    Spring Salad w/apple

Really cool spot with a great ambiance. You can order downstairs at the walk-up counter or head upstairs for a more traditional restaurant experience with wait staff. The bar looked impressive and fully stocked, with several bartenders working. We were there on a bustling Saturday night, and while our waitress was clearly a bit overwhelmed at times, she was very sweet and doing her best, which we appreciated. The food was fantastic and the portions were hearty. We ordered the spring salad, pork belly appetizer, and salmon, and everything was excellent. We would absolutely order all of it again. Definitely recommend!

Really enjoyed Bravo Farms in Visalia. Fresh ingredients, tons of salad toppings, and plenty of dressing choices. The tri-tip salad was flavorful and filling, and the staff was friendly. Clean setup and a great spot for a fresh lunch.

Food: Good seasoning in all of our dishes and very balanced as well. They have so many brunch options on the menu and all of them look good! Service: they have 2 dining options, one with full service (upstairs) and self service (ground floor). We chose the latter, so it basically works like a cafeteria where you order at the cashier and pick up the food when the buzzer buzzes. Ambiance: comfortable and wide open. It's very relaxing and they have a small shop corner as well.

Friendly service. Very Clean. Awesome food. Huge interior compared to another one I had been too.

I been to their other location and the food was good, so I thought I stopped by for dinner here for something healthy. This spot is located in downtown Visalia. My mom and I decided to go here for dinner, about half an hour before closing. Luckily, they still let us in. The worker explained that we order at the front and then we just sit anywhere we liked and once our order is ready, we can grab it at the counter. We got the Tri-Tip Fajita Salad, Asian Chicken Salad, and Potato Cheddar Soup. The salad was huge! Luckily, we decided to share one salad & soup. We also had enough to togo the salad home. We ate the Tri-Tip Fajita Salad there and didn't really like how the dressing was watered down. It literally tasted like we were eating salad without any dressing. When we ate the Asian Chicken Salad the next day, it was way better! We liked how they packaged the salad and the chicken separately. The dressing was also super tasty! I'm not sure how the other salads taste, but I think the Asian Chicken Salad is pretty good. I would come back and choose that next time.

Service was quick. The ambiance is casual. The food is a bit pricey but they serve large portions.

This is a beautiful 2 story restaurant. My husband and I stopped in for some drinks on the 2nd story. The drinks were beautiful and the service was wonderful. There are so many layers to the decor of this building. I could spend hours looking at everything. We didnt try the food, but the menu looked great.

We ate here last night as a party of 2, but we decided to try the upstairs table service area, the Hayloft. This area featured a darker, moodier vibe and an upscale menu. This is also where the bar is located. To drink, my husband had the Cali squeeze on tap, and I had a mango margarita and the Rummin on Passion signature cocktail. The Rummin on Passion was very sweet and has an artificial, syrupy taste to it. I was concerned that the margarita would be similar, but it was actually really good! It was sweet but well balanced so you could taste the sour lime and the alcohol as well. This was definitely the best cocktail I've had here. To eat, we decided to share the Chicken and Wild Mushroom risotto and the Maple-Glazed Brussels Sprouts. The Brussels Sprouts were delicious, so crispy and flavorful, but there weren't as many actual Brussels sprouts on the plate as it initially seemed because of how many toppings covered them. The risotto was delicious! It was so tasty and the chicken was cooked perfectly. My one complaint is that there was actually too much chicken compared to a relatively small serving of the actual risotto. I actually would have enjoyed less protein to get more bites of the yummy risotto. We finished our meal with the tiramisu bread pudding. This dessert was yummy, but I'm unsure if it qualified as tiramisu or bread pudding. It was more of a loaf cake, that had a slightly mushy, bread pudding texture on the inside, but it was overcooked so it was dry and crispy on the outside and a bit dense. It was supposed to have a vanilla-espresso flavor, but I didn't get much of that from the cake. It was, however, served with a delicious coffee chip ice cream, but the strong flavor of the ice cream kind of overpowered any espresso flavor the cake may have had. The dessert was good, but a bit confusing as to what it was trying to be. Overall a good meal for a more upscale, yet still casual, dining experience.

Cranberry Turkey Sandwich with a Mango and Peach Tea. Added 2 packets of the Blue Sugar. It was soooo good! The ambiance is beautiful. I love the decor - it's super pleasing to the eye. The service is great. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. We love that. The food however. If you're going for a salad. You will love it. The Salads are huge. But the meat.. lord. The meat will suck the moisture out of your mouth. It can be super dry or have little to no flavor. I have had the tri tip and the turkey and some of the chicken as well.. and more times then none I'm disappointed - but .. you may get lucky and get a good dish. Try it out for yourself. @hairapybycl

I've never been disappointed in Bravo Farm but I had to stop and type up this review. This is based on my order of the Pesto Chicken Pizza. This pizza is a fail in so many ways. For starters there is balsamic in the pizza and maybe the person making the pizza was heavy handed but when you order Pesto you really don't need anything else on top of that because pesto already is very potent. It made the pizza sweet. Pesto is not sweet from my experience. I will not order this or recommend it. I almost want to take it back. I did order the Potato Cheddar soup which is good but now I cannot get this pizza off my taste bud.

