Stopped by a few nights ago wasn't really busy inside shocked at how the employees were behaving. Management needs to crack down on the employees on the ice cream/ hamburger area. Foul language should not be used in a food service atmosphere this extremely unprofessional. When we went to make a complaint we found out that the individual in charge was one of the individuals using foul language seems this individual should be demoted. Also, in the same visit we saw another individual in the same area throwing drinks. Seeing what a zoo this place was I decided not to purchase food and just purchase miIk before heading out. Well...I'm heartbroken! The best grilled chicken club on the market is no more. What was once a high quality cut of chicken, well grilled with thick slices of hickory smoked bacon is now a rubbery, chewey piece of low quality chicken with literally zero grilled flavor. What's worse is that the bacon is now paper thin. You can barely taste it and you certainly can no longer discern any hickory smoke or smoke of any kind. It is my opinion that this is not by accident. I'm sure they were cutting costs and ruined my favorite sandwich. I used to tell everyone about this culinary unicorn. It used to be better than most high-end restaurant grilled chicken clubs. Hopefully, Braum's will realize their mistake and bring back the quality that once was. What a disappointment, Employees standing around as if they were lost Got my order wrong.. Made one Sundae and set it up on counter and walked off. I thought she was going to make my banana split, but never saw her again. only 2 persons working at ice cream counter with line backed up to the back of the grocery store.. Had to ask three times to get water cup. sundae was pretty melted by the time I got the rest of the order, We could not find a clean table in the dining room and never saw one wiped down in the 30 minutes we were there. I usually let the Management know by getting the email of Corporate office but this info is not available on the receipt. This took place on a hot summer, Sunday afternoon so you would think they would be staffed with all hands on deck. The only thing I ever ask for is a double dip vanilla ice cream on a cone. The last three visits has been the difficult because either someone doesn't want to take your order or you're too busy to answer the drive-through. This Braums gives me wrong orders often. Even when I verify the order and ask if they got specific parts of it, they leave items out. Four days ago I asked if they got the two cheeseburgers I ordered, They said "Yes." We got home and there were no cheeseburgers. Today, I ordered a chicken club and a cheeseburger. They left out the cheeseburger. I said "You left out the cheeseburger." She said "So, you want another chicken club?" If you can figure out her reasoning, I commend you. This Braums frustrates me. This braums is absolutely the worst one ever. They always mess our order up and when asked to fix it they have an attitude.

Okay I hate leaving bad reviews but this was absolutely ridiculous. It was 2pm on a Thursday and they took FOREVER. Not even joking they took 30 mins from the time we ordered to the time we got our food in the DRIVE THROUGH. And people behind us got their food before us. All of them. Obviously we love the food at Braums but it was absolutely not worth the wait. Put more people on the schedule or something. My shake was melted for gods sake. Went in to pick up some groceries and a milkshake. Manager made my shake and checked me out. The checkout process took 3 minutes because instead of pressing ok on his screen he spent the time looking around. I also witnessed another manager chew out an employee completely. She told the employee that she could easily replace him. When I then tasted my milkshake it tasted nothing like what I wanted. I asked for birthday shake but they didn't clean out the other ice cream from the birthday cake box. It tasted like pumpkin pie, had chocolate chips, and assorted nuts int it. I was really excited to try Braum's. After all the locals suggested I try it, since I am new to OKC, I finally made my way to my closest Braums. My experience did not start off on a great note. I appreciate good food, good service, and a clean store. I do NOT expect great food, great service, and an immaculate store. That being said, an employee walks up to the cash register and stares at me and another customer standing in line. This pisses me off so much. No "Hey how are you?" "What can I get for you?" "I'll help whoever is next." Nothing. So after he stares long enough and I figure out he's not just admiring how pretty I am, I walk up to the register to order. I order a 1/3 lb. bacon burger combo. Walk over to the drink station to serve myself a soda. This drink station is disgusting. Ice dispenser has black buildup behind the push bar to dispense the ice. There is old soda splashes all over the damn place. You can tell that this soda station hasn't been broken down and washed in at least a year. The ketchup dispensers right next to the soda station are disgusting as well. There is old crusty ketchup around the rim of the dispenser making sure that the fresh ketchup dispenses right through all that old built up ketchup as it makes its way on to your burger. They haven't taken these babies out to clean in quite a while either. Having been a quality assurance and cleanliness manager I feel like I may have slightly higher expectations of how clean a restaurant should be. With that being said, this place is just down right nasty. Floors are trashed like they haven't been swept or mopped in a couple weeks. You wouldn't have had to work in the food industry to know that this place is not clean. I'm fact, it's one of the worst I've seen in quite a long time. Then I get my food. At this point, I'm pretty grossed out. Not much of an appetite left but I already bought my food so let's give it a try. It's ok. The best part of this burger was that it was served to me hot. That's about all I can say about it. Not the worst burger I've had, but absolutely nothing to go back for. Unfortunately I won't get to try their famous ice cream. I just won't do it given the experience in the restaurant. I left one star up because after my meal, I strolled through the small fresh market they have attached to the restaurant and as I was leaving, the lady in the market wished me a good day with a smile. What can I say about Braum's? Braum's is an institution but definitely a grease filled one. Their burgers are great and I love that they have a cheaper kids meal. I like their food a little more than their ice cream but mint chocolate chip on a sugar cone gets me everytime. Always a classic! read more

