Sweet lady that I believe owns this place. It felt authentic and I really cannot recall the time I've had acai like this other than when I had this last Friday. It's a smaller place but don't be fooled. Caught my attention with how bright and beautiful was! The acai had notes of like chocolate and berries and the color was so different, you will neevr find anything like this again I swear.

I was driving home when I noticed the food truck & decided to turn around & give it a try. Ive been into Açaí bowls lately so was super excited to get one. I went with the traditional açaí bowl. This was my first time having an açaí bowl with condensed milk & powdered milk, it wasn't bad at all. The food was ran by a couple, very friendly people. Not busy at all, only open Saturdays & Sundays 9:30am- 5:30pm. Will be back to try their Brazilian pastries!

MY FAVORITE ACAÍ BOWL!! it's a simple, no frills bowl so don't go in expecting those indulgent bowls with tons and tons of toppings and flavors. Also do get the traditional! They put condensed milk and milk powder which gives it such a great nutty flavor that I can't get enough of. I was worried that the condensed milk might make it too sweet, but not at all! She also sells small Brazilian pastries (that are usually all meat filled) and other small bites too. There's a small seating area and also space outside to sit as well. It's a small store run by one Brazilian woman, so remember to be patient and give them a try!

My daughter needed a quick snack before her next wrestling match and did not want anything heavy. We both love açaí bowls and when this popped up we had to try it. It is a one man show inside but super efficient and friendly. I ordered 2 Americano açaí bowls, and several pastries to try. We had the chicken cochina, chicken empanada, and ground beef triangle. Surprisingly the pastries were warm when we got them and were solid. The empanada and coxhina had the same filling, different dough. All were good as well as our bowls. I think if the bowls had blueberries it would've been even more fire. Very solid place, worth a stop of craving authentic açai.

I happened to be passing this cute little place because I needed to make a u-turn at the main intersection, and decided to pull over an give it a try. I remembered someone told me about it before and saidnits very good. I had the green smoothie and a cheese bun. The proprietor was very friendly an efficient. I liked my smoothie, and it was a nice touch to a sunny day. They do take cards for payment as well

Such a cute little place with a calm and relaxing vibe. There was no wait, and the service was fast and friendly. My açaí bowl was a bit too sweet for my taste, but it was still really delicious!

10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND! If you're wanting to explore a little piece of Brazil, run to Brazuca in Richmond! This cute, authentic, family founded gem is conveniently placed right at the corner of Barrett near the i-80 East freeway in Richmond. There are 2 parts to this restaurant which make it unique. In the morning/afternoon they serve some pretty freaking amazing Açaí bowls, various pasteles, milkshakes and fresh fruit juices/smoothies. In the evening from 6pm-midnight they serve some of the most amazing Brazuca Burgers. I can't even begin to describe how the burgers taste because they're so unique, it's one of those "you gotta have it yourself" kinda deal. The açaí used for the Açaí Bowls is imported directly from Brazil. The quality is creamier and sweeter than anything I've ever had before. You can either have it the traditional (Brazilian) way, or Americano. The traditional is a MUST HAVE for first timers. They include condensed and powdered milk, super crunchy granola, and fresh fruit. Everything is layered so you get a little bit of awesomeness in every bite. Their pasteles are all filled with various kinds of meat, I had the shredded chicken and cheese which was very filling and delicious. If you're in the area, headed to the freeway, or just wanting to try something fresh and different, Brazuca is a WIN. read more