A group of us had dinner on a Thursday. The Hayloft is located inside of Bravo Farms (up stairs). The ambiance was a bit loud due to the amount of people having dinner and/or cocktails. Our waitress was on point with service and making menu recommendations. I ordered one of their featured cocktails, the Limelight. It consisted of Bourbon, Simple Syrup, Pineapple Juice, Dashes Orange Bitters, Lime Juice, Aperol, Flaming Lime. I'm a bourbon girl and this cocktail was on point. This will be my standard cocktail at the Hayloft. I always order their fried calamari appetizer. It consists of Remoulade, Meyer Lemon Aioli, Fresh Herbs, Fresno Chile. It normally has fresh Fresno chiles but this time it had pickled jalapeños which was equally as delicious as the Fresno chiles. The calamari is fried to perfection. I highly recommend this appetizer. I normally order the rib-eye but I was looking to try something new. Our waitress recommended the chicken and shrimp alla carbonara. And it was a great recommendation. The dish consisted of two jumbo shrimp, tender chicken breast, bacon & linguine noodles in a delicious creamy Alfredo type sauce. If you're in the mood for pasta, this is your dish. We also shared a Turtle Cheesecake slice (this was also our waitress' recommendation). The cheesecake is made in-house. The crust was a chocolate wafer crust. Served on top of fudge and caramel drizzle and a side of ice cream and whipped cream. I highly recommend this dessert. Restaurant was clean and put together. All staff that we encountered were friendly. Restroom was clean and fully stocked. Also, if you or someone in your party are unable to climb stairs, Bravo Farms has an elevator. In addition, if you are craving items on the Bravo Farms menu (fabulous salads), are allowed to order off that menu while dining at the Hayloft. I highly recommend the Hayloft

Self service on bottom, full service on top! I myself took full advantage of the full service and even took the elevator! I've been dying to try the salads here and boy I was not disappointed! I ordered the trip tip salad and it was very very delicious! Unfortunately when I ordered the peach cobbler hoiliday latte, I assumed it would be served hot, and of course it was not. I tasted nothing "peachy " in it cold, so I decided to ask the waitress if we could get a warm latte. She was very nice about it, and the latte tasted much better, but this time it tasted like a Cinnamon Dolce coffee...that's ok it was good. Ambience is very nice, bathrooms are very clean, and the patrons are quiet! I'll definitely be back!

So we came here twice we liked it so much...! How's that for an ovation? We evacuated here from the LA wildfires and needed to GTFO to enjoy ourselves a lil, or more so feel a bit of normalcy vis a vis dining out. So we descended on Bravo farms and boy was it lovely. So enjoyable in fact we returned a second time! The downstairs has a fabulous little market. Honeys, nuts, gourmet marshmallows. That kind of faire. If I lived here, this would be my go to for a gift. I love FOOD gifts!! Nothing better. They're left with no tchotchkes. Perfect! Back to our time here. We sat upstairs in the moody, dimly lit bar. The high design aesthetic still embodied the nature of the area and tastefully installed bouquets of straw in wall cubbies. Nailed it! The blackberry margaritas (or cocktail) were amazing. So delicious. We loved them. The salad? Top notch. Tasty, generously portioned with a bit of heat. The bar staff was very attentive to us during our visit. We highly recommend Bravo Farms. Take a bow now, and Bravo!

