This salon was amazing for keratin treatment! My hair really needed some TLC, and this treatment was a game changer. I've had a few keratins done but nothing to this extent. Be ready to spend a few hours at the salon but the result is totally worth it. I do plan on going back to get my color done with him as well. It's been over a year since I found this hidden gem. I've been coming to this salon to get my Brazilian blow out done by Ahmad and I am so happy that I found him. He's truly talented with his work. He treats you like family and always does a good job. I always walk out feeling good about my hair and its much easier to maintain.

When I tell you that once you go to him you'll never go no where else ever again! Armando been my stylist since 2024 and when I tell you that he takes care of you. He take care of you! Like almost he took the time and dedication to do the keratin treatment . To fix my overdue hair cut and to style and straighten it. It was a long process (5 hrs) understandable since my hair was horrible state but when I tell you he revived it . Girllll. He didn't rush , he took dedication to every strand of hair. TLDR: Armando is a magician! Highly recommend. Armando has been treating my hair for 10 months now (2 sessions) I rarely leave reviews the first time I go to a new place because I like to see how the services work out over time. Let me tell you, I am blown away by the hair straightening service! I had been getting regular keratin treatments for my curly hair for years, but needed to find a new person as mine became a realtor. Enter Armando. Making an appointment was super easy! I live an hour away, so I was able to send in photos of my hair for a consultation. The treatment is unlike anything I've ever experienced. My thick, coarse, curly hair is silky straight even when I air dry it! Magic, seriously. My advice is to treat it like a chemical treatment. Keep up with deep conditioners and other treatments to keep your hair strong and prevent breakage. I've always kept my hair short-ish bc my thick curly hair is heavy! Now that I've found this salon, I'm going to see how long I can grow my hair! Armando's treatment is a game changer!!!! Can't wait to have my third session soon! read more

This reveiw is LONG overdue, as my initial appt. with "Armando" was mid July 2025...when he first assessed my curly/frizzy hair and said "Yes" in regards to a Brazilian Keratin treatment. I scheduled the treatment for July 28th ...knowing in my head, that the last Brazilain Blowout that I recieved (at another salon) in May 2024...well...it didn't do a thing! Infact, my hair was drier and just as frizzy, but now with dull, dry highlights. I was optomistic, based upon his reviews...but, 5 hours later, on that July day...my hair was completly transformed! He does warn you ahead of time...it WILL lighten your hair (my hair is 75% gray and I'd been having it professionally colored every 4 weeks) so, it's nothing a color refresh can't manage! But, between the fresh cut, beautifully straight, silky hair... I felt like a new person! I followed up 10 days later for a color and deep condition...and continue to see "Armando" for ongoing hair care! *The products he carries are WONDERFUL, too...I highly suggest the hair oil and Shampoo/Conditioner! It was hard leaving my former hairdresser (I absolutely LOVE her) but with aging hair, that is hard to tame (I'm Lebanese/Italian/Spanish) the right Hair Guru makes a world of difference! Grateful to "Armando" for both his time and talent! P.S. It's now late October...and my hair is still amazingly smooth, soft and healthy looking! read more

I have to say this was the BEST Brazilian Blowout I have had in my LIFE! It did change the color a bit - made it more Orange - but my colorist gave me a wash in semi-permanent ash color that addressed that. The softness, straightness, and lack of friz has lasted for MONTHS. I highly recommend! read more

Amazing experience! I've gotten my hair done with Keratin many times before but this Brazilian blowout was definitely one of the best. First time trying it. I had recently cut my hair at a salon near my home (Not Brasilian) and the cut was terrible, to say the least! I came to Ahmad after finding him on Google, looking for someone to fix the mess the previous hairdresser made. Ahmad took what I didn't think could be fixed and made it look beautiful!!!! It's not often that you can believe what you read on the internet, but you should DEFINITELY believe all of the 5-star reviews that Brazilian Salon (aka Brazily Salon) has! I came in for a long-overdue hair cut for my post-partum, post-permed hair-- aka a frizzy mess-- and treated myself to a Brazilian Blowout with Armando. I texted him to ask more questions about the service and the cost since I had never done this before, and was delighted that he gave a reasonable quote compared to other salons I had research, and also with Armando's fast and professional response time. When I came in, it was clear that Armando is a master of his craft, and truly cares about his work. The vibe of this little shop is no frills but clean and comfortable, and easy to relax in. The service itself took nearly 4 hours in total, which I was surprised about mostly because I had never had this treatment before, but this experience was 100% worth it to me. Two days later, my hair is still silky-smooth, like it has never been before. The cut is exactly the same as the picture I had texted to Armando for my desired cut. I felt well-educated in how to care for my hair to make this treatment last with reasonable expectations. I'm looking forward to coming back the next time I need to get my hair done! read more

