Restaurant is crowded, felt like we were in a crowded deli/ cafeteria. Pictures are misleading. This is not an upscale place. Just a mediocre place with upscale pricing. One single person bathroom per gender. Food- hardly came our way, we had to ask several times if there was more meat coming. Shrimp came out several times to other tables but not to ours. We had to finally ask if we can have some. We were a table of four and kept getting the scraps - not enough for a table if we all said yes to the option. (Example chicken wings came by- only two wings available on the stick...) One time the meat came by with a long hair / fuzz attached to the meat and with seasonings... Salad bar - the lettuce and basic salad options were gone both times I went up to grab some. Drink service/ water refills were lacking. Had to ask repeatedly. Overall service - not at all the usual friendliness you can expect from a Brazilian establishment. Servers seemed unmotivated - just a sad vibe especially for Valentines weekend. Price- none on the menu. Turned out our "valentines special" rodizio was 60/adult. When I asked what that included - I was told it is because they offered shrimp and veal tonight... Very nice Ambiance, very friendly staff and easy to get to. The restaurant was very clean, ample parking and ot was not busy for a Saturday afternoon. The concept is simple, you grab your own sides & Green Side for "Go" red side for "No" when it comes to the meats. Multiple options for sides that were fresh and delicious. They offer a variety of meats including lamb,Filet Mignon, chicken wings, bacon wrapped chicken, brisket, steak, and our favorite dessert the Brown Sugar glazed Pineapple!!. Never did get all the meats on the menu but it was like pulling teeth to get them to help you. Service was horrible, one girl kept trying to help us but she spoke no English. I happened to try this restaurant during Restaurant Week but chose to do the full experience since it was my first time trying. It wasn't my first time at a Brazilian steakhouse so I knew what to expect. When I walked in, I was a bit shocked on how small it was inside. Not the place you should go if you are cautious with COVID. I wore a mask when I wasn't eating but was a bit paranoid lol. So with the full experience, there's a buffet and an assortment of meat you can try. The meat is brought out frequently and sliced at your table. I'm not sure if it was because of restaurant week but our service was okay. I had to ask three different people for water but they were nice. I don't eat beef so I cannot personally speak on it but my bf loved the garlic steak. I tried bacon wrapped chicken, chicken wings, sausages, fried bananas (looks like mozzarella stick), pineapple with cinnamon sugar, Parmesan bread, Alfredo, crème brûlée and green beans. I think it lacks integrity and it's a little deceptive to not list the prices on the menus. The website doesn't list it. And every time I go there, the prices go up as they please. If you accidentally go to the take out menu when you get there they will tell you that the to go menu is not available for dine-in. They also failed to tell you that the à la cart is no longer an option. This essentially corners you into dining in at $60 -$70 per person depending on the mood of what price they want to give you that day. At that rate, the service has to be excellent, which it was not. Prices always change way too much. I ordered a nonalcoholic drink and they overcharged me $11 for a simple lemonade and when I pointed it out to the waitress, she pressured me to accept it. Telling me it's the same cost for all drinks. I find that dishonest and for that reason I won't return. It takes away from enjoying my experience when my dinner turns into analyzing overcharges and an ignorant waitress getting a very overesized tip she did not earn with extremely poor service that lacks integrity. Unless they correct and get honest and upfront with their prices, options, and services, I'm not returning. read more

What a fantastic surprise!!!!! Excellent, I mean excellent food. Let me explain the setup. For one price, there is a very good salad bar, then a very good hot bar for your sides for your meal. I mean you get a plate and get whatever looks good for your sides. Then you sit down and they come to your table with different selections of meat. They have beef fillets, beef rib meat, brisket, flank steak that is tender and delicious, lamb, chicken, pork, sirloin, and other meats that I can not pronounce. Get this - Every meat that they brought out was a 5 star quality meat!!! They brought out grilled pineapple!!! This is the first time we ever had it and it is awesome!!' I have been to many Brazilian Steakhouses across the United States, and have always had a memorable experience. I wanted my experience here to be great because it is a local business and I really do enjoy the "Gaucho" experience, but Rios fell way short of my expectations. The food was good (not) great as several items lacked flavor. The ambulance is very casual...too casual in my opinion. The waitress was on her phone the whole time we were there. The biggest disappointment was the price...