We ordered a shrimp basket. With Cajun fries. We ordered onion rings and a side of calamari. I also ordered a small bowl of Ramen as a side. Absolutely unimpressed. Breaded Calamari was like something I could buy and cook wrong in my microwave. We always order calamari and love it, and probably each one of us took two pieces and left the rest of the basket. The ramen was a side and had some butter and spice on it and way too salty. The Cajun fries and onion rings were decent but tasted very much like fast food restaurant. I tried this seafood place on Saturday and let me say. Baby, the seafood didn't not disappoint. I ordered a 1/2 pound shrimp boil with garlic sauce mild and it was full of flavor. The sauce was just right and the shrimp was nice and steamy. I also like that the portion size was small enough to enjoy one sitting. It comes with one corn and one potato. The Juicy Crab is a chain that I have been seeing popping up.all over. This particular location is in a decent sized shopping plaza, so parking is not really an issue. Be advised that this place is certainly not inexpensive, however, seafood never really is inexpensive. The service was good and the food was good. I certainly have had better, but I have also had worse. All in all, if you are in the SODO area of Orlando and craving seafood, I woukd recommend this establishment. Very good and affordable seafood. Ordered the number 1 combo w 1/2 lb of shrimp and 1/2 lb of sausage. Also ordered a side of boiled eggs. Everything was absolutely delicious! They found the perfect balance of being well seasoned but not too salty. I also love the Togo setup that they give you served broil style in bags w gloves and all. it makes for little to no mess which is almost impossible when eating this type of food. Pretty awful first experience here. After placing a large to go order of $65 plus leaving a good tip. I end up getting home without any of my side items which caused me a lot of chaos after a long day of work, waiting at the store for the food to be made, getting home And realizing I have to drive all the way back now. What's worse is their phone was busy the whole time, while I was driving there, I kept trying to call and I finally got through and told the gentleman how they forgot my side items and he told me to come by and he'll make it right. When I got there, I realized they didn't even start on my side items and I had to wait there 15 minutes for them to fry everything. This is not great customer service, considering they didn't take care of me like they said they would all they did was give me the food I paid for and I ended up going back home to cold food. This combination came with 1 crab cluster, 1/2 lb of shrimp, 6oz lobster tail, 1 potato, 1 pc of corn and a slice of cheesecake. This was the perfect combo since it offered a bit of everything that I wanted. The server recommended that I go with the cajun-garlic butter seasoning. I opted for mild seasoning. The meal came out hot, was well seasoned and was a good serving size. The sangria was also very good. It was a sweet pineapple flavor with a hint of citrus and not to strong. Just the sort of thing to sneak up on you if you have too many on an empty stomach. I thought that I was stuffed and would take home the cheesecake. However, once I tasted it, it was game over. Amazing service and excellent food. We headed in and enjoyed a feast meal that was big enough to share between two people. Happy hour runs till eight. Yup, you read that right EIGHT. Our server was incredibly friendly and the place was very clean. Plenty of parking and easy to access. Their menu has a lot to offer and each night had a different special. We dined in for the first time tonight, though I had ordered their food from Uber Eats before. I got the #2 combo with crayfish, black mussels, corn, and a potato. I got it in their signature Juicy sauce. That sauce is awesome. It makes the corn taste so juicy and flavorful and it makes the potato better than a potato has any business being. The mussels and crayfish taste great in that seasoning. If you're not used to eating crayfish, it takes some effort to figure out how to get all of the good meat out, but it's worth it. My only complaint is the lack of variety. Since all of the food is cooked in the same seasoning and then served in a bag of sauce, everything you eat has the same flavor. It's a good flavor, but still... My fiance got a combo with shrimp and crab legs. She liked the shrimp but said the crab legs were a bit disappointing. I used to frequently eat here and after they got shut down for rats being found in the kitchen i stopped dining for awhile. After watching a friends Instagram story of her eating here. It gave me the craving for some seafood boil. Location is great, menu has a wide variety, but something needs to be done with the service. When me and my husband showed up there was about 3 tables with people so they were not busy and it took them a while to acknowledge us. Once we got seated by Franklin I believe. He stated to us that the server will be with us shorty and if we need anything to let him know. Server took about 10-15 mins to come to our table. During that time there was an employee cleaning the table behind us and he was explaining everything to us which we were super grateful for. He told us which sauce was the best and said that he cooks them everyday. He was super sweet and helpful. The server finally showed up and said what would we like to drink. Straight to the point. There was no greeting, introduction or anything pretty much. She look annoyed that she had to help us. That was a HUGE turn off for me. You are so excited to try a new place and once you're there that excitement is all gone with just the service. We ordered a few drinks and asked for limes inside. The drinks took a while. We got our drinks and no limes. Ok that's not a problem at all. People forget things all the time. I went to the bar and waited until someone acknowledged me. Mind you there was NO one sitting at the bar. Someone walked by and didn't even say anything. She just stared at me like "what do you need" I said if we could get limes for our drinks and she rudely said ugh you're going to have to wait. I need to go the back and cut them. I said ok. Although they are short staffed, the food was amazing. It was fresh & the seasoning was on point. Will have to recommended to anyone that is into seafood.