The fastest way for me to put it is to say 10/10 would go again. To elaborate, I have never had a great experience like this. He truly understands hair and style on an intricate level. He discusses how things can look the way you want in accordance with the shape of your head or face shape and how it can be set up now to look better to grow out in the future. Most barbers just agree but he really comprehends the fundamentals on why you should or shouldn't do what you are considering or an alternative that is similar to how you would like your hair. I will definitely be back soon. read more

The guy that cut my hair was the owner he was pleasantly nice. As for my haircut I showed him a picture of what I wanted to do, I was wanting to go from a Bob cut to a pixie cut. Well it doesn't look nothing like a pixie cut it looks more like a man's hair cut. I'm almost in tears! I am hoping once I try fooling with it at home I can make it look better than it does now because for the $45 it cost it wasn't worth it! read more

I was just getting a trim, but she was so meticulous and asked all the right questions so I would get what I went in for. Sometimes you'll get hairdressers that try to point out the flaws of your last cut, or things that need to be fixed, but Blue was very complimentary and sweet. After she blow dried my hair, I realized I should have asked for more to be trimmed off. I felt so guilty, but she was so kind and immediately offered to trim more. After she was done, it was perfect! This salon feels really clean, modern, and airy - plus it's in a great location. Make sure to ask for Blue, she's the best.

I went in for a spiral perm with clear reference photos and left with a result that did not match what was discussed and was assured was possible. Within weeks, the curl continued to fall out, and at this point there is very little curl remaining--even with styling products; what a loss of $460! After multiple attempts to follow up with Pamela Coryell the owner and Piage their "perm specialists", I did not receive any timely responses from either. When Pamela did finally reply, my concerns were dismissed and the outcome was blamed on my "hair canvas", including claims that my ends were lightened and too porous. This is simply not accurate--my hair is NOT colored, and I have had previous spiral perms which held well 8+ months and have matched the spiral perm look requested. To be certain I was not off my rocker, I had another salon in evaluate my hair that very same week I got the perm, and they confirmed the perm did not properly take, did not reflect what was asked for and they said I should be refunded. What's most disappointing is the lack of accountability from Salon Technique. Instead of acknowledging that the service fell short, the responsibility was redirected onto me the client! I requested multiples times for a refund and was denied and the only offer sent back was that I could return and re-perm little ares here and there with no promise that they would take! UNBELIEVABLE - I'm sharing this so others can make an informed decision. My experience says beware and do not go here. I expected professionalism and accountability, and unfortunately this salon does not hold to this level of professionalism. UPDATE 4/25/2026 JUST RECEIVED A SPIRAL PERM FROM Avy The Curly Girly at a different salon in Fullerton and I got EXACTLY what I asked for (see photo) and to boot... for way less! Dear Salon Owner Pamela and Paige it is NOT my "canvas" that's the issue!

The locker room is luxurious with lots of amenities, including 2 showers (they have on-wall shampoo/conditioner/body wash), 3 bathroom stalls, 1 steam room, oodles of lockers which have your robe and rubber slipper shoes and space to put all your stuff during your treatment, and all of the self-care goodies near the 2 sinks (mouthwash, body lotion, makeup remover, hair spray and gel, clean combs and brushes, an aromatherapy machine) as well as flavored water. They use nice towels to dry your hands, and they have body towels if you take a shower. The lounge space is co-ed, with loungers, chairs, 2 flavored waters, 2 types of small bite-size pastries (blueberry bread and cranberry orange scones), and they offered me hot tea. The wall nearby appears to be stained-glass. Wowsers, what an experience. It's absolutely worth it. Spend the money on yourself, indulge, and you will never regret it.
