Valentines at Brasao couldn't be any better.. The food and service was pristine.. The salad bar had plenty of fresh options to choose from. Now, we get to the best part. The meat extravaganza!! All the cuts had amazing flavor and taste. The place is nice and clean and ok the employees are so polite and friendly. All the gauchos cutting the meat we are very attentive.

Brasão Brazilian Steakhouse is a Brazilian style steak house (churrascaria) which uses prime beef cuts for the juiciest and tastiest charcoal grilled meats. It may not have been the first churrascaria in the area, but it is the best. My Overall Rating - 5 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere - Brasão is in Irving-Las Colinas. There's a dedicated bar area that's elevated and overlooks the main dining room with central salad bar. It's quite busy during lunch with so many businesses nearby, but the crowds will die down after noon. Also, it's very nice. Heavy thread count white tablecloths adorn the tables, and numerous gauchos and servers briskly walk the room ensuring every need is met. 1 Star. Service - Brasão has an army of staff there to help you. Our server checked in numerous times, met every request, and the constant barrage of gauchos holding sizzling meats on skewers kept our plates and tummies full. If they keep coming, be sure you flip your dining card from green to red. 1 Star. Food - I keep coming back to Brasão because they serve the best meat. All cuts are prime beef, tender, and grilled to order. If you want a specific cut, just ask. Here are my favorite cuts: - Garlic Picanha - This top sirloin is infused with garlic. The sirloin is cut into cubes, so more of the fat cap is exposed. This cap, along with the garlic and tender beef, results in a bite that I enjoy more than the regular picanha. - Bottom Sirloin - This tender cut is the purest beef flavor. Here's where Brasão's use of prime beef really stands out. This cut is closest to a traditional steak in flavor. - Ribeye - It's a ribeye - Brazilian style. I like my cut medium rare with a dash of salt. Like the bottom sirloin, the prime cuts really stand out. - Lamb Chops - And finally, my favorite cut is the lamb chops. In fact, these are the best lamb chops in DFW. Only salt is used to allow the tender, juicy chops to shine. I hold these like a lollipop and always leave room for two chops. Here's the best part - it's all you can eat. The salad bar is epic but be careful not to eat too much so you can save room for the prime meats. 2 Stars. Will I Return? - Yes. I visit Brasão at least once a month. Right now (August) they are offering a special menu for DFW Restaurant Week. Not all meats are on the RW menu, but it's enough to have me return. 1 Star.

YES. Amazing experience! Came on an early Friday evening to celebrate with husband and kiddo. The place is beautiful and the chairs were really comfy - I know that's a weird note but the comfiness is worth noting haha. We opted for the full experience - salad bar had amazing delectables. My fav was the cheese selection and the roasted garlic, yum! After finishing our salad, we were brought out new plates for our meats. Service was quick! We had tried everything in a matter of moments. We shared a side of mashed potatoes which was good - something simple to soak up all the flavors of the meats. My favs were the spicy picahna, lamb chops, and the grilled pineapple though everything was delicious. To end our celebratory dinner, we selected the flaming cheesecake and it was the best cheesecake I've ever had. 5/5 yelp stars. Enjoy!!!

My favorite Brazilian steakhouse in DFW! The food is consistently delicious, and they even have grilled pineapple! The atmosphere is relaxed and never too crowded, making it an enjoyable dining experience every time. Plus, the customer service is top-notch. the staff is friendly, attentive, and always makes you feel welcome. Highly recommend!

We were too busy eating and enjoying the experience to take a lot of pictures but let me just say that this place knocks it out of the park. The service was top-notch, attentive but not intrusive, and all the staff were friendly, My favorite dishes were the shrimp, the grilled pineapple, and the lamb chops.

Who doesn't love a Brazilian Steakhouse? Had to control ourselves from filling our stomachs with the heavenly Brazilian Cheese Puffs. Gotta save room for the meat! Our server Bruno and the rest of the crew were amazing. The atmosphere is warm and classy. Definitely a fine dining experience!

A totally empty bar on a Friday at a place that only offers Happy Hour Sunday thru Thursday, should probably consider extending their happy hour thru Friday to potentially attract more customers? Although at "$14 for appetizers" (which ones, though?), I'm not sure it would be a huge draw... but better. The non-happy hour bar food, however, was good even if the prices were "unhappy". Charcuterie ($20.95) and beef ribs sliders ($21.95). Service was great. Atmosphere good if not so void of people. From previous experience, the main dining area with the AYCE meats is good. But this review is specifically for the Friday 5pm bar experience, which I would never do again or recommend.

