    Chicharrones con salsa

Here's a polished Yelp review you can post: Came here for breakfast with my sisters and we all really enjoyed it! The food was good, the service was friendly and quick, and the ambience was really nice. I especially loved that they played worship music in both English and Spanish -- it made the atmosphere feel warm and welcoming. The coffee was freshly made and they offered both half & half and vanilla creamer, which I appreciated. I ordered the green chilaquiles and loved that the chips stayed crunchy instead of getting soggy. I do wish they had queso fresco, but they were still really good either way. The potatoes had a nice crunch but could've used a little more seasoning. My over-medium eggs were cooked perfectly. They also brought out chicharrones and salsa as an appetizer, which was a nice touch. My sister ordered the chile verde and eggs and it was deliciously flavored. The eggs and meat were served on a tostada, which made it even better. My other sister had the French toast with over-medium eggs and said it was really good too -- she just preferred a little more salt on the eggs, but that's personal preference. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely come back! I included pictures of all the dishes we ordered.

Great service. Very friendly and helpful staff. The environment is cozy and simple. Food was made to order. You are given freshly made chicharrón and salsa. Very tasty salsa - not too spicy but flavorful. We ordered a torta cubana and green chilaquiles. Portions are extremely generous and prices are average. Looking forward to trying the rest of the menu. Place just opened so come check it out

Let's start with the positives. +3 This is opening week. We visited the day after the grand opening per the staff. The service was pleasant! The male waiter was super friendly and professional. The Culinarian even came out to check on us. As far as the ambiance. It seats about 44 to 45 people. The decor could improve but some things take time. The food. Oh boy. So. The Steak. -1 I wasn't asked how I would like my steak so that's an issue. I was brought the steak you see and it was dry for me. Not much seasoning at all. The Eggs. -1 The eggs was cooked too long for me. They were rubber and well you can see them. The French Toast. -2 No. No. No. Flavor. None. Lacked sweetness. Lacked fluffiness. Brioche Bread or Texas Toast - heck even French Bread but this .. I could barely finish. And I wasn't handed syrup for it - it was pre-poured on there. What am I, 5? The least they could've done was ask me would I like syrup on the side.. so I had to suffer though the dryness of the bread. Ugh. The Potatoes. +2 Cooked just like I like them. Perfect. Not overly salted. Slight crisp on the outside. Made my day! My partners plate was the Country Fried Steak and he was disgusted. He couldn't even cut it. I have never seen him waste food and he was over his meal in 5 min. -3 He liked his eggs though. They were better than mine so. +1 I believe in this place and it has potential so I will give them an extra point. +1 But they have to get better in that kitchen b/c, what in the world?!. Would I go back ? Probably not. Do I recommend? Mmm. You know what - yes. Maybe you will have a better experience than me.

So glad I found this place. My new favorite breakfast spot. El Mana meaning in english the manna the bread from heaven sent by God. I LOVE the name and that it's a faith based restaurant. Not just that but the food was great! the waiter was great and nice. It got super busy towards the middle but he still continued to try to juggle. The restaurant is in the old pizza spot. It had tons of tables the ambience was relaxing as they had music in spanish and english playing in the background. the have all day breakfast menu and lunch. ALL the salsas are so good!! i couldn't stop eating the complimentary chicharrones with red salsa. My friend ordered the chilaquiles with green salsa and she said it was the best green salsa she ever had. I had el mana con tortillas i think: It was a fried tortillas with fried beans , fried egg on top with salsa and it came with rice and county potatoes. I enjoyed the plate and took the rest to go. Next time will order the french toast as it also looked delicious. As a drink we had coffee it was def strong but you can easily dilute it. It's still new as it's been only open a couple months but they are off to a great start! Will be back with the family.

Still looking for my gravy in my biscuits and gravy!

I ordered a head of time showed up and still had to wait half an hour for them to make the food! What's the point of ordering a head. I did notice people came in after me ordered to go and got their food before me. Sorry but not worth the time

Walking into this restaurant you get a friendly welcome! We received a complimentary appetizer of Chicharrones freshly made with a side red salsa. Our waitress Kaylen was so sweet and friendly. My husband ordered a Meat Lovers Omelette that came with Hashbrowns and wheat toast . The food was very hot and delicious just the way we like it! I enjoyed a kids plate because I don't eat much, but the food was really tasty! The best part is this is a Christian based restaurant! It was our first time and definitely will be coming again! Highly recommended to all.