There were two options: the full experience rodizio or the salad bar and side dishes only. However, when we were seated, we were immediately told the instructions for the full experience. Personally I would only do the full experience as the salad bar wasn't varied or tasty enough for the $34.95 price tag. The salad bar and hot foods were on the mushier side. I wished the sauces were formatted in a different format as the chimichurri sauce was very far from the edge. Hence, there was a high risk of cross contamination and spillage. The mustard pasta salad was bland and limp. The potato salad fared a similar dull taste and resembled a starchy lump. The tomatoes were grainy and dry. The pao de queijo was disappointedly under the ray of death so they weren't too hot nor crispy. I wished my party got to experience fresher baskets of bread. =FULL EXPERIENCE= We were told that there were 17 available meats but we only experienced some of them. However, we enjoyed how we got to taste them when they were hot and cooked perfectly. *Picanha: one of my favorites. The fat cap was rendered and seasoned well. The meat was medium rare, tender and juicy. This had the greatest beef flavor. *Chicken with Bacon: the chicken was tender but the bacon had a stronger smokey flavor. The bacon shone more than the chicken. *Pork Belly: my other favorite piece. There were bits of fat dispersed throughout so it was moist and flavorful. There was subtle crispiness from the fat browning. *Spicy Linguica: the spice was subtle and the casing gave a satisfying snap. The interior was juicy but it was on the saltier side. *Pork Ribs: surprisingly tender and fall of the bone. The sauce was a sweeter barbeque and the ribs were on the wetter side. There wasn't any smokiness, char or caramelization but the flavors and texture were still good. *Peppered Steak: on the tougher side but still oozed out meaty juice. *Garlic Steak: similar to the peppered steak only saltier. The garlic flavor wasn't very prominent and this piece left me thirsty. I would have preferred a garlic sauce as opposed to the concentrated garlic powder taste. *Tri Tip: the best option for a leaner cut. The meat was tender and juicy. This was similar in flavor to the picanha but without the fattiness. *Grilled Cinnamon Pineapple: the cinnamon hardened around the pineapple, offering a satisfying crunch followed by a gush of sweet fruitiness. The simplistically made this my favorite rendition from a Brazilian steakhouse. This was a great meal ender despite us getting flan afterwards. *NY Strip: this was a daily special. This was a leaner cut so the beefiness was prominent but I preferred the other meats with more fat. =A LA CARTE= Not included in the all you can eat experience. *Mojito: refreshing and citrusy. There was a good amount of alcohol included. *Pudim: great way to end the meal. The Brazilian flan was dense and creamy. There was a thin layer of caramel sauce on top but it wasn't too sweet. The portion size was nicely shareable between two people. Unfortunately, they didn't bring out the shrimp until we were full so we didn't get to try it. Otherwise the service was consistent and attentive. Our server even asked about which meats were our favorites so they could bring them back out for us. There were multiple groups celebrating birthdays and they brought out their staff to sing happy birthday. During an all you can eat experience, good service is the lifeline and this was some of the best service I've received. The ambiance was stellar and this was my favorite dining experience in the Central Valley. The meats blew the salad bar and sides out of the water so I would return just for that. Although this was a pricier option, the quality and service were 5 stars.

And, even though it was small, and even though it is not in anyone's map of California places to see before one dies, this place was a tourist attraction that I will remember till the day I can no longer enjoy milk and the mustache it leaves behind. When we arrived to the spot there was a sole attendant, his name was Anthony and he was endearing to the max. I explained to him an abridge story of our road trip and why we made it a spot to visit. He was like really, like he could not believe that this was an intentional stop on a multi hour road trip. I was like, in my mind, this is not a Thrifty ice cream run bro, this is like a milk experience, of course it is a spot on a road trip. What I did say was like--- you are wearing a uniform, (like one of those that (I Love) Lucy waited for in the 1950's), and there was a window into a factory with workers producing milk, and you have souvenirs, thus the joint is a stop to engage with, a stop to plan for, a stop that naturally fits in someone's road trip's tour. After I said a version of all of this, his smile and eyes became wide, like he really was understanding that his presence and this joint was not just a local milk joint but could be a pit stop that can go white with fame. My intention was to get a milkshake but Anthony explained that they did not sell any. I mean I accepted it quickly, but with some lament as a milkshake is my favorite ice-cream by-product, but I made due with what I could. First, I got a chocolate milk in a bottle. Anthony was kind enough to open it for me. I used to be a big fan of chocolate milk, cause it was a staple in the school's free lunch program and I always found it refreshing and sweet and cooling. Which makes me want to define the difference between refreshing and cooling in terms of taste. I guess refreshing makes one go ahhh like after taking a sip of cold cola, and something cooling makes someone feel the crisp of cold within the body, like eating a chilled lemon paleta/popsicle. And on this day, I drank a bottle of milk and found it to be a nostalgic snack down to the last sip. It is important to note that Denise noticed that they had flavors like Orange Blossom milk, and banana ice cream flavors. So this places dares enough to think outside the box or should I say milk carton? Anthony was also lovely enough to bring out samples of their packaged ice cream. I will be honest I cannot remember all the flavors I tried but I think there was cookie and cream. And the ice cream tasted rich, deep, and fresh, like it been churned recently for pure enjoyment. Like it was meant to be good first, then sold next. And thus at its core it was artisan, not mass produced. I guess that is why they explain their products to be "farm direct." Since I could not get a shake or a cone, I decided to get one of their ice cream sandwiches. I went with what I tasted and knew to be good---- the cookies and cream. This decision was also based on the cookies they used. I reviewed the picture but the cookie was not listed. I ate the sandwich outside in the car, and every bite was a morsel of smooth crunch and velvety ice cream. It was familiar and new, it was reason enough to want to visit the place again. In fact I tried too, on the way back from the road trip but it was closed on that day. Too bad, I have put it on my return spots, I found it to be that wonderful, but again milk, ice cream, and all that it stems from it, I am a fan of, so it makes sense for me. But until then, I got the sweatshirt I got from this place to remember it!
