I came in with a bad hair emergency from a different salon (see picture below) and Cartel was so understanding and helped me through the day. Special shout out to the receptionist for calming me down because I was in tears when I called to see if Cartel had an opening! I had gone to 3 other salons that day for consults to see what they recommended to fix my hair, but they didn't give me a good feeling, or they had weird solutions to fix the hair dye job.
