Service was very good as well. The manager and his team member looked up the two items different sizes online offers However I managed to located my size in the jeans in store. As for the green shorts I wish they had one size up, since the feedback was they ran on the smaller side. I have found it is easier for me to buy online from Nordstrom or Nordstrom rack and pick up easily by the dressing rooms. The staff are helpful and quick to get my items for pick up and also very easy returns. I'm here so often that I'm glad to see the same staff. I do recommend you have them open your boxes for pickup there as I was missing an item one time and the manager quickly refunded for me the jeans. I was so excited to see Nordstrom Rack opened in this part of town. I remembered last time I shopped at the Rack was over 25 years ago in Honolulu. Time has changed. I have been more self aware of my appearance. I needed a wardrobe update since I became single over 2 years ago. I stopped by on my day off this Tuesday. It was a pure curiosity because of the balloon arch at the entrance. Me and my friend walked in and greeted by several employees. There were music and refreshments at the entrance and throughout the store. The store is well organized and OMG there's a huge selection of men's clothing at reasonable prices. I ditched Kohls, Marshall and Ross for Nordstrom Racks. I would never shop at those stores for clothes again. I bought a real leather belt and a Tommy Hilfiger t shirt on my first day. I went back to buy a hoochie daddy shorts. Hehehe. I joined the Nord Club to receive rewards. Because I know I'll be shopping here for all kinds of things.