$180 for 2 people with 2 cocktails each. I would gladly pay that price if the service and the food was up to par. We had an excellent dining experience at Rios for my son's birthday. This was our first time here, but had been to other Brazilian restaurants before so we knew what to expect. Upon arrival, we were surprised to find it located in a strip plaza and we were nit impressed by the exterior. Thankfully, we know nit to just a book by its cover! The interior was lively. White table clothes on the tables and nice decor. (Phew!!) We had a reservation for 6pm on a Friday night. Were were greeted warmly upon arrival and were seated immediately by the restaurant manager. One of the many lovely servers then came by with their brazilian cheese popovers to start. They're fantastic! They have a good drink menu and make a strong, delicious Mojito! My son enjoyed his Old Fashion and my husband appreciated his Modelo being poured (at the table) into a frosted glass. We started with the hot food and cold food/salad bar. While everything was tasty, we knew not to fill up before the rodizio service. Btw...the house-made chimichurri and roasted garlic are not to be missed as a delicious compliment to the meats- it's served on the salad bar. Then came the meat...each item as delicious as the last. The only item we didn't love were the sausages. We're Portuguese so we were expecting something more like linguica or chourico. No biggie...everything else was fantastic! Our favorites were the parmesan pork, house garlic steak, and the beef ribs alone would will bring us back again! They were CRAZY delicious! The roasted pineapple was a big hit, too! One of things that impressed us the most was the quality of meat. Marbled enough for flavor and texture, but no gristle. Seasoning was completely in point- just enough season to enhance the flavor of thr meat, but not so much that it overpowered the delicious natural meat flavor. The only feedback we have is that they should use a milder bacon on their bacon -wrapped items (filet, sirloin, and chicken). The bacon was incredibly smoky and did overpower on a couple items. The service was absolutely stellar. Warm, friendly, and attentive. One of the severs overheard us talking about it being my son's birthday and she brought him a slice of cheesecake with a candle at the end of our meal. Again, we've been to several Brazilian restaurant ma over the years, including some that are quite high-end and in other countries. When I tried to use the certificate restaurant would not honor it claiming that the fine print said you had to have more than one diner to use it. Went for restaurant week last night and was not very impressed. I noticed they had taken all of the cold cuts and cheese off of the bar because I saw previous pictures of the buffet. All the warm food was bland. The meatballs, potato salad, and soup were the only things with flavor. The meat that they brought out was almost all well done. We did get a few pieces of medium rare steak but it was bland and chewy. I had to ask for the brisket and ribs, apparently they were not in rotation even though they were listed as an option. I had to ask the waitress several times for additional items. There was one waitress that was on point but I don't think she was working our area so we only saw her every once in awhile. The table next to us stated they saw their waitress twice and they were not impressed with the food either. Probably won't be back but I always like to give places a try. read more

This place is pretty solid. It doesn't look like much from the outside, and it's not very big on the inside, but the employees are hestling and the food is really good. All kinds of meats are served, but my fave is the picanha. Great flavor with the right tenderness. The bacon wrapped filet and chicken were pretty good. The brisket was my least favorite, but that's because my cut was very fatty and tough. It's not the cheapest place, so don't go on a budget. It's our first time here. Lunch on Saturday. Got there around 1:45pm and there's no wait. Buffet plus unlimited meats choice is $39.95 per person. ( $24.95 for buffet only). Came here on the week on my 30th birthday for the first time. My friend picked me up so I forgot my mask but I called the restaurant to see if they had disposable masks available and she of course said yes and literally had it ready for me when I walked through the door. Great quality food for a good price! I recently discovered this gem during quarantine & I can't go back now! My family eats take out from here a couple times in the month (don't judge we got tired of cooking)! We do the garlic picanha steak with the rice and black beans for the family. This was a bit disappointing. Maybe because I live in a part on new england with a substantial Brazilian population and good rodizio. The service was friendly, the buffet sides were nice. As always the cheese rolls were a favorite. The meats were good but not great. The filet was well done, the lamb and top sirloin seemed be be a bit tough. We were there mid afternoon which can be a bad time to do rodizio since the meats can be both too well and too rare.
