All I have to say is yes they have the bread and oil at this location! Recently I visited a bravo outside of Cincinnati and they were charging for rolls and didn't have the traditional bravo bread (oil) so I was hesitant to book the reservation here. We came out for a quick lunch and you couldn't believe how excited I was when they brought the bread and oil. I made sure to tell the server and tell the manager of my delight. It's worth the whole trip. I don't know how any location considered getting rid of it. We started with salads and then I had Pasta Woozie, and Chris had Chicken Marsala. It was a pretty awesome lunch. Can't wait to come back. This Lennox location has always been one of my favorites and it's earned its keep. This restaurant seems to be a spot for fancy dinners out but I went for lunch. I felt a bit under dressed but was assured it was fine. The service was great! My husband and I stopped by Bravo before the Chris Stapleton concert at the Schott back in July. We had a reservation at 5:30 PM and were seated immediately. For drinks, my husband had a Stella and I ordered the white peach sangria. The sangria was alright. I struggle when restaurants put so much ice into the glass that it completely waters the drink down. For food, we enjoyed the complimentary bread and oil - always good! I also ordered the lobster bisque. The bisque had great flavor and was super creamy; however, there was very little to no chunks of lobster in the bisque (sadly disappointing). For meals, my husband had the Sicilian pizza and I had the shrimp fra diavolo. While my husband enjoyed all of the meat on top of his pizza, the crust was extremely soggy. The meat also kept falling off the pizza which he did not enjoy. I, on the other hand, really enjoyed my dish! The worse meal in the last 5 years. I ordered carryout. Spinach and chicken flatbread was not delivered. Substituted "spinach dip" Chicken marsala-not seasoned at all and dry sicilian pizza-not appetizing and dry eggplant parmesean--greasy and not edible from one who loves the dish Quality has been declining. Manager Christian should be encouraged to improve the cooks and service. We will find elsewhere for our meals in the near future. read more

My first time here and I walked into a beautiful restaurant. Very well kept. Waiters were all friendly and polite. This was a pleasant surprise. You pay just a little more but it's worth the experience. The food is top shelf. We had the fettuccine and chicken, a dish called pasta woozie. As well as the margarita pizza. It was a soft thin crust. Perfectly done. I love dining in and not feeling rushed. Life is hard enough. I'm tired of feeling like cattle. I cannot rate ambiance since it came by door dash Food arrived warm, including the ice cream which was boxed with the entrees I had warm chocolate cake. How can you screw that up, the cake had the texture of a rubber ball but it didn't taste quite that good The lasagna I don't even know what to say. It just tasted awful. It looked like it was gonna be OK but the noodles were the only thing we're feeding. I scraped all the other stuff off. We got a cheese pizza for the kids. It was so bad that they would need it. These are kids that love pizza and ask for when we were getting ready to order $16 pizza maybe four bites eat before it got dumped. My son got a pepperoni flatbread same thing he ate two pieces. This is a grown man in his 40s, not a toddler if it didn't taste good to him. It didn't taste good. The bread was OK, but it was just plain bread with a little butter no garlic or anything but OK My daughter-in-law ate her far diablo. She didn't say anything. I don't know if it was because it was good or she didn't want to embarrass her mother-in-law. She took the tiramisu home to eat later so again I haven't heard anything so I'm just gonna assume it was acceptable I'm just not happy. I thought bravo was a good place to eat. I have over $100 worth of food in the waste basket and grandchildren crying because they were hungry. I just wouldn't recommend him. I realize taste of subjective, but I subjectively hated everything and I don't want to spend that much money to put in the dumpster again. We started at the bar for happy hour. This was our third time there as we usually go for special events. Today was for my birthday. Yay. The drinks were good: lemon basil crush, tuscan sunrise and limoncello lemonade. Calamari was okay; had tried it a coupla years ago and didnt care for it then but figured there may be a new chef. Once our other dinner companions arrived we went into the restaurant for dinner. There weren't many people inside. I would say about 4 other maybe 5 other tables were occupies. The salads were really good - chopped salad, Caesar salad - as was the lobster bisque. They then brot out a bday sundae with a sparkle candle. Friendly and efficient service. Five of us ordered with separate checks and we all got our correct orders and checks. Everyone was satisfied with their food. I have two complaints. One is that there's a BIG sign right next to the hostess desk advertising Happy Hour Prices on Wednesday from 3-6 for cocktails and bites. Terrific! We arrived around 5 and asked about those, only to be told that was only valid at the bar (or maybe in the room with the bar?). Either way, we were in the wrong room so nope, no Happy Hour specials for us. Then why the huge sign which does not specify "only in the bar"?? My other complaint is that the oil that came with the bread was too salty. I took one bite of bread that I had put in the oil and if I hadn't been in a restaurant with friends, I would've spit it out. It was that bad. Inedibly salty! Norman was a fabulous waiter who engaged with my kids, offered wonderful recommendations, and provided quick service. Restaurant Review I took my son out for his birthday dinner, and unfortunately the experience was far from what we hoped for. The pasta was overcooked and clumped together, making it difficult to enjoy. The Alfredo sauce tasted like a watered‑down jarred version rather than something freshly made in-house. The appetizers didn't fare much better. The bread dipping oil was overwhelmingly salty, as if an entire container of salt had been poured into it. The spinach artichoke dip tasted almost identical to the Alfredo sauce and didn't contain any noticeable cheese, which made it bland and one‑note. Our server was friendly but didn't seem knowledgeable about the wine selection. The Moscato I ordered tasted like a very inexpensive bottle, which was disappointing given the restaurant's otherwise upscale appearance. Speaking of the building, it is beautiful, but the dining area could use more separation between tables. The noise level made the atmosphere feel more like a cafeteria than a relaxing dining experience. Overall, I left feeling very disappointed. I organized a lunch for some of my high school classmates. I had a reservation and 19 came. Class of 1966 so we are of an age. :). We had the most amazing experience. Our waiter Monte was over the top. Gave everyone their own check. The orders were all correct. The food was delicious and was served quickly. We all hung around and talked and took pictures. A perfect place for this type of get-together. So many places fuss at separate checks but Monte took it in stride. I will plan something there again. read more

