or 3! The sauce alone holds the throne! I love the ordering process of ordering ahead, that way I have something to look forward to all day. Everyone was super nice and efficient. They also have tables outside of the food truck if you want to eat onsite. But as for me, this is one of those meals I need a moment alone with because all class goes out the window when I'm eating here because no sauce left behind is my motto.

I randomly selected this food truck at the Orlando Parking Lot Party and have no regrets! I did arrive on the later end and ended up ordering a little after 9pm. The line was moving pretty quick due to the fact they sold out of the majority of the menu. I opted into taking the only menu item available Harley Fries which consisted of Honey Garlic Fried Shrimp Over Fries ($22). After trying this I understand why they sold out! That honey garlic sauce hit all the spots it needed to. The food was so fresh, tasty, and also served in a larger portion. Looking forward to scouting out this truck for my next seafood fix.

Interesting for sure...a mix of sushi, fried bar food, and seafood. The shrimp was delicious and the salmon rolls were fresh but spicy. However, the fries were a little disappointing and seemed like a "filler", drenched in melted cheez whiz. For $32, I think I would have preferred rice or lettuce as a base to enjoy the yum yum and spicy Mayo drizzles. If the fries were crispier they might have stood their own. They have a good thing going for sure, but a few kinks to work out.

I have been wanting to try this food truck for a while now. I was excited to find out that they were in my neighborhood. I was just coming from dinner when I spotted the food truck. I figured since I was already stuffed, I'll get something & save it for the next day for lunch. I regret opening that box because I could not stop myself from eating both of my clusters. The clusters were a little salty, but they had a delicious sauce on top, and they were meaty. They were some of the best crab legs that I've ever tried. I felt a little guilty about eating so much, but it was soooo worth it!

I have been seeing this place on Instagram and have been wanting to try it. I saw their location on their story and took my parents to the location. I ordered the lobster bites and fried shrimp. It comes with French Fries and everything is drizzled in their sauce. Their sauce was very tasty. My mom and i shared a plate. My mom rated it a 7 out of 10. I rate it a 6. The only reason i gave a 6 was because below the very tasty sauce, it was missing a bit of flavor on the actual food itself. I would try more of their menu items based on my first experience though. They were very friendly and professional.

Been waiting to try them for a while, and they did not disappoint! I had the Harley fries and my girlfriend had the salmon cheese steak egg rolls. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would....highly recommend. Staff was very courteous as well!

    Double Fried Salmon Bites Combo
    Vinroy M.

Taste: (9/10) The Fried Salmon Bites are REALLY GOOD! Their salmon don't taste "fishy" and pairs very well with the breading and the "sauce" that they put on it. The down side is the fries. I didn't care for them. Appearance: (10/10) Look at the photo! It was presented well and look delectable! Value: (8/10) This combo was $30. For salmon, that's understandable. General Comment: I truly wasn't disappointed with the Fried Salmon Bites! If they had the option for the Fried Salmon Bites, by themselves, I would definitely purchase that order. I'm particular about my fries and unfortunately it did not meet the standards of my personal taste. I'll pass on them. But you may very well love their fries, so I still recommend you trying the combo and have a taste for yourself!

Bruh... the food slapped. The sauce, the egg rolls, the fries like wow. Wish I tried the salmon. It's worth a try. Still dreaming about it.

We started with the She Crab Soup, which was rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious. I then ordered the Dirty Rice Entrée, and wow--what an explosion of flavors! It reminded me of a New Orleans-style paella, loaded with perfectly seasoned dirty rice, andouille sausage, shrimp, and an incredible depth of flavor in every bite. My husband began with the French Vegetable Soup, which he described as magnificent, followed by the Short Rib Sliders, which were tender, flavorful, and expertly prepared. For dessert, we indulged in the Peach Cobbler à la Mode, topped with vanilla bean ice cream. It was decadent, comforting, and the perfect ending to the meal. To top it all off, we enjoyed a frothy cappuccino served with a rock candy sugar stick--a beautiful finishing touch. The food, presentation, service, and atmosphere were all exceptional. We can't say enough good things about our experience and look forward to returning. Highly recommended!

