Not a great experience the last two times ordering for carryout. First off the last two times we tried calling the phone number for ordering it went to voicemail both times and then it said the voicemail wasn't set up. One time maybe but twice seems kind of fishy (Are you not picking it up intentionally). Then this time the hostess never said hello, she seemed to be chatting with some friends, then did ask if I needed anything and I proceeded to order 4 items. Three of the items are Burgers on your menu that already come with certain things on them but she kept asking what we wanted on them. I said they are Craft and Specialty Burgers and are already listed in your menu, don't you just have a button for those but she said they took away the buttons (Not sure that was true) Came back about 20 minutes later and got everything home and nothing was labeled with 4 similar burgers you'd think it may be smart to simply label them but we did figure it out. The burgers honestly were not good at all, very small, mine was called a Bourbon & Bacon Heidleburger and was supposed to have Bourbon BBQ and didn't, it was very cold and to be honest I can cook a burger at home on my George Foreman Grill better than this thing I paid for. All the Fries were cold and not good either. Well over $55 for all the items and just a waste of money. I saw several others come in and the hostess didn't even say hello. They seemed very scatter brained to be honest and it wasn't even busy for a Saturday night at 7:30pm. Overall based on the last two times we have ordered here we will probably not try again as it's a hassle to not be able to reach anyone and have to come in just to make a carry out order, and then have it not even be pleasing. I think you all need some improvement with the staff and other things. If you don't really have buttons for your Craft Burgers and Specialty Burgers then maybe your staff needs to know the menu better? read more

My wife and I went to this restaurant several years ago and had a fantastic meal and time. We do not get to this part of the town frequently, but we were in the area and decided to get dinner. We arrived just before the dinner crowd; when we left, the place was packed. We ordered the appetizer cheese fries, and we received a plate of fries with a cup of cold cheese. Maybe we order wrong. Perhaps this is what they serve. Disappointed in the appetizer but was excited about the burgers. My wife order the Southwest burger. It is listed as a cheeseburger with beer battered jalapenos, guacamole, Applewood bacon, with a spicy mayo. We received a burger with iceberg leattus tomato and fresh jalapeno. Not even close to what she order. I order the Hitze burger and it was listed to have iceberg lettuce, tomato, serrano pepper, hot pepper mayo, jalapeño pepper non-GMO Martin's potato roll. The burger came with iceberg lettuce, tomato, and fresh jalapenos. That's correct, the same burger as my wife. We ordered two different burgers but received the same. So if you want a place with no options, this is the place for you. On the positive side the food was fast and the service was good. Food was good. Service was amazing and I tipped well. Ambiance was better than it has been in the past. After all that, here is where I have my issue with this establishment and I'm soooooooo upset that this manager name Alley refused to make it right(The South). You never know who people may know in this world. I paid for my meal and accidentally left my food on the table and literally walked outside to get in my vehicle. Brauburger literally busted the table and threw my food away that freaking quick. I walked back in and asked where my food was and they said it was gone. I was dumbfounded and responded to the manager letting her know that I had a whole freaking meal in that take out container. Alley's reaction could have gave 2 shits if I paid or not. Doug!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know you don't operate like this and if you want people to continue to patronize your business, I hope you have staff treat people better than this or find a better solution than a gift card. REALLY!!!!!!!!! This ain't the way. I'm out of $61.00. and your manager could care less. Came to this little burger joint for the second time thinking they would have had time to improve the place. The burger was not juicy like they advertise and the service was exceedingly slow. My husband ordered a beer from the waitress and after waiting 20 minutes for it to arrive, we just gave up and assumed the waitress had forgotten. Definitely won't be coming back, and from the looks of the other reviews-brauburgers won't last long in forest. I would expect the service and food I received to be from a fast food joint, not a full service restaurant that claims to be "craft." read more

Well this was my second and last time coming here. The hostess tonight (11/12) was drone like and seemed annoyed we even came in. Our server (i believe her name began with an A) seemed like she was tired of being at there. Completely ignored us multiple times when we tried to get more drink refills. It was also very obvious, with hers and others, yoga pants that being an attractive girl is all it takes to be a server here. Prices were great. Lots of selections for eating and drinking. We tried the fried pickles and the sweet potato fries and they had a big size portion and all the food tasted excellent. I got the steak and cheese u- boat and it was awesome!! Will definitely come back soon. read more