Breakfast was amazing, very excited to try the rest of the menu.

We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon and grabbed seats at the bar. Sam was our server and was fantastic, friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. Her recommendations were spot on. The food absolutely did not disappoint. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Taco Salad, and it was enormous! The tortilla shell was so crispy and well-made that it actually held up for leftovers the next day. The jalapeño ranch had the perfect amount of heat and flavor. We also tried the Drunken Chicken Sandwich. Sam recommended getting it breaded, and I'm glad we listened. The homemade breadcrumb coating was light, crispy, and flavorful without being overly thick or salty. For appetizers, we shared the Fried Pork Belly Bites, which were paired with a delicious coleslaw and a sweet Korean-style BBQ sauce, and the Deviled Eggs, which were AMAZING. They came prepared three different ways, making it fun to try each variation. Honestly, I couldn't pick a favorite. Their beer selection was impressive, and I was especially excited to find Crow & Wolf's Dark Wolf Seltzer on tap, one of my favorites and not something you see everywhere. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of character. Even the ladies' restroom had quirky, fun artwork that added a unique touch to the atmosphere. The size and amount of tv's was impressive. If you're looking for a relaxed vibe, great drinks, exceptional service, and food that delivers, I highly recommend checking this place out. We'll definitely be back.

We each had a beer/seltzer on tap. To start, we shared the soft pretzel sticks appetizer. The pretzels were a bit overcooked but tasted good, and the cheese and mustard they came with were tasty. To eat I had the sweet and savory flatbread. This was a very unique flatbread, I have never seen pears on a flatbread before! It was very tasty. My husband had the hot honey flatbread and he enjoyed it a lot as well. Overall a decent but average meal.

I ordered the French Dip, which should be a slam dunk for a pub-style spot, but it lacked the basic execution that makes that sandwich great. The Main Event: French Dip * The Bread: This was the biggest disappointment. It wasn't toasted, grilled, or even brushed with a little butter. It felt like an afterthought, leaving the texture of the sandwich completely uninspired. * The Meat: The tri-tip was sliced thin and seemed okay, though it had that "pre-cooked this morning" vibe rather than being fresh off the block. * The Au Jus: A French Dip lives and dies by the dip. Unfortunately, this was essentially bland beef broth--watery and lacking any deep, salty, or beefy complexity. The Silver Lining The meal wasn't a total wash, thanks to the sides. The fries arrived piping hot, crispy, and seasoned well. Paired with a side of their ranch, they were easily the best part of the plate. Final Verdict: If you're going for the atmosphere and a cold beer, it's a win. But if you're craving a high-quality sandwich, you might want to look elsewhere until they step up their bread game.

One of my favorite parts though is the pastries they bring out -- such a nice touch and always super good. I also tried their cappuccino and it was just okay, nothing amazing but not bad either. The service here is always amazing, which honestly makes such a difference. I think the brunch is better than dinner, oops hot take! The pasta wasn't just one-dimensional. Everything was perfectly seasoned, tasted fresh, and the quality really stood out. The pistachio cake was the perfect ending to the meal. Which I am…read morepersonally obsessed with, because nothing gives me a baseline level of panic quite like having to make awkward eye contact with a server every four minutes just to beg for a refill. So having a massive jar of soda already right in front of me? Huge win. Now, moving on to the slightly traumatizing part: they did not bring out bread to the table. Excuse me? I'm sorry, but if I am sitting down for Italian, table bread is not an optional courtesy--it is a fundamental human right. And it became an even bigger issue when my fettuccine arrived, because the portion size was... let's just say aggressively small for a dinner entree. I was expecting a meal, not a decorative sample. However... it was infuriatingly good. They make their own pasta fresh in-house, and the texture was honestly undeniable. My husband ordered the Margherita pizza, and he literally declared--with complete, uncharacteristic enthusiasm--that it was hands-down the best Margherita pizza he has ever gotten. So, massive points there. What was not a massive point, however, was the subterranean seating situation. We were escorted downstairs into the basement, which was pitch black. But more importantly: the stairs are completely unlit. I'm sorry, but they are actively asking to get sued. It is a litigious nightmare waiting to happen. Someone is going to take one wrong step in the dark, tumble down that staircase, and own the entire restaurant by next Tuesday. They are practically begging for a lawsuit. That being said... despite the pitch-black staircase of death and the tragic lack of dinner rolls, overall? I really liked it. The food completely won me over, and I would definitely go back. I will just be bringing a flashlight and my own emergency focaccia next time.
