Delightful experience with outdoor and indoor summer Latin vibes! Additionally, t SERVICE: 5 out of 5 The service was amazing. The staff constantly checked on us to ensure we were enjoying our dining experience, which made it very pleasant. FOOD: 4 out of 5 Great portions but the flavors were just okay. What really stood out was the extremely fair pricing. One meal is enough to feed two people, making it a great value for the money. AMBIANCE: 5 out of 5 The outdoor patio is very welcoming, with a charming tiki-like atmosphere that adds a unique touch to the dining experience. The ambiance is perfect for a relaxing meal outdoors.

El Patio Colombiano is by far the greatest Colombian restaurant I've ever dined at. Brings you an array of delicious dishes from Colombia ! Folks, the service and AMBIANCE both make you feel like you and your family are visiting Bogota and you've come across this hidden gem! Highly highly recommend getting the Tostirron. Ready for your mouth to water, we have fried green plantains with their SIGNATURE guacamole. Lord have mercy the guacamole is to DIE FOR yum yum and YUM! served also with fried pork skin. 12/10 highly recommended. Second, we have the Tostones con guacamole! You heard it correct! Extra guacamole please! The savory taste of the tostones with the rich and creamy, signature guacamole complements its flavor perfectly and brings you to the islands and tropics. Don't be afraid of the onions because with a little squeeze of lemon juice, the combination is perfect. And cmon, you can't come to a Colombian restaurant and NOT order a margarita right? Listen, I would recommend getting their Orange margaritas, but remember this cheat code, make sure you come on Monday's cause their $5 Off ! If you're in Massapequa, you have to stop by!

Great food and drinks. My husband and I came in on a Friday evening and was seated promptly. There were so many items on the menu we wanted to try so will definitely make a return visit. We had the red snapper and pork chops, both were seasoned to perfection and delicious. Drinks were great as well!

Came in for Father's Day with my family and ordered some typical food. My dad felt it was salty. But enjoyable food. I enjoyed my chicken and plantains and everyone else cleared their plates. There's salsa and merengue in the background. We watched tv while we waited and talked. Overall chill night out

Stopped in to try this place out and am so happy I did! Service was very friendly. I only ordered an Empanada and a Colombiana soda. The empanada stayed hot by the time I got home. It came with three sauces, a red/hot, a Mayo-based sauce, and a cilantro green one. I tried all three and enjoyed each one. Colombiana is one of my favorites so of course I had to get it. It came cold in a can. The empanada was SO GOOD though, I wish I had gotten more! I'll be back very soon for more empanadas and to try other things on the menu also!

Visited here on a Saturday night just for apps and drinks. Ordered beef empanadas (no chicken offered) and they were not my favorite. The drinks here were decent and the atmosphere was lively. They did have live music, which was cool, but made it very loud and hard to hold a conversation with the person next to you. Service was good. I will return to try a full meal in hopes that will be better per other reviews.

So excited to hear about a second Sabor A Colombia opening in Massapequa! I've always loved the location in Levittown and they've always been great, so I had very high hopes for this new one! First off, the restaurant's design is amazing! Huge bar, lots of tables, booths, and a nice outside patio area (which was actually set up for a party the night I came so it looked really good!) When we came in, it was packed - which made me super happy to see them doing well! The food, of course, was wonderful! Just like the Levittown location. Big portions, always hot and fresh, and delicious. The waitress was great and took our orders quickly and got the food out just as fast. We had the arroz con pollo, pechuga de pollo a la parilla, carne asada, and tostones con guacamole! Because they are new, the some of the waitstaff did seem a bit overwhelmed because it was so busy, but I believe that they all just need a bit more time to get used to it, but honestly no big complaints there! Overall very happy with my experience and so happy to see this place thrive! Definitely check it out!

Sabor a colombia is a chain restaurant but doesn't feel like one. The menu is massive with tons of food to choose from from fish to pork and beef. They also have a huge selection of fresh fruit juices that the kids really loved and a great wait staff. The kids meals where really decent sized but you pay for it about $9 a platter. I ordered the typical dish which I always order from Colombian restaurants and it was spot on. The steak was flavorful and tender, the chicharonnes was really good and the fat melts in your mouth, rice and beans where extremely good too. Will be going back to try more since everything was exceptional.

Had the Salteado de Mariscos, the food tasted like reheated seafood and it was horrible. Service was great to bad the food wasn't.

Hidden gem! I came here for the first time last week and was excited to try this location as arepas…read moreare evidently their specialty. I ordered one of their signature arepas: The Joint and it was great. It was juicy, packed with a good amount of food and was a nice combination of flavors. As a plantain enthusiast this was the perfect arepa for me. 1 arepa would be filling for the average person. My boyfriend ordered the El Poco Loco for us to split which I wasn't too crazy about - it reminded me of a crispy chicken sandwich and I didn't care for the sauce on this. I didn't bother to eat this after the first bite. Additionally I got to try the tres leches and this was better than I expected. I'm always hesitant to try tres leches because there are so many ways to prepare it. This way was more classic and simple with just the cake and the 3 milks at the bottom. It came served in a square dessert cup. It felt a little small for the price but the taste was worth it. My only constructive feedback for the cake is that the cake would be even better if it was a little less dry as far as texture but that can be hard to balance as you don't want the cake to become too wet over time due to it soaking in the milk. I can't wait to revisit: I'll be getting the tres leches again and would love to try the El Guey.

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a staff member who was very welcoming. We ordered an arepa with shredded beef, yoyos with grilled chicken, and a chicha. Everything was delicious! Just be prepared to get a little messy. It's not exactly a first date spot lol. The chicha was especially good. It's a bit thick, which makes it feel more like a dessert drink. It tasted just like rice pudding, which I loved. I'll definitely be coming back to try more items on the menu.

At first i didnt understand why then I realized they were donations for Venezuela victims from the earthquakes which was nice. My sister ordered me the Venezuelan sandwich "pepito" with chicken and steak. The sandwich was very good and tasty. It was a big serving and tasted like it was made with love. However, when my dad went to pay the bill at the end they tried to charge an operating fee of $7. My dad complained thats illegal and the lady tried to say its a fee to maintain the space. I never heard of an operating fee anywhere and for that I took off 1.5 stars. Please eliminate that fee if you want to keep customers because the food was great!