Look closely -- the vanilla liquor in this cocktail was poured while on fire!

If you're looking for a nice date night in Las Colinas, stop scrolling now because you've found the perfect place! I cannot say it strongly enough -- this wonderful family-owned restaurant takes PRIDE in providing a great experience. The service is swift and very attentive. Management is attentive and actively coaches the staff. Our waiter, Tony, was one of the best we've ever seen at providing personal attention without being intrusive. And the food is excellent! A wide variety of well prepared options, including an excellent "salad bar" which could be a buffet in its own right. Tableside service for well made cocktails is a delightful diversion. Most of all -- I am a big fan of cheesecake, and the flaming cheesecake here is THE best I've ever had. I don't give this compliment lightly. It's absolutely to die for and a must-order!

Ask the Community - Brasão Brazilian Steakhouse

Thinking of having a business dinner here. I have a couple of vegetarians in the group, can some people in the party only have the salad bar and some the full course? The website doesnt show any actual menus with prices. Are there sep entree options?

Yes. This is a great idea. Brasao has private rooms, and you can choose to have the salad bar only which is cost less than the full experience.

I would love to see the menu prices, I Can't seem to find it on website?

The pricy appears to have changed as food costs have gone up. Expect to pay about $75 a person. Pricier than other Brazilian style steakhouses, but it's worth it. Brasao is the best in DFW.

    Is everything à la cart?

Happy Hour menu in the bar is a la cart. The main dining area is a fixed price.

They have a pretty good selection of beers and of liquors (I presume wine, too, but I didn't check). While there are "bourbon bars" with a wider bourbon selection or "gin bars" with a wider gin selection, they have an above average selection of each, and they don't charge absurd up charges for choosing the liquor you like. The bartender is very polite. There's ample seating at the bar, and you can also take your drink to some loungy-er chairs in the nearby part of the hotel lobby. All in all, a solid bar.

You walk in and the bar is to your right. It was about 6 and no one was at the bar. There was a group of guys discussing something over drinks in the lounge area but that was about it. The bartender came right up to my boyfriend and I. I told the bartender my boyfriend had never been to Texas so we tried out essentially every tap by sampling which was nice that he offered that up. After we tried each beer we decided on some options. The bartender went back to texting in the corner and we sat at the bar listening to the music playing in the open concept lobby/bar area We eventually took over the seating area that group was in because the couches looked more cozy than the bar. The happy hour advertised is not a thing anymore, they now have reverse happy hour from 9-10. The beers weren't too expensive as our tab was only $13 which I doable. The bartender disappeared from the bar for a fair amount of time which made me anxious because I used to be a bartender, I guess he trusted we wouldn't leave without paying. He didnt come check on us to see if we needed another beer but that was ok I guess. I went back up to the bar to cash out and that was that. This bar is good for a quick drink but I wouldn't probably go for a top notch bar experience.

My Overall Rating - 5 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere - Monaco is one of the prettiest restaurants in all of DFW. Dark wood and dark blue seating invite you in. The bar is stunning, with back lighting highlighting their drinks. There's also an outdoor seating area, including a wind shield - perfect when the weather is nice. This is a great spot for a weekend date night if you want something outside of Dallas. 1 Star. Service - Everyone was very nice. We were never rushed, all dishes could be customized to order, and I never had to ask for a refill. Nothing but good people here. 1 Star. Food - Let me start by saying presentation matters, and the dishes at Monaco are great for your Instagram or Yelp feed. I started with the roasted oysters. I chose it because the description said the oysters are "topped with bone marrow butter". That, combined with the roasted breadcrumbs, added a nice crunchy and smooth texture to the delicious oysters. For my main, I went with the Salmon St. Harve. This beautiful dish had a perfectly prepared salmon. Soft and flaky, but with a crunch from the skin at the bottom. It was served on top of grilled asparagus and topped with a cream sauce that brought everything together. Delicious. 2 Stars. Will I Return? - Yes. It's not a secret that I love Water Street. This is an awesome area in the heart of DFW, and I'm so happy there is an upscale restaurant like Monaco that has amazing food. 1 Star.