Acai bowls are my guilty pleasure. I could eat them every day. I was really excited to see that an acai bowl place was replacing the past business here that sold healthy but not so tasty drinks. Upon entering, I was greeted by a bubbly young man who was eager to serve me. I really appreciated the service and hospitality. The bowl, however, wasn't really what I was expecting, but that's okay. Instead of hints of fruits and 6 get more of a creamy coconut taste that I wasn't expecting. I finished the bowl. It was good. It's just a little too creamy for me. You guys might think differently. This is the açaí place I've been searching for! This was hands down the BEST açaí bowl I've had in the Bay Area! The owner was super nice and has definitely put a lot of thought and care into the products she makes! The spot is small and perhaps better for takeout but I enjoyed dining in and enjoying my açaí bowl while watching Olympics updates. Stopped by this açaí place out of the curiosity from the high ratings and drove an extra 30 minutes to give it a try. My bf and I got traditional açaí bowls with add ons of chia seeds and coconut flakes. They were so good & sweet which was perfect after a nice hike to end the day. 10/10!! I was served by Chris and I learned that he owns the business! Super friendly and knowledgeable, I walked away with a traditional açaí bowl, 1 coxinha and a better understanding of what makes an açaí bowl authentic. Everything is delicious. The açaí bowl does taste different than the other ones I've had. It's less sweet and more rich, but it pairs really well with the fruit, condensed milk and other toppings! The small is HUGE and super filling! The coxinha (Brazilian chicken croquette according to google lol) is so good--I wish I had ordered 2! I'm happy I finally went in, it's been on my list to try for a few weeks now. Stopped by randomly during a commute from SSF to Vallejo on a week day. A friendly gentleman was running the place. I ordered the traditional acai bowl which was $13 for a small size. It was different from other acai bowls I've had as it had condensed milk and powdered milk. I loved condensed milk and powdered milk as a kid - so my inner child was jumping for joy as I ate the entire thing. It was topped with fresh bananas and strawberries. Delicious. I've tried a lot of different açaí bowls places and this one definitely caught my attention. I typically get honey as a sweetener on the açaí bowl but they used condensed milk and powdered milk which made it somewhat creamier and added a nice texture to it. Not to mention, they layered the bowl nicely so when you scoop down, you get a little bit of everything. read more

What a surprise local gem! Went to Chase bank today and drove by this cute little place. That Açaí bowl sign caught our eyes. It's been almost 7 months since my first brazuca visit and i can confidently say my life was improved dramatically since that visit. A perfect bite of brazuca acai bowl is the most perfect bite of any food in existence. When you get the perfect blended bite of the flavor-some, mouthwatering acai, fresh and organic fruits, crunchy granola and flavourous condensed milk, oh things happen to my body that i can't even explain in this review. Came there to try out their smoothies and left there also buying an Acai bowl and their wonderful pastries. The guy working there today wanted to make sure our orders were meet with satisfiaction, was also a very chill and nice guy. This is my go-to spot! Found this place through word of mouth & have been hooked since the first bite. Their Acai is imported straight from Brazil so it's not overly sweetened like the others I've tried in the area. Customer service is 100/10! If you're in town you should definitely give them a try! read more

After a long day of hiking at Muir Woods Monument and a day at the beach, my partner and I decided that we wanted to have some açaí bowls and came across Brazuca on the way home. I've tried 3 different acai spots and this by far was the best one yet. The açaí is really fresh and everything the Traditional Bowl comes with is delicious. The powders really make a difference in these bowls. One of the workers offered to include a free topping, after coming back in to buy another which was really nice of him. I will be coming back to Richmond just for Acai when I'm craving some again. read more

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They asked about food allergies, and optional toppings such as peanut butter. The workers are always very nice but seem frazzled. There is no ambience, it's two chipped benches that used to be white, a do not enter sign and basically nowhere to sit and eat.

I stopped by Brazuca Açaí in Richmond and honestly, it's one of the best spots around if you're into fresh and legit açaí bowls. Everything tasted super fresh, and you can tell they don't cut corners with their ingredients. The texture of the açaí was perfect--not too icy, not too runny--and the toppings were generous. The staff was really friendly and welcoming, and the place had a clean, chill vibe. Prices were fair for the quality you're getting, especially compared to other spots that charge more and give you less. They were tiny with hardly any filling. The empanadas usually have a ground meat or shredded chicken. This one had pieces of pork so it was not flavorful at all. There's table seating indoors and outdoors. The yucca con chicharron was okay too. Usually it comes with a salad like but this one came with 1 beet, 1 slice of tomato and 1 slice of cucumber with a small bag of curtido. No sauce. Tip: The server gave me a business card and recommended to call for orders to go as the waiting time was 30 minutes. I did not mind waiting. I appreciated her sharing this. The dining area is spacious and bright with large windows. You order at the counter and get a number. The food is then brought to you. The menu is international. You can have American classics like burgers, and you also can have Asian rice plates (adobo, teriyaki, etc) as well as Mexican dishes. It is therefore great for groups of people who may have diverse palates. On our visit our group of 3 ordered pork chop rice plate, burger, and breakfast burritos. The portions were very generous, and the taste was on point. My pork chop was chunky and marinated well. The prices were reasonable for the amount of food we got.
