Bill, the Grocery Manager, clearly takes pride in keeping the store running smoothly and the shelves looking great. Kevin, the Manager, also deserves recognition for leading such a friendly and customer-focused team. It makes it easy to find things given the small size. They've also recently rearranged aisles and the entrance to make the layout simpler. Aside from the friendly neighborhood vibe of both staff and customers, they also now have self checkout.

I know not everyone goes into the restrooms at grocery store but when I went into the men's room they had a very aged looking sign that announced that the only sink does not work. When I asked one of the staffers about it, they did not seem surprised, or like it was a new addition to the bathroom. I don't want to shop at a grocery store where at least some of the people are denied the ability to wash their hands as they paw through the food on the shelves. Go find another option for healthy or decent food, this place isn't it.

We were not far away and searching for a particular item that we thought WD might carry. We'd already found Walmart Neighborhood Markets didn't have it. And WD used to be known for their meats per their promotions in their old advertising. So we took a quick walk around. The store is large, neat, and well organized. But since it's in an upscale and touristy area, prices are a bit high. There are not many regular supermarkets near the beach, so they do have an advantage, however. After checking them out, we were not successful in our search. But we are glad we stopped in to see what they do have here.

Not too big of a deal except when it comes to the bagels (at least for me). Good beer and wine prices. So that helps win me over.
