pick 2: teriyaki chicken and broccoli bowl with Roasted Turkey & Avocado BLT
    Chloe K.

Came here for lunch on a weekend. The prices have definitely gone up a lot in the past few years. All of us were content with the food. It took a while to come out even though it wasn't crowded. The warm bowl was ok. The BLT sandwich was pretty good. My dad enjoyed the pepperoni melt but I didn't think it was very good.

Time for the Sip Membership refill. Yeah! The tea is always good. This location is nice, convenient, and very large! Largest one I've seen so far. The membership helps keep the costs down, as the food is decent but getting more costly. Tho today we didn't venture into the menu. Staff was nice and friendly. It's close to one of the nurseries we visit for house plants, so we will return.

I'm in my chicken, fish and salad phase until I carve/cleave off enough weight to get back to half marathons and 30 mile hikes. I was thrilled to see this new location open up! Even more to see they have a drive thru! (I get very board standing in a line.) This new location on the NW corner of Beltline and 635 in Coppell has a huge parking lot! A very large seating area inside with huge windows. On this drive thru trip it was for the Green Goddess Cobb Salad (Sliced chicken, arugula, romaine, kale and radicchio blend, vine-ripened tomato and pickled red onions tossed with freshly made Green Goddess dressing and topped with avocado, bacon, and hard-boiled egg. Well, at least that is what the menu says as mine didn't have romaine and not sure it had kale. The tomatoes were the tiny ones and they were thinly sliced. I'm not sure I saw or tasted bacon. The arugula had the longest stems I ever saw. Guess the stems have a lot of fiber so I won't complain. I had the whole order and it came with a piece of amazing fresh bread and 2 small soft chocolate chip cookies. The cookies were in a small wax paper bag and the bread was loose in the large paper sack. They included a fork and 3 of the current trend eco friendly thin brown napkins (you know, the kind that dissolve when wet ;) ) Wish they included a knife to cut the chicken slices, egg halves, avocado slices and arugula. The drive thru and window service was super friendly plus efficient. I was almost sad I didn't get to interact more! The taste and freshness was fantastic! Plenty of complimentary flavors with enough spice and tartness to keep it interesting! The price is very reasonable for the quality and freshness. I'll be a regular.

    Order and cost

Complete Rip Off! I drove through and ordered a Napa Almond Chicken Sandwich. I got home and they didn't put any chicken salad on the sandwich! It was just extremely spicy mustard, feta, chopped cucumbers, lettuce and tomatoes on bread!. I called and they wouldn't refund my money. If I could give negative stars for cheating customers, I would!

Panera BREAD that is out of BREAD. Lazy staff and bad place to try and get food. Would give it a negative star if possible

Happy employees that have a great working relationship with each other that almost have a family like feel. Super happy to see people enjoy their job. Attentive and helpful every time. We have been here about 6 times in the last two months. Ambiance can be a bit loud depending on the time you visit, but not loud enough to make it hard to listen to the group you share the table with. It looks like they can accommodate a large group. This definitely has a diner feel but modern with lots of memorabilia and photos on the walls music inspired. Food: hard to name all the dishes but they all have been great. Biscuits and gravy are always so fluffy, buttery and the gravy is spot on. But the PANCAKES, my gosh are they so good. I want to just have those every Sunday morning! Thank you for creating such a wonderful atmosphere and delicious food. Will continue to visit as time allows. Heads up, Sunday mornings can have a bit of a wait but what amazing restaurant wouldn't?!? You're in for a treat! Try them!

We'll try different appetizers every now and then but the two ramens are always a constant. We recently discovered that you can also DoorDash this location and we were EXCITED! The first time was a great experience, packaged nicely and it tasted great as per usual. The second, and last, wasn't the best experience AT FIRST, as we believe our order got mixed up with someone else's; missing ramen, ramen we received was not one of ours (we would know, we order the same two every time!) HOWEVER, Sean, the owner of this branch, completely went out of his way to deliver it to our home instead due to DoorDash being unable to redeliver. We were so taken back as we've never experienced that type of offer before. Meeting Sean was such a delight, as he had such positive energy and wanted to make it right for us. We were already loyal to this spot before, but Sean's excellent service will continue to have us back. This has been such a long overdue review, but we thank you again Sean, and we love RAKKAN Ramen!

I got the Sushi Flight that has smoked salmon, salmon, scallop and shrimp and it was amazing! My family ordered their ramen and said it tasted pretty well. The only con was that the server didn't set down any of our food. She would hand it to us as if it was our duty to place it down even when she had the space. Holding really hot bowls and passing it down to my family members where there were much space to put the bowls and plates down in front of us made me upset knowing I was with older adults whom cannot take the steaming ramen bowls.

The restaurant is clean and modern with a bright and welcoming aesthetic. The waitperson on staff was incredibly attentive and friendly; she was not confident in her English but my Spanish and her English combined were enough that all of our food (even with change requests) came out exactly as ordered and cooked to perfection. If you don't speak Spanish, don't let this dissuade you, she was very knowledgeable about the menu and knew exactly what my non-Spanish companions wanted without my subpar linguistic assistance. She made fantastic recommendations and accurately told us that everything on the menu was good. The menu had a great variety from shawarma to empanadas. The waitperson was very good about proactively telling us what they were out of (only a couple of things--lasagna and soup). I don't think you can go wrong with anything you can choose. I ordered the Pepito with mushrooms and chicken. It was AMAZING. Perfectly seasoned and so satisfying. My husband ordered a cordon bleu and a fish empanada along with a pizza pastele. Our daughter ordered the Venezuelan take on chicken shawarma. They greatly enjoyed their meals and we all enjoyed the mini empanadas we shared (two pork, two beef, and two chicken is the default). I also savored every drop of my Especial Super Sandys cocktail. The only drawback to this place is it is right next to my work, so I'm going to be constantly ordering from here or hating myself for not doing so. Edited to add: They were open until 11pm on the Tuesday night we went; some places online erroneously state 6pm as closing time.

It's advertised as Venezuelan cuisine and we had no idea what that meant. However, we do enjoy empanadas and they listed them on their menu. We ordered several pasteles and 1 empanada. I'm not sure what the difference is....they're both like a hand-held fried pie. The E's are larger than the P's. The ground beef variety was our favorite....VERY good. The ham and cheese was the next best. The pizza flavor was OK, but wouldn't order it again. The chicken variety was our least favorite. The creamy cilantro dipping sauce was amazing!! The staff was very attentive. Prices are fair. We can't wait to have more of those flavorful ground beef empanadas and try the other varieties too.
