My husband and I ate lunch at La Estancia Steakhouse today, Memorial day. The price is 24.99$ without drinks. Their lamp on that table changes color when pressed. For the service light meaning whenever you ask for the meat to be serve its yellow color. They had salad bar with many choices. They also had the hot side dish. I like the medium well sirloin, lamb, picanha and flank steak. My husband preferred the parmesan chicken and sausage which he said were both delicious. The meats are so flavorful. We both liked the grilled pineapple. I like the chicken salad best of all the salads. The fettucini alfredo is also delicious. They offered us slices of cake for 10$ extra pay as dessert which I did-not avail. They have fresh fruits, flan and fried banana included in the AYCE. The flan is so good. The drinks like iced tea costs 3.50$. Service is quick. Ambiance is quiet with romantic music being played. Its very relaxing to eat there.

This place is pure awesomeness! The decor is beautiful and the lighting is perfect and I especially liked the music! We went on the weekend for my husband's birthday and he was very pleased with this place. The salad area and hot foods were very good. The meats were amazing from the ribs, sausage, chicken, sirloin, pineapple and more. There was a gentleman that came to our table with this huge round cheese and melted cheese for us and added to some pasta. It was very delicious! The people here are so nice and accommodating. This is one of our new favorite restaurants.

5 star for Service. It was excellent! Everyone was really attentive and friendly. The manager on duty, Anthony was great. He made sure we got the temperature of meats we wanted. Meat was seasoning was flavorful. We always request for medium rare meats. Their pricing is half of what you would have paid in other Churrascarias. Please manage your expectations. The cold bar has something for everyone. Has salads, cheeses, olives, fresh fruits etc. The also have a hot bar which has empanada, friend plantain , rice, beans etc. They also have the cheese wheel where they do the pasta. Request for it, it was very cool to watch.

A solid steakhouse that won't break the bank. For $24.99, the menu offers plenty of options to satisfy your appetite. Salad Bar - Decent variety, including cold cuts and chicken salad. The warm items weren't particularly appealing to me, and they could improve the soup for the beans, which were quite runny. Meats - All the meats were great, especially the garlic beef and spicy beef, so good that I had to ask for seconds. Special mention: The flan at the salad bar is a must-try!

I've never had anything that wasn't perfectly prepared, flavorful, and served the correct temperature. And that's what really matters in a restaurant, of course. But the vibe is odd. I can't put my finger on it. It's "clique-y". Every time I come, I walk into an empty restaurant with no host. And it seems I've walked in before they opened. They have lots of private events which are walled off with weird partitions. And they sometimes (according to others I overheard) completely close down for private parties. I don't ask for much. I require very little attention. I grossly over tip. And, yet still I feel very unwelcome in this restaurant that I have frequented several times. I don't get it. The other customers were very nice to me, but the staff seemed annoyed by my presence. It's bizarre. Anyway, the food alone earns them a top rating. Pro tip: Do NOT sit at the bar. They don't tell you this: but it's for the regulars. You'll feel like you've wandered into a party you weren't invited to. AND.....order the Prince Edward Island mussels!

The owner of the restaurant took our order and offered good suggestions. He raved about their Tiramisu and we wanted to try if for dessert. The starters we tried were well seasoned and flavorful. The pasta bowls come with breadsticks and is perfect for one. The bowls are not shareable but the flavors were excellent. Do try the tiramisu for dessert. It is highly recommended. Plenty of parking available in the strip mall. The restaurant offers beer, wines and cocktails with a full bar service. Pricing: Not an inexpensive restaurant but it's worth the money you pay. Will I return? : For sure!

Service rhythm was good. However, everyone at the table was from Louisiana and the server couldn't tell us what was used in the "Cajun" spices on the French Chicken. You'd think that would be a basic training lesson and menu knowledge you'd have to grasp before being given a section. Don't put vague descriptions in print if your staff can't break them down when the guest asks questions. On a side note, I know for a fact that this company requires all their managers to be clean shaven. Yet, I saw a cook/chef with a fairly thick, quasi-biker beard working the line in an open kitchen in clear view of guests. Kind of ironic. I'd rather the dude making my food be clean shaven for obvious reasons. Unlikely that I return.

The restaurant was practically empty, so we sat in the bar/lounge area. The host and other staff were friendly. Our waiter came off a little smug at first and barely cracked a smile. He honestly seemed a bit annoyed that he had to wait on us, which felt very unfriendly. My friend managed to get him to loosen up a bit as the night went on though, so maybe that's just his personality. To his credit, he was very informative when it came to the main course options. The lighting was dim and intimate. Ambiance was simple and modern. I ordered the sea bass and my friend ordered the beef Wellington. Honestly, after tasting my fish, he ended up enjoying my sea bass more than his own dish. The sea bass was like butter, just as the waiter described it. If fish could fall off the bone, this one would have. It came with rice, cashews, and a ginger miso sauce. The cashews added a really nice crunch and texture and the flavors worked really well together. I thoroughly enjoyed it as b the only downside was the portion size. Like a lot of nicer restaurants, you get one small piece of fish... about the size of my pinky finger. My friend's beef Wellington, on the other hand, was just okay. He didn't say it was bad, but it definitely didn't stand out, especially compared to the sea bass. We also ordered potatoes as a side and the white truffle Caesar salad. The salad was good and the truffle flavor wasn't overpowering, which I appreciated. The potatoes were solid too and paired well with the meal. Dessert, unfortunately, was not it! We ordered the Wicked Sundae. Our waiter had actually recommended the banana pudding or the chocolate tart, but we decided to try something else. We probably should've taken his advice. The sundae tasted mostly like ice cream and was missing the main part of the dish -- the brownie. Nothing to run home about, and it also happened to be the most expensive dessert on the menu. Definitely not worth it.

I continue to be impressed by the service and the food. And when you combine this with the beautiful spring weather in Texas (March), it's one of the best experiences in all of DFW. My Overall Rating - 5 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere - If you haven't been to Water Street, go now while the weather is nice (March or October). I'm writing this review in March when the Texas weather is beautiful. While the inside of Pacific Table is elegant with blue booths and white tablecloths, the outdoor seating next to Lake Carolyn creates a view that's almost impossible to find in DFW: fine dining by the water. 1 Star. Service - The service is great. Our server was attentive, helpful, and best of all shared the special of the day. I always ask my server because when they recommend an excellent dish, it means the restaurant puts in the effort to enable them. Mission accomplished. 1 Star. Food - I went with Pacific Table's special of the day: blackened redfish with creole sauce and a vegetable. WOW. This dish was a homerun. The fish was tender, well-seasoned, and the sauce added a creamy component that reminded me of the bayou. As a bonus, my sauteed spinach that I chose as my side was equally delicious. If I wasn't dining in public, I would have licked my plate. 2 Stars. Will I Return? - Yes. Every time I eat at Pacific Table, I try something new and am pleasantly surprised. The combination of service, specials, and amazing Texas spring weather makes this a repeatable restaurant in my rotation. 1 Star.