The ambiance here is beautiful. Brightly lit. The interior looks like an Italian home with natural light. The server was very good, polite, courteous. Dinner comes with herb focaccia and a lovely red dipping oil. I prefer plain bread but the focaccia is delicious. I had the margarita pizza. The thin crust had a chewy texture that was yeasty and salty - perfect. The cheese was a bit rubbery. For as busy as this place was, the service was excellent! The parking lot looked rather full, so I expected at least a thirty minute wait. Surprisingly, we were immediately sat down and our waiter was incredibly attentive throughout the entire meal. Complimentary bread was given with oil. I'm not huge on using oil, but the bread had good seasoning and was tasty by itself. I then ordered the chicken Marsala, which came out quickly! The portions were great - two chicken breasts. Although the chicken seemed a little dry and heavy on the burn mark taste, the Marsala sauce made up for it. The mashed potatoes hit the spot as usual and really filled me up. His response was to give us his business card. After my daughter asking him if he could do anything about the bill he comped our dinners. That should have been immediate. I was looking for a draft beer at first, to which they had none, but settled on an espresso martini that was delicious. My girl got the sangria and said it was on the sweeter side but good. We got the fried calamari (not shown) and the lobster bisque (not shown). The lobster bisque was some of the best I've had here in Columbus. I got the smaller portion but it was still a good portion. The fried calamari was not as crispy as other places and used a white batter but not golden and the batter was somewhat falling off the squid. It came with a red sauce and a white sauce (I preferred the white, she liked the red) but they gave us much more white sauce than the red. My entree, lobster shrimp fettuccine Alfredo, was good the sauce impressed me on its flavor. Her the pasta woozie was also good and exactly what you'd expect from chicken Alfredo. Afterwards we split a banana bread pudding (not shown) which wasn't really good to me due to the consistency of the bread, she also says she would not order it again. Service was very good also. REALLLLYYYYYYY good food! I had never been to a Bravo, but can say that I will gladly return in the future! The ambiance is nice, the location is decently easy in access and the food options are vast enough to have an option for anyone. I had the eggplant parmesan, which I also had never had before. I'm not a big meat person and I do love my veggies so this was an excellent option! The noodles were very tasty, nicely seasoned and the eggplant was cooked nicely. The breading wasn't soggy, wasn't cripsy but wasn't soggy. I enjoyed this choice because I usually avoid Italian due to the heavy carb menus. This meal was really nice because it wasn't too heavy at all. I didn't feel super weighed down afterward. The portion was HUGE! I took half of it home which basically made an entire meal for the hubs! The prices are ... a little steep for me, but fair all things considered! First of all it's huge and a lovely atmosphere! I had made reservations and there was no wait. We went with a large party (with reservation) this Friday and it was a decent experience-- good and bad. We quickly could tell our server was covering 1/2 the restaurant so she was never around-- not really her fault but it affected the service. There were lots of problems-- missed items, wrong dressings, etc that were fixed but it just all took forever. Food was a solid "B" about 1/3 of our group didn't care for theirs and at $30-40 an entree that's disappointing. I stopped by Bravo! for a late dinner. At 7:45 on a Thursday, the joint was pretty empty, with maybe 4 tables. We got seated, but no server came to our table. After nearly 25 minutes, one of our starving friends sheepishly approached the server's station and the staff seemed to say that the host/manager never assigned us a server, hence no service. Not a great first impression. The server we eventually got seemed to want to go home. Ultimately, we ordered all our food at once to try to expedite the experience. We received some free bread that was tasty and the appetizers came out reasonably quickly. We had the calamari and it was fine without being spectacular. I had the chicken Marsala and it was also pretty good. The potatoes and green beans were fresh and the serving of chicken was generous. I would recommend Olive Garden instead. We ordered the Chicken Parmesan and Chicken Marsala and they were both very bland. They tasted as though they had been microwaved which was disappointing. Our server was the worst we had ever had at a restaurant. When we first arrived he didn't greet us or explain how the restaurant operated. He instead just looked at us while holding his notepad and waited for us to begin talking. He was both our server and the bartender so he never came back to our table to refill drinks or bread. At the end of the night he didn't say goodbye or thank you, just handed us our checks and left. Although the restaurant is pretty and the seating is spacious, all of the workers seemed absolutely miserable and unhappy. Bravo Italian Kitchen is chain restaurant that feels like a neighborhood restaurant. The looks can be deceiving because it is located in a shopping plaza but they offer a great dining experience. The Italian food is delicious and the service is good. Bravo offers a full range menu of many choices that are non-Italian as well.
