Been here just once but want to go back again!! We ordered some beer I wanted local , the closest they had was Orlando. Wish they had a better local craft selection. We ordered the fried Calamari and it was crisp and delicious. The sauce was the best part with lots of shredded fresh basil. I love fresh herbs and always say that's what makes the dish. Then we had the specials. Soft shell crab. Real good. And sirloin steak. I ordered it rare and it was perfect. The wasabi mashed potatoes were sooooo excellent. Spicy and a bit chunky. I'm real happy with the fresh ingredients - veggies, fruits, and herbs that were used in the preparation. It didn't go unnoticed in fact that's what makes this place a four for starters and next time I visit if this place continues on this level and maintains this consistency then I'm going up to FIVE stars. Disappointed. Sat for over 12 mins before someone came to take our order. Then they got my drink order wrong and when I repeated it to the bartender he still got it wrong. It didn't get fixed and I could only drink about a quarter of. Ask waitress about something in the appetizer she went and came to our table twice and said she keeps forgetting to ask. Never came back to table. We had to ask for another server to take our food order. Then they couldn't give me the daily fish special because it is made ahead of time and had an item in it that I'm allergic to. Overall we just were not at all impressed and felt that the tab was too much for high end drinks we couldn't drink and so so quality of food. read more

Was recommended this place from a fellow craft beer drinker. He also said the food was great a Asian fusion style menu. We parked in front of a neighboring restaurant Johnny d's which was packed. Walked into break awayz, not to many people here on a Tuesday late afternoon. Made me think we should be down the street at johnny's. We stayed had a beer ordered food. Hooooooooly sh$t. This food was the best we have had all vacation. Tuna was hands down best tuna I have ever had, accompanied by some amazing beer selections, and super friendly service. After stumbling upon this place 2 years ago during our first visit to Flagler Beach, we had to make it our first stop back in town after a 16.5 hr drive from Ohio. We're staying in Daytona Beach Shores, but stopped for a late dinner here on our way south. Once again the poke nachos are still to die for. Also had stuffed portobellos which are tasty. Service was friendly and professional. Our beers were on the warm side, but our waiter got us 2 different ones for our trouble. Great little gastropub pub right across the street from the ocean. What a great local place to eat. It is such a diamond in the rough. The service was exceptional, despite being busy. The staff were very attentive and the Owner even came over to make sure everything was on point. The wings were cooked to perfection with a good crisp bite and honey Sriracha sauce. The Poke Tacos were amazing and have tied with the best tacos I have ever eaten; which was during a trip to Mexico. My wife got the sliders and they were also cooked to perfection. Top that off with a draft Jai Ali IPA beer and some wine. Excellent dinner! read more

We had never eaten here before and we were glad we stopped. They have a large variety of beer and the food was excellent. We had the tacos with blackened mahi and the burrito with the blackened mahi, both meals were a little spicy and the salsa was good. I would definitely go back. read more

Great place for great food! The atmosphere is very relaxed and you can easily get caught up chatting for hours with friends. I have been here twice and the only thing I would say is its is VERY hard to find a server when you drink is low or your ready to order food. It seems that all the servers work together outside at each table so you never know who to grab.. if you can find anyone. We had to walk around and find someone twice. Also I ordered a caesar salad with chicken(which they forgot) and it took over 45 minutes and my husbands fried calamari took just as long. When we asked someone he said "well my tables have been waiting an hour for food". They have great craft beer but not sure if I would order food again even though it was delicious. My favorite was the Poke bowl. My recommendation would be to make sure the servers pay attention to each table. read more

Hands down the best food in Flagler Beach! We have eaten here countless times and never had anything but a delicious meal. Don't be turned off by the appearance. The food is great! The chef is creative and highly skilled. I love her fish tacos and my husbands favorite is the poke bowl. We like to sit outside but are prepared for the high noise level when the weather forces us to sit inside. Go early to avoided waiting for a table and to catch happy hour. First time to this place tonight. Food overall was excellent. High quality, interesting combos, will satisfy foodies for sure. Now the downside which to me is not terrible, but for others (my husband!) a real challenge, delivery time..., granted we came on a Friday night around 8pm, food including appetizer took about one hour to come out. They have a crowd on Fridays. We sat outside, fair share of smokers unfortunately but I guess that is the risk with sitting outside. Overall a winner for me, food is fantastic. read more

This place is great! First, they are pet friendly on their outdoor patio (unlike other Flagler establishments who ask for ADA paperwork). Second, their beer list reads like a menu from the Cheesecake Factory! Seriously, the choices are endless! Love that. I grew up in the area, but have been gone for many years and just popped back into town for the afternoon. As an avid craft beer drinker I heard this was the place to go, so my wife and I checked it out. The staff was very friendly and extremely knowledgable of the beer selection, the brewery's where they came from and recommendations based on other beers I like to drink. We were just looking to eat and appetizer, but the menu sounded a lot like what we're used to in Jax beach and much different than the same old fried fish and nacho selection located up and down Flagler, so we opted for dinner. I had the chicken tacos and my wife had the poki bowl, it was fresh, flavorful and the presentation was awesome. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for selection, quality and atmosphere without the price of the Fish Co. We'll be back for sure. read more