Sometimes the sides feel like an afterthought at seafood boil places, but here they were just as enjoyable as the seafood itself. Overall, this was a great surprise. However, the portion was so small and the price was so expensive for that little tiny experience. I was very disappointed at the portion sizes and how much we had to pay. We got two soups one lobster roll and one quesadilla and spent over $87 plus tips ended up being over $90 total. We get home and open up what we bought and we're like -- Why did we spend almost $100 on something like this when we could've gone to a restaurant and had a better experience elsewhere and could have gotten lobster with sides and the full dining experience? As delicious as it was -- it was definitely not worth spending that much money on a food truck experience that was take home food. If I didn't eat the soup, I would've still been hungry after eating the very small lobster roll that look like a hotdog roll but smaller. For this reason is why I'm only giving them only a 3 star rating because it's not the food quality or taste that failed, because they really do have fresh lobster and it really has good flavor, but I have eaten at places like Nauti Lobster in Apopka Florida that is just as good but have better portions for the price. - Extremely disappointed - never again

To eat, we started by splitting the chor muang dumplings. These were gorgeous purple dumplings, but I found that their flavor was very delicate. The wrapper was somehow both gummy and overly delicate and broke. They were okay, but definitely more of an aesthetic dish. Next, we got one of the specials, which was a small tart shell filled with raw tuna. This was good, but I felt that the sauce overpowered the delicate fish. For mains, I ended up ordering the kor moo yang (pork jowel). This was the star of the show, it was super tender and flavorful. The relish was barely necessary to be honest. I'd definitely order this again, or get it as an appetizer to split with a few people before the main. To drink, I was really surprised that none of their cocktails were modifiable considering that they have a full bar. They didn't have any cocktails that were speaking to me, so I ended up ordering a zero proof drink, the honey's passion, with a shot of vodka on the side to spike it. This was a good solution. I would probably not go to talay again for food because there are so many good Thai places here, and the food just didn't stand out, but I'd definitely hit the bar for some drinks if I had more time.

We came here first simply because the cheaper weekday lunch special, but man oh man do the flavors keep me coming back. First off their broths are amazing. You can mix your broths and they are not just flavored water either, you literally get all the herbs and spices poured into your bowl to keep those flavors strong. If you like spice I usually do half curry and half the szechuan broths. They have a bar style to serve the food and the sauces/toppings so no waiting for anything. They even have the noodles on a little track that goes around the seats which is so fun just to grab. In addition to the hot pot menu. They have an extra charge appetizers "extra selections (made when ordered)" menu that contains a hidden gem of this place. The wings!!! All of them are cooked amazingly with a juicy inside but a flavorful crunchy outside. If you do choose this option I would love to give a shout out to the Juicy 2.0 flavor. The last food thing I love about this place is the dessert. They have an ice cream cooler, but not no normal vanilla or chocolate ice cream cups. They have that ice cream selection they you probably remember getting out of an ice cream freezer in the gas station. ice cream sandwiches, those crunchy-on-the-outside popsicle and normal popsicle too. I can always only speak to the staff that received us, but everyone there is very friendly and accommodating. They were happy to explain the various broths and the different menu items especially when it came to the appetizer menu. I said it at the beginning, price-wise this place I'd say is comparable or better. If you are iffy on trying this place as your next hotpot adventure, coming here during the cheaper weekday lunch time is a no brainer with a price that is arguably hard to beat. If you're eating at the normal price, I would still say this place is going to give the best bang for your buck if you are looking for some high quality warm belly feels.

Every visit here feels cozy, flavorful, and perfect for gathering with family and friends. Let's talk about the broth because that's the real star. My absolute go-to (and forever favorite) is the Tom Yum broth -- it's rich, aromatic, and packed with that perfect balance of sour, spicy, and savory. I love customizing it the way I grew up enjoying Thai hot pot by adding extra mushrooms, tomatoes, chili peppers, cilantro, green onions, garlic, and a squeeze of lime juice. The flavor becomes even brighter and so comforting -- seriously next level. The ingredient selection is another huge win. There's a great variety of seafood, different meats, and an abundance of fresh veggies, so you can really build your bowl exactly how you want it. Everything tastes fresh and the portions are generous, making it one of the best hot pot experiences in Orlando by far. Friendly staffs. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, which makes it perfect for both small dinners and bigger group hangouts. I love coming here with my family and friends -- it's the kind of place where you can slow down, cook together, and just enjoy the moment. Hot pot just hits differently during the cooler season, but honestly... in Florida weather, it's good any time of year. Juicy Pot is always a place I'll come back to whenever I get the chance.