DO NOT EVER GET THIER ICE COFFEE !!! Today I tried their ice coffee ,a medium hazelnut ice coffee with extra ice I asked for total came up to $1.89 with tax . When I rolled up to the 2nd window , they handed my ice coffee and one , THERE WAS NO EXTRA ICE ! Two , IT WAS FREAKEN DILUTED!!! They poured HOT Coffee on top of the ICE which made it WATERED DOWN COFFEE !!!! And all you see was little bits of melted ice on the top of your drink ! I came home and had to pour it over more ice ! Felt like they didn't put enough cream and it was bland ! I would have gone to McDonald across the street but they no longer serve Hazelnut flavor in their coffee anymore . Lesson learn ! They should just take ice coffee off their menus and stick to serving ice cream ! read more

I am generally not a person to leave a review, but felt like I had to this time. I bought a vanilla shake and it was so thick that I needed a spoon to eat it. When I opened the cup, the shake was almost yellow in color. It is very hard for me to believe that whomever made the shake did not see the discoloration or abnormally thick texture of the shake. I cannot imagine working at a restaurant and serving a customer something so disgusting. read more

Food had a weird taste. I had a chicken strip dinner. While we were eating an employee was cleaning the dining area. He sprayed down the seats and table with a solution and then wiped it down. We were watching him and he would wipe the seats first then wipe the table and then he dropped the rag in the floor and picked it up and began wiping the table with the same rag he just picked up off the floor. My girlfriend and I just stopped by to meet an old high school friend. Well, I am amazed that Braums have gotten better over the years. There is even a supermarket inside which is legit with bakery, eggs, milk, meat, and vegetables. The grill and ice cream is still the same and should never change. To me customer service is as important as the quality of food that is served and Braums in my opinion has lost the vision of customer service. My experience started on 6/07/16 with a bacon cheeseburger that was raw (pink and cold) in the middle. I called to get the problem handled at the store and was very impressed by the way James the manager handled the situation but was informed of what James called "the policy" of Braums that I must bring my receipt (in which I completely understand) and the food item that is bad back with me in exchange for the correctly made item that I should have received in the first place. The problem with this is that I do not eat out often and may be a month or more before I eat at this location again and did not want to store and carry around a month old bacteria ridden burger back in exchange for a new one, but after bringing my concerns up to James (the manager) he said he understood my concerns but still has to go by "the policy". I wanted to understand this policy that James was told to enforce so I called, I mean I e-mailed Braums corporate because the do not provide any other way to contact them to try and get answers on some of my questions and concerns to no avail. I guess this is why they do not give you a contact number because they only want to deal with you selectively and at their convenience if at all. What I did get was a return e-mail from a Mr. Manwell that was very pleasant, saying how valuable my concerns are to them (Braums) and how I would be receiving a call from a district manager. Well, Mr. Manwell that failed to happen after three business days , so I must assume my concerns did not rank high enough for your district manager to be inconvenienced with making a call. So, I guess I will go back to getting my grocery items at the grocery store, and my ice cream and burger cravings at the Dairy Queen that will soon be opening in the Yukon area. I just wanted to reiterate that you have lost a long time customer due to your lack of corporate level customer service and not your store-level customer service. I will also do my best to spread the word of my Braums experience and how it was (or better put, was not) handled by corporate/upper management. ---Update 06/10/16---Finally got a call after 3 days from the DM about this experience and was very helpful and professional. The DM offered free food which I declined and I told him that a policy change was more important to me than the free food. I was then told he would talk to the higher-ups about my concerns with their policies. I was told by the DM he would call me back after his meeting with upper management or when he found out any information concerning this visit, so we will see. I then asked when I should expect to hear from him and he said within the next two weeks, I then said I should definitely hear something within the month on the outcome of the meeting and was assured that I would definitely have an answer of the outcome of this meeting. ---Update 07/13/16--- Well kind like I was expecting, I never got a call like promised from Brian the "DM" who guaranteed I would hear from him within the month. Brian as it turns out offered excellent lip service, but did not follow through with his word on anything he promised on this phone call. I guess I should have known this would be the outcome after it took this "DM" Brian three days to simply return a call to resolve a customers complaint, this should have told me that the customer is not that important to this establishment or at least to Brian in my opinion. Unlike Brian, I am a man of my word and will uphold my promise of what was earlier stated and no longer give Braums any of my money, and spread my opinion to as many people as I can about how Braums or at least their representatives are not concerned with customer service or keeping their word or promises when it is given that a problem will be handled or that you will be contacted within a certain time. Like I stated earlier the on-site manager (James) was great, very courteous, and professional, maybe Braums should consider a promotion for James and have him fill one of the district managers (DM) positions. read more

This is one of the better braum's stores around. It is always clean, and they get your order correct the first time. Braum's has good food, but their customer service is usually pitiful. That is not the case with this store. I have shopped here many times and have never had a bad experience. Keep up the great work!! read more

Nice very clean place that usually very busy making it tough to get in and out sometimes. Staff are very helpful and large selection.

The food here is delicious. I get the Jr burger with fries and a milkshake. My family is always happy with their orders too. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of going through the drive through to get a chocolate milkshake one day and it was the absolute worst milkshake I've ever had. It had way to much chocolate in it (I didn't know that was possible) and I didn't try it until I got home or I would have gone in to get it fixed. We were visiting Yukon Oklahoma and we stayed near a Braum's. Which is a chain we are not familiar with at all. But the placed seemed to be pretty busy so we thought we would give it a try. Glad we did. Staff was outstanding, friendly and fast and got everything perfect as we ordered it. We both ordered burgers and fries and got a chocolate shake. It only cost us 12 bucks. Last time we got a similar meal at McD's it cost over about 22 bucks. So not only was it a deal but it was wayyyyyyyyyy better than McD's too!! food was great, fries were crispy and dang that was one good shake!! We walked around their store inside of their restaurant, cause we had never seen a fast food place have a grocery store in it. Much to our surprise it was really a nice store and considering the size of it they had a nice selection!! Wow, I sure wish we had these in our home town!! Oh and two days later we went back to buy some stuff from their grocery store. read more
