I popped through the drive thru and only ordered a burger. I am new to the Braums burger experience, and they quickly converted me into a fan. I had had their ice cream before and it is a solid choice. I had stayed away, knowing that they put mayo on their burgers. Now, I know that you can request burgers be sans mayo, but mistakes happen and if you have seen any of my previous reviews you will know I am UNREASONABLE in my distaste for mayo. I will throw my lunch away for fraternization. If I smell it, I am DONE. I have found, that Braums can accommodated the one thing I am picky about. And they make a tasty burger! And hearty burgers! I can get down with some crinkle cut fries, but never order them because a burger for me is plenty. This location delivers. I love that they put fresh veggies on them. Onion, lettuce, pickles, and tomatoes, hell yes. It has everything, delicious meat, melty cheese, fresh veggies for contrast, and some pickles to cut through all that richness. I thought the drive thru went through quickly and my order was spot on. I don't really like to make customizations, but Braums has consistently catered to my proclivities. Braum's located on Covell Road across from Showbiz Cinema. The service was definitely lacking. There were a bunch of teenagers just hanging by the register by food side. 1 young girl was making our ice cream order. My group of 7 later had 5 0eople come in behind us. The girl looked like she hated her job,or maybe she was annoyed that no one came to help her. Either way,I wanted to take a fun video of ice cream section but the glass tops were dirty with melted ice cream streaks,so I didn't take a pic. The ice cream was good and sundaes too. Food is fine here. The place is usually a pig sty as they don't clean the tables or floors or empty the trash. Almost always out of utensils, ketchup, and such. They screw up orders often. They also don't honor their advertised sale of frozen yogurt. It is a sign in front of their register, and I always get over charged for it. I've been going here, since I've moved here a year ago, and enjoy it very much. The vibe is there. Going in is very calm and the staff know what they are doing. Holy onion! I think I've wrote a review somewhere in the past about this and I keep hoping it will change but it never does. Please... Your onions need cooked before putting in the breakfast burritos or don't include them at all! It takes 10 minutes at the beginning of shift to quickly throw those on the grill and take the potency out of them. Or use milder onions. Simply put, this Braum's delivers. Right off interstate 35, we have popped in several times to pick up basic grocery needs before arriving at my in-laws. I'm so impressed by how fresh their produce selection is along with the ice cream ;) The drive-through has also kept our toddler fed more times than I would like to admit. I came towards the end of the breakfast hour and had asked for some biscuits. The manager initially said breakfast time was over after the clerk kindly asked if any biscuits were left. They were busy with lunch, and I was going to leave. As I was going out the door he came over and said he would make it happen. He and the staff shifted gears and did a breakfast order. I was amazed that this young man and the staff stopped to do this. It meant a lot to me because I was bringing the food to 2 people who both have cancer and poor appetites, who had specifically requested Braum's biscuits. Their staff nor manager knew my situation. They just did GREAT customer service. Refreshing to see in this day and time. I ashamedly did not pick up his/their names. They worked on Saturday am July 9,2022. Been to this Braums several times. It has been good more often than not. Every once in awhile they forget something like napkins in the drive through but it's not majority of the time. And we aren't exactly thrilled about the burgers being changed from 1/3 lb to 1/2 lb. The worst was when I called them out on forgetting to give me a receipt and the cashier told me I was lying. Those employees don't seem to work here anymore though (thankfully). Overall, it's fast food so you'll probably get good and bad results. However, this establishment does seem to produce more positive than negative experiences. Also, the dairy at Braums is always great. If you want some hormone free food this is a place to keep on your radar. read more

Omg the most disgusting place I have ever seen. It's a busy night with the heat and it being a weekend, but that is hardly an excuse for what we encountered. We stopped in to get my son a treat if ice cream. He wants a banana split and asks if he can choose the ice cream. The girls attending the clients are hardly communicative and aren't listening worth a darn. They proceed to make his split with the standard ice cream flavors and he has to stop them to remind them he wants to choose. I then notice the filth on every surface of counter space both in the front and back counters. The floors were deplorable. It was like a ship being run by the crew of lackeys and no adult to be seen making sure that the ship was ship shape. The employees were also filthy and unkempt. It was a shock to see this at a Braum's. I asked to speak To a manager and the cashier in the food store was hard to understand and told me the manager was behind the ice cream counter to which I said then I don't want to speak to someone running such a mess. Ice cream is very good, Fries are very good. Rest of the food is pretty good. In general, I enjoy Braums but this location has issues. In general, it is fairly dirty. The kitchen, which in full view of the customer, is consistently downright filthy. We have stopped eating food at this location and only buy the prepackaged ice cream. Counter help is either very poorly trained in customer service or just naturally rude. Seems to be a recurrent theme throughout the years. Sadly, cannot recommend you eat here. Market prepackaged food is OK to buy but restaurant cooked food is concerning. read more

They have managed to put a lot of stuff in a small area and are always well stocked. Best breakfast burritos around for a fast food place and fresh biscuit sandwiches of the usual variety. If you want ice cream specialties don't come to this location an hour before closing they clean all their machines early and refuse to make things after 8 which is against company policy as it states full menu should always be available till close. The manager is mean and rude when you point out this policy and basically tells you to take your business elsewhere if you don't like it bad manners and bad service for a location such as Edmond. read more

I LOVE braums. But this wasn't my favorite location. The young boy who made my large chocolate shake took about 15 mins to make it and it overflowed completely over the cup. And instead of transferring it to another cup he just took a million napkins and tried to clean it up. When that didn't work he took a wet blue towel from a red container and wiped it clean. Beyond a doubt one of the worst-managed fast food places you'll ever find. They consistently get orders wrong, and have been this way pretty much since they opened. I'm not exagerrating when I say that it's very, very rare that they get an order right. They have no idea what they're doing, and management has no interest in fixing it. My daughter and I are (were) regulars at this store because it is next door to where we shop for groceries. We have always been pretty happy with the food but the service has been going downhill for quite a while. The women who work the drive thru window on day shift are flat rude. They really dont seem to care at all. They routinely hand us cups with the lids half on, today it happened again and my daughter wore some of her drink- the employee muttered a quick 'sorry' and tossed some napkins at her. The special order we normally get threw them for a loop today and Barbara the shift manager decided that they 'don't do that'. We had to plead our case to the manager Sherry over something pretty simple that we were more than willing to pay for and that we had ordered without incident many times before. Everytime someone comes to the window, they just hand stuff out without saying a word and then SLAM!! that window- we contacted corporate a few weeks ago because we were tired of being treated so rudely. He said he would address the issue. Nothing has changed. We're done. Two doors down, there's a Chick Fil-A where they always seem glad to have our business and the food is better besides. read more

My husband was wanting ice cream and thought it to be reasonably safe with the pandemic if we used the drive thru. The girl taking the order was confused and disorganized. My husband repeated the order to her over the speaker three times....two scoops of pecan praline and cream ice cream in a cup and a two scoop hot fudge sundae with bananas. At the pay window the girl incorrectly repeated the order and my husband corrected her again in a clear voice. She appeared to make a correction. When we got the order the pecan praline and cream ice cream was in a waffle cone. When my husband told the girl that the ice was requested in a cup, she took it back and dumped it in a cup smearing ice cream on the side of the cup and handed it back to him without cleaning the cup. She was not wearing gloves and her mask did not cover her nose. My two scoop hot fudge sundae with bananas was actually a brownie hot fudge sundae. Did not bother to tell the girl at the window. Braum's has never been known for their customer service but this is an all time low even for them. Perhaps a little more training is in order. read more
