Located in the same plaza as Trader Joe's is this Pizza house that makes some unique and delicious TWISTED SEASAME CRUST pizza. I just love it when small businesses create something unique to stand out. Staff were friendly. They have seating both indoors and outdoors. Of course, you can also order take-out. We got our pizza with their "famous Twisted Sesame Crust" and did 1/2 (Chicken shawarma) & 1/2 Bravo Special. I am glad they allow halfsies on their gourmet pizza flavors. 1. Chicken Shawarma Pizza (4/5) The base sauce is a white garlic herb sauce that's herbally, savory, and light. It complimented the curry-shawarma seasoned chicken flavor well. The diced red onions and fresh tomatoes brings out a refreshing touch. 2. Bravo Special (4.5/5) Also has a white garlic herb base sauce, which reminds me of Greek Yogurt. It is topped with a decent amount of mozzarella, which made it super "cheesy" and packed with flavor from the Canadian bacon, Italian sausage, artichokes, chopped garlic & roma tomatoes. Overall, their pizzas were very enjoyable - not too oily, nicely baked and the pretzel twisted crust with sesame seeds was just toasted, doughy delightness. Found this place on Yelp. Was visiting from out of town and kids wanted pizza. So glad we came here. The "owner" I presume helped us. He was very helpful and gave me 2 free drinks for the kids! We ordered a cheese pizza and another. We loved the crispy crunch of the pizza crust and the toppings tasted so fresh. We came back the following day of our trip because the kids wanted pizza again. Owner recognized us and welcomed us back. Once again we ordered a cheese pizza for the kids and a large combo for the adults. Again, delicious as the first time. I chose & went with "The Arugula Pizza" & WOW needless to say... it's worth writing a review about. The Arugula Pizza is my new fave pizza! If you're a foodie? Who also loves healthy organic options? This is the one for you! The first crust ever in my life to have sesame seeds sprinkled around the crust (not inside it tho so if no go 4 you no problem. Was out in SLO recently and opted to DD from this spot as it wasnt far from hotel and was really wanting some pizza. Lots and lots of good reviews on this place and had to dive in and order to see what then hype was about. Sesame crusted pizza? Hmmmm sounds good and unique. So opted to order a greek and a cheese pie. Staff were friendly over the phone and food arrived in a timely manner. Pizza was heavy in the box and felt like a really hearty pie. Wanted pizza for a party New Year's Eve and a guest is vegan. Found this place had good reviews for vegan pizza so I ordered a few. Staff was so SO good, incredibly friendly! They even called to confirm my gluten free order, and when the first one came out incorrect (my fault not theirs) they made me a new one! WOW! Usually, we go south for pizza, but the traffic is so bad we decided to go north. I read about this pizza place and didn't even know it was there and it's been there for almost 2 years. We had the Bravo special. It was excellent normally I only ate two pieces and I ate three. The pizza was not greasy and I felt I was eating healthy. They have different types of crust. You can get thin crust, thick crust or the crust that comes with most of the pizzas which Iliked. It was different than most pizza places and I've already picked out my next pizza. Something with chicken next time. The owner was very friendly and informative so the service was good. If they would've serve beer, I would've probably just eaten there, but it was nice and clean. We arrive today after a long day of work in the rain at 2:45 finding out that the lunch buffet ended at 2:30- but they graciously let us do the lunch buffet and even asked if we wanted more pizzas that they could make fresh. My husband knocked over an entire cup of water all over the place and they were so nice and came and cleaned it up and told him not to worry about it that it happens all the time. it's not often you deal with such kind people, my friend asked me how the pizza was and I told them it was super good, but it tasted even better because of the exceptional service and kindness. I was also super excited to get a fully stocked fresh salad bar, after Covid you don't see it as much. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend. There are so many restaurants you could try in Slo, but not everybody has such good service. 100/10 read more

Joined friend for lunch here on a Friday afternoon, and enjoyed the lunch buffet. First about $20, you can have unlimited pizza, salad and soda. They had five different types of pizza, all with a regular, not thick crust. They appeared fresh, and I enjoyed the pepperoni. They have a small salad bar with about ten buckets of various salad components, and three dressings, along with a few crunchy things you can put on top. I love building my own salad, so this was perfect! The place was nice & clean, though we did not visit the restrooms. There was only one person cooking and working the register when we arrived, and she was friendly as well as quick. The owner came by our table after a short while, and he seemed genuinely interested in making us happy as customers. That's a nice touch. Came to Bravo Pizza for the lunch buffet twice now. For those on this side of town that have fond memories of the Round Table Pizza lunch buffet, this fills the void and will exceed your fondest memories. The place is much cleaner, employees are presentable and very friendly, which was not the case in the decline of RT. The pizza is very high quality as well, they seem to have 3-4 different types during the buffet rush and the salad bar is always clean and full. Highly recommend to swing by and check them out. Please Everyone Support this awesome new business! I came in for the first time last night, and it was sooo gooood. It's right next to my work too. I think it was the best pizza place for me so far that I've tried in SLO. And I've been to Fatte's, Palo Mesa, Honey Pizza (before it closed), Flour House, Costco Pizza, Whole Foods Pizza, Petra, Blaze, etc. The cheese was excellent. I loved the bread on the pizza. It's not too thick, not too thin. Just right, and I don't feel guilty eating it. Other places I always feel guilty. But this bread was perfect. I have yet to try the other things on the menu, but I want to try the wings next. Their salad was very good too. I will tell everyone about this place and help direct traffic lol.
