I then checked the menu and no where did it claim the Cowgirl roll even had an 'Avacado sauce.' The manager then came to our table and said since I took half a bite of a piece they could not remove it off my bill as all sales are final. (No sale has been made) I explained that the menu didn't even mention avocado sauce and she said "That's fair but unfortunately the best I can do is 10% off" I asked what the sauce was at that point since it clearly wasn't "avocado sauce" and she said "They just make their own sauce back there and it has sprite?" My group was so uncomfortable with the exchange that I just decided to pay and get out of there. I asked the front for info for the GM or owner and was told to Google it. To be clear I am the GM of a restaurant and would never leave a review this way if it wasn't absolutely necessary but the entire exchange was extremely unprofessional. I paid $49 and $20 of it was the roll that didn't get eaten and was removed from the table by the server.
