I came there for my 50th birthday and was gravely disappointed in the level of service we received. We had over a $1000 tab but received better treatment at a McDonald's. Never ever again. I, the birthday girl, did not eat because we did not get any meats served to us that were not medium or well done (I am black). I prefer my temperature medium-rare. When we sat down, we were asked how the table prefers their meats, and that was all that was served to us. Unacceptable. Other tables got a birthday song and enthusiasm from the servers; we got ignored. But we did get pineapples :{. That was the highlight of my experience. Sorry, you lost a good one. I was loyal until you were not. This is what I left them this morning.

You have to constantly hit them up about certain meats finding their way back around the room. Also some of the foods on the bar were undercooked ie. the Broccoli. Our server was nice and accommodating for the evening, and explained the different selections perfectly. Once they get that rotation on the meats down, will be a 4 or 5 star.

This review is for they CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST that's done on Sundays…read more It is a fairly new thing they are trying and it is a great idea. It is by weight so you serve yourself and then weight the plate to gluons out how much to pay. This is very common in Brazil and I was very excited to come and experience it. We drove there and arrived around 11:30. The Instagram page said the breakfast goes from 8am - 1 pm. We arrived at 1130, there was nearly no food left and whatever that was left was cold. There's about an hour and a half left on the experience and I could not even get a second plate cause not even that they were replenishing. We told the manager lady that came by the table that we were kind of upset that with plenty of time the breakfast was in such poor shape. We ate cold food. No eggs were left, no bread at all.... And the warm food was in crock pots, even with that. They turned off the crock pots... they were already off when we arrived... at 11:30? For a breakfast experience that is over at 1pm.... I can understand that this kind of experience can be a gamble and the restaurant owner can lose a lot of money in food waste. But there was ways, maybe leaving the table open passing lunch for those who wake up late like me. Sunday is a day a lot of people go to church. At 1205 while we were still possibly trying to take advantage of the breakfast that is advertised to be over at 1pm, they started to break down. So we who were still there couple not have any more coffe of any of the food we came to eat anymore, and anyone that could come in last minute for the experience now will not be able to. If it was someone like me who lives half hour away, get here at noon to have the breakfast I would be very angry to drive and get here on time and see them breaking it down. I told my concerns to the staff and hope it will assist to improve the experience for their guests because this has a lot of potential, but it is not being executed.

I had a pineapple caipirinha. It contained fresh pineapple and was quite tasty. For the appetizer, we tried the chicken coxinhas, which is apparently a must have Brazilian street food. I didn't much care for them, but I don't think these were bad ones. I suspect that I just don't care for the mix of flavors and textures. I'll try the beef ones next time. For dinner, we shared the steak and fries platter and it was delicious. The flavors showcased the steak- no marinade, no sauce, just good steak, decent fries, and a cheese sauce. Between this and side salads, we were well-fed and quite satisfied. Our server was appropriately attentive and offered recommendations. I would recommend this spot for a lowkey, no frills, casual night out where good grub the main thing you're looking for.

Restaurant is crowded, felt like we were in a crowded deli/ cafeteria. Pictures are misleading…read more This is not an upscale place. Just a mediocre place with upscale pricing. One single person bathroom per gender. Food- hardly came our way, we had to ask several times if there was more meat coming. Shrimp came out several times to other tables but not to ours. We had to finally ask if we can have some. We were a table of four and kept getting the scraps - not enough for a table if we all said yes to the option. (Example chicken wings came by- only two wings available on the stick...) One time the meat came by with a long hair / fuzz attached to the meat and with seasonings... Salad bar - the lettuce and basic salad options were gone both times I went up to grab some. Drink service/ water refills were lacking. Had to ask repeatedly. Overall service - not at all the usual friendliness you can expect from a Brazilian establishment. Servers seemed unmotivated - just a sad vibe especially for Valentines weekend. Price- none on the menu. Turned out our "valentines special" rodizio was 60/adult. When I asked what that included - I was told it is because they offered shrimp and veal tonight... Way too expensive for the service and the ambiance. A disappointing birthday dinner. We don't plan to return.

Service was okay! Not much variety for someone who doesn't eat much meat. No seafood variety.read more

I went to Leblon for the first time in years the other day and was really looking forward to it…read more The energy that Leblon has feels very classy, a very calm and quiet place that never feels too chaotic even when you're being brought all the various meat options. The service is great, but the food options feel so limited. They offer a salad bar , but to me it feels small and lacking a variety of options. Though it does suffice to me it felt like more options could spicen it up. The meat they offer is all different types. There's no better feeling than seeing all the options you have for the choosing. There are some meats they offer that are amazing and others forgettable. The two that stood out to me was the chicken which was incredible, and one of the steaks they offered which was bland and dried up. Though I wasn't blown away I can say the selection they offer has some good options. They also offer fried bananas which are amazing. I think the experience at Leblon alone is worth experiencing if you haven't already. Just know if you come hungry that won't last long.

Great service…read more Unseasoned, overcooked food placed on your plate and you're expected to eat. The variety is about 4-5 different cuts and there's a lot of meat that's placed in front of you to just fill you up. Sides aren't cooked that well either. 50$ a person for a miserable experience, the saving grace is the level of service you receive.
