Brazico was delicious from start to finish. We sat at a cute high top table, it felt like I was in another country. I can't wait to go back. I was starving when I got there. I got an empanada to help me get by. The little cheese breads were scrumptious! I ordered the traditional plate and it didn't disappoint. I gobbled it all up.

First time visiting and I'll definitely be back. A local gem in the heart of the Amityville village serving a fusion of Dominican and Brazilian food. The place is small with a handful of tables. They don't take reservations either but it's worth the wait if there is one. The bartender is nice and there is a large selection of tequilas as well as other cocktails. The bartender Gina is very knowledgeable and nice. Def worth checking out or making a trip to support a yummy local business.

1st off this place is beautiful, yes it's small but feels cozy and welcoming. When I visited, it was pretty slow, I was the only one at the bar and only a couple of table seatings. Had the Tuna Tartare and Margarita, both were really good, the tuna tasted very fresh with great flavor - I planned on trying a few more food items but, it was so filling (large portion). The staff was attentive and friendly I look forward to going back. The only con is I wasn't advised the margarita was a happy hour item and was charged the full price - I only noticed after paying my bill and asked if they offered HH, that I realized the Margarita should have been charged the HH price. I feel I should have been advised when I ordered my drink.

Ehh I would give a 3.5... Pros: The tuna tartare was the best! Very fresh and flavorful. We also had the bacalao fritters, those were very good as well, crunchy on the outside and flaky on the inside. The place itself is cute and I liked the decor. Our waitress was great, very sweet and attentive. My son ordered the Branzico burger and he enjoyed it a lot... Cons: The main dishes were pretty small. We had the skirt steak and the picanha. The picanha was tiny... flavorful, but tiny lol. The skirt steak was also small but also a little tough. Overall it wasn't terrible, but definitely wasn't impressed with those two dishes & being that it's a Brazilian restaurant I expected more. Also, the bar... got VERY loud. Cursing and explicit conversations. Now, if it was an adult only environment I would understand but being that it's family friendly and I was with my son, ehhhhh... I wasn't happy about that. For dessert we had the chocolate truffle balls & Churros. The churros were very good! The caramel on them definitely complimented the churros well. The truffle balls were nothing to rave about and I wouldn't recommend them.

Cute little spot! Great food, inventive cocktails, and top tier service. We've been several times and every time it hits! We've bought friends and they loved it as well. Definitely more than 5 stars!

This place is definitely a must visit if you like authentic Brazilian food. I ordered the cachaca and it was made perfect. The lady behind the bar is super nice and welcoming. Im big on eating at the bar and there's enough room between the bar stools and the tables. It van get a little loud but that would be my only "compliant". The ambiance is very colorful and soothing. I didnt order a main course so I cannot comment on that. I will say the tuna tartare tasted great.

    Moqueca

Found this on yelp while looking for a different restaurant in the area. Decided to try it because we love Brazilian food and we also love Mexican food. I was nervous the Pollo Yucatan would be too spicy for me but the combination of sauces made it perfect. We got guac and chips, a classic (and very delicious without the overpowering taste of tequila) margarita, and the moqueca. We got the tres leches cake to go. Everything was super delicious and we will definitely be back! The dishes are as good as Besito but it's much closer for us.

THANK YOU DENISE FOR GREAT SERVICE! The food was SPECTACULAR! We tried so many appetizers! And they were all amazing! Our main dishes were also SHOW DE BOLA! I can't wait to get back and try everything on the menu. I could sit here and type a long review but the truth is THIS PLACE AWESOME, simple as that! If you are looking for a great food, great drinks, great service, you found it! It's a small place but super cute and welcoming. I can see them growing and expanding soon, they will have so many people going there to eat.

This place is absolutely amazing! It has amazing and unique food and atmosphere. Our server Denise was also very friendly. I hope the pictures capture how great the food was. It has been a while since I have had food this good. Addititionally, there is parking in the back so if you can't find it in the front there is plenty in the back and side lot. I definitely will be back for more!

I still get the mixed kebab because the all you can eat is way too much for me. Don't sleep on the collard greens. I would order an extra serving so you can mix them with eggs in the morning. Did we wait an hour for our table? Yes, but it was well worth it. There was a spot at the bar where we can chill and all catch up with the peeps we hadn't seen in a min. It was nice to have that time because there was silence when we sat and got our food. We were hungry. One thing I will say, they took away the bowls of olives. I mean I was probably the only one that looked forward to them, so I get it. But holla at me if you feel the same way. Until next year Carvalhos

They do not take reservations on the weekends so be prepared to wait 35-40 minutes for a table since it tends to get packed in the evening. They do have a big bar to have a drink and wait in the meantime. The staff is very friendly and attentive which I loved, they made sure our table was clean and our drinks were filled. Now the food, their appetizers that they bring to the table were just ok; the sweet plantains, rice and beans were pretty good. The French fries were undercooked which no one at the table touched. The salad could have used a little more color but the dressing was really good. The meats themselves were good but could better. I really enjoyed their picanha; it was cooked a perfectly medium. It was juicy and flavorful. The chicken legs and turkey wrapped in bacon were so delicious and well seasoned. When it came to the skirt steak, short ribs and other cuts of meat, I felt like they were on the drier side and not as tasty. They never asked how we liked it cooked (medium or well done) so we just got whichever temperature they were served. I was also disappointed they didn't have chicken hearts since I always look forward to those when I go to a rodizio. Each person rodizio is $54 which is definitely on the higher end and the prices on their website are outdated. I would probably not return; there are more affordable rodizio with higher end cuts.

I even received a rose for the occasion! However, we waited 10 minutes before someone finally approached us and asked, 'Is anyone helping you? Are you okay with tap water?' I understand it was a busy Valentine's Day weekend, but I expected a proper greeting rather than just being asked about tap water. When she brought the water, she asked if it was our first time. We said yes, expecting a brief explanation of the restaurant's concept. Instead, she just said, 'Technically, the meats will come to you, and you can go to the market and get anything you want. That's our special for tonight, you can go ahead and head over to the marketplace.' We went to the 'marketplace,' and it was delicious! We tried several items, and everything was tasty and fresh. Salads. Cold cuts. Rice. Beans. Zero complaints there. Back at the table, the gauchos began bringing the meats--filet mignon, picanha, sausage, bacon-wrapped steak, chicken, and lamb. Everything was cooked to perfection. The service, however, stayed subpar. My mango caipirinha arrived five minutes later, but my husband's Coke never showed up. We waited all dinner for it and never received it. Our waitress only came back once because we flagged her down for water, and then again for the check. Even the tables around us were wondering where she was. This was extremely disappointing!!! Zero smiles or a nice tone from Her. The food was delicious (5 stars), but the service she provided was definitely 0 stars. I want to come back for the food, but the service is making me think twice.

The locals that inhabit the bar are quite vocal and boisterous. We have noted this on each occasion. We then moved to our table. The atmosphere is very comfortable and romantic. Our server was prompt and knowledgeable. I had the marinated Skirt Steak. It was awesome! Perfectly marinated and cooked to perfection. The mashed potatoes and green beans that accompanied it were fantastic. My wife went with the Chilean Sea Bass with Lobster Risotto. She noted the Sea Bass was cooked to perfection: moist and flaky.
