I simply love Bread Zeppelin. It's a great lunch option close to work or even a good girl dinner without guilt. The place is an elevated version of subway with better ingredients and better quality. You can get a salad with bread on side or get a bread stuffed with salad (zeppelin) The bread is to die for and they heat it up when you order your zeppelin. I usually get the Cesar or NOLA but you could make your own. The service is quick and easy. The ambiance is fast food kind, quick and easy. The place is packed during lunch time but they keep the lines moving fast.

The chicken tinga was okay, everything in the bowl was cold. My favorite is their bread, so make sure y'all order that! Customer service was good. Plenty of parking. Clean bathroom and clean establishment.

their limited time Tuscan salad is delicious. Very impressed for my first time, super fast!!! Staff is friendly. Full of flavor and perfect amount of chicken and sauce within my zeppelin. Breads so yummy but not overpowering. I will be back!

This pace has a nice modern ambiance, with effective service and great quality food. I had the Lone Star bowl my first time here, and can't wait to try it as a Zeppelin.

Great store with excellent customer service. The staff is simply AMAZING! Here is the reason why. Today the Co-founder of the Bread Zeppelin Frachise, Troy, was present offering a free bread zeppelin bowl or sandwich once a month for an entire year to the first 50 customers! 12 free sandwiches or bowls to 50 people. That is generosity at its best. The employees were making salads and sandwiches so quick that it amazed even me. The line moved so quickly I thought robots were working. Simply AMAZING! With such a rough current economy, it's people like Troy that makes a difference and shows the definition of caring still exists. I was honored to win free bread zeppelin every month for a year. I was honored to meet the Co-Founder and tell him thank you for caring about others. I HIGHLY SUGGEST AND RECOMMEND buying bowls or salads from Bread Zeppelin. We should always support those that help others. Please show your support towards Bread Zeppelin and also enjoy a great meal while doing so. Enjoy! Thanks again Troy for being a true definition of humanity.

Great option for takeout!

Not far from Whole Foods in Irving, Texas Maya made a super nice vegetable bowl for me and with their house made croutons I am going to enjoy it all the way to New Orleans! 5 stars and will come back!

Another NOLA at a different Bread Zeppelin location. The food at this location was just as good and appears to be consistent with the other location I've tried. If anything, I would say this location has quicker service. Salads in a baguette - give it a try!

Cool little place is perfect for a post-workout salad. A salad in a hollowed out toasted baguette, but still a salad.

The food is typically great, but its been hit and miss lately on quality and service. I think it just comes down to staff effort...

Good -- expensive but fresh. A little too crowded at lunch to make it worth it, but cool place with excellent and creative dressings.

Is the buffalo chicken back? If so, how can I order online?

Yes, buffalo chicken was available when I went on Friday, 9/29/17. Not sure about online ordering; you might need to call them directly.

Service rhythm was good. However, everyone at the table was from Louisiana and the server couldn't tell us what was used in the "Cajun" spices on the French Chicken. After checking with the kitchen, she came back and said pepper and other Cajun...stuff. You'd think that would be a basic training lesson and menu knowledge you'd have to grasp before being given a section. Don't put vague descriptions in print if your staff can't break them down when the guest asks questions. On a side note, I know for a fact that this company requires all their managers to be clean shaven. Yet, I saw a cook/chef with a fairly thick, quasi-biker beard working the line in an open kitchen in clear view of guests. Kind of ironic. I'd rather the dude making my food be clean shaven for obvious reasons. Unlikely that I return.

We went into today and we were told that the pizza oven had been down for more than a month. They did know when it would be fixed. That was a bummer because I loved their pizza. We ordered sandwiches and soups. They had tasted much better in the past. We also asked for water. On the way to our table, I just added a splash of lemonade to my water. After sitting down, the cashier awkwardly came to our table and asked that I return to the register and pay for the drink. I did because I was in the wrong. I also understood the cashier's predicament because the manager was eyeing everything behind the food line without any attempt at verbal communication. We were the only customers in the place. I returned to the register and paid for the drink. I probably won't return to this location. I am hoping the other locations are better run than the Irving location.

We ate pretty early around 5pm, and it was very empty, which was nice because it meant our food came fast. We tried the chicken shawarma bowl and the beef shawarma bowls. The food tasted delicious, but did seem a little less fresh, like maybe it had been sitting for a while, which would make sense because it wasn't exactly prime dinner hour yet, so maybe perhaps left from lunch? Either way, the portions were great, enough to take home leftovers. And the flavor of the meat was superb. They were so warm and kind to our family, especially our two year old. I appreciated the thoughtful touches the staff added to make our dining experience special. It definitely gave the cozy feeling of a mom and pop diner but mediterranean style! I loved it. We will definitely be coming back.

I came in for the soft opening after weeks of renovations, and while the name and menu are the same, everything else is not. This is not the same restaurant. If you knew the original owner, you would know he created something special. It felt like you were being welcomed into his home. He took pride in the food and in making sure every customer felt well cared for. Appetizers always came out first with some friendly conversation, and you could feel the care he put into every detail. That experience is gone. First, I waited 30+ minutes for a dish that normally takes 15, even on a busy night. When I left, a couple who had ordered before me were still waiting for their wraps! Second, the food has changed. The chicken shawarma and gyro recipes are different, and the gyro was actually cold. The sauces, which used to be the highlight, are not the same. The red sauce is gone, and the garlic sauce tastes different. The rice is different. The salad is now a small pile of romaine, onion, cucumber, black olives, and corn with no dressing. Overall, the new recipes feel like a massive downgrade from the original recipes. Lastly, I told the host I would be dining inside, but my food was served in plastic containers. Meanwhile, a nearby group that appeared to be staff or family was served plated food that looked noticeably fresher and better prepared. It honestly felt like their food was prioritized over paying customers, which may have explained the delays. The menu photos have not changed, but they no longer reflect what is actually being served. That feels misleading, especially for customers like me who were excited for the reopening. Very disappointing.
