First time diner. I will definitely return. Food is stellar with explosive flavor profile, tender protein, and all around enjoyable cuisine. Juice made from passion fruit was delicious. Waitress was attentive. Some menu items, eg, soups, were unavailable and waitress was apologetic and helpful. Restaurant has limited seating but relaxed atmosphere

Two stars because first visit it was so so. Second visit it was horrible. Waiters forgot us completely multiple times. Brought yuca without any sauces. We waited and waited and finally they came but yuca was cold by then. The chupe de shrimp was not good, aguadito had no flavor at all. Lomo was sad. Causa was wet. So bad. All of it. Waited an hour on hotdogs. Third visit was ok. We ordered an hour ahead and still waited on our food upon arrival. But they were nice and working hard. Yuca was great. Pollo was prepared well. This gives us hope they will do better. But first two visits were so bad I took 3 stars off. The two stars are for the third visit, they were nice. Friends had ceviche and it was not good at all.

The real Peruvian flavor, I didn't think I would find one of the best Ceviches in the world in Kentucky, Many times we pay in luxurious restaurants and the food is very simple, if you want to feel a bomb of flavors in your mouth visit this place.

    Canchas

This was my first time with Peruvian food and I can say it did not disappoint. To me it is kind of a meld of Mexican, Caribbean, and Puerto Rican food. The sauce on my Pesscador a lo macho ( I think that's right) was amazing and the mussels in the dish were the first ones I have ever enjoyed. My wife had the chicken with pesto and it was better than any Italian version we have had. The plantains were good and the sweet potato fries were the sweetest I've eaten. Service was great and there was plenty of cancha to eat for snacking while waiting. It is corn that tastes like popcorn but is not completely popped. It was delicious. I am looking forward to going back for more!

Food is excellent. Everything is pretty good but they should re price their appetizers, they are way too expensive.

I looked at the menu but already knew I was ordering a Cuban sandwich. They had many favors of Jarritos I was happy before I even got food! I got an amazing sandwich with pork and cheese, and enough for 2 servings. I really felt like I was in Miami where I had my somewhat authentic in the US Cuban. They had a huge take out business, that means the folks working in the offices around them approve. I did not try any of the side dishes, but that is a reason to go back. The location was easy to get to with easy parking, the staff was friendly and make you feel like family. This is a bit of out of the way for me, but I will be back.

The rice and beans were a little bland but well cooked. The Cuban came out fast, but the cheese hadn't really melted at all. The flavors all felt a little rushed, pre-packaged, even. The restaurant is very simple, and features a store of Latin goodies in the back. We will definitely visit again to try the empanadas.

The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and great recommendations. I got the quarter chicken & churrasco steak, and a chicken empanadas (recommended). Everything was delicious and you really get way more that what you pay for! The steak was super tender - get a side of chimichurri with it! The empanada through me off - in a good way. It had chicken, olives, boiled eggs in it. At first I was confused but with the second bite I was hooked. Also the crust was buttery and has a perfect bite to it. I've never had anything like it before. I can't wait to try the beef empanada next time. If you want to try something new I would definitely try this place!

She took the time to bring out a roll, fresh baked cookie, make sure we had all the things we would need, and changed the TV to a children's show so my husband and I could enjoy a date even with our tag along. The food was outstanding! Tasted like it was straight from Latin/South America. Which obviously is a compliment coming from a Colombian and a gringa who loves her food with a Latin flair! Steak is medium with a nice char, and the chicken has a seasoning that is reminiscent of the Caribbean. Rice and beans are always a great combo and you absolutely cannot go wrong with the plantains! We had a chicken empanada which was cooked to perfection, my only regret is not trying the beef empanada as well! Go here. You won't regret it!

It's very spacious inside with a bit of room to dance and some seats available by the bar. We were greeted by the server/host/bartender/DJ. We opted for waters and just ordered a little bit of everything--quarter of a rotisserie chicken, stuffed avocado (chicken, veggies, sauce), Yuca fries. The fries came with two types of sauces: cilantro and one with a pepper base that wasnt super spicy. We were able to use this sauce for the rotisserie chicken and the Yuca fries. While waiting for the food to be prepared, our host/server/bartender/DJ asked if we were interested in dancing or if we liked music. Since we were fine with whatever, we were treated to some loud latin dance music. It as a fun vibe. At around that time, we received our food. The rotisserie chicken was very flavorful and easy to chew. The avocado and chicken was good for me, although it had more than enough celery for my husband (not his preference). The fries were delicious and are a generous portion that can be shared. Nice, hot, crispy, flavorful. I did also add on a tiramisu for dessert. One of the better ones I've had. The staff was nice enough to write out a message in chocolate syrup before plating the dish. Although we were the only ones in there prior to closing and they were trying to create a lively atmosphere, I applaud the effort. If in the area again, I'd definitely stop by again to try out something new. Thanks again to Jefferson for the great time and recommendations!
