I've been coming to Daniel since 2017 when i discovered his shop looking for a breaker, and i can tell you that there is nobody more knowledgeable or helpful in the industry. He will go above and beyond including afterhours assistance in case of emergency. He values customer loyalty greatly. His prices are far better than any other privately owned electrical supply business and I've shopped all around southern California.... and he has never hesitated to take back any components or products that have not worked. people like to complain it's the nature of the industry but wouldn't go anywhere else unless i had to. Return policy SUCKS here. By law, they have to mention the no return policy before purchasing any item. Not just post a sign that says it. There is also no statement on the receipt that says "no return" .. They gave two different quotes on a breaker through the phone and in person. This guy has to be the worst business person I ever met. I will never do business with him again. He renigged on the deal we made. He made B. S. Excuse as to why he did it. Not reliable and overall bad attitude. Had an email thread for days about picking up a breaker. They didn't have exactly what we needed but worked with what they had. Was told they had the inventory and sent in payment. When I arrived the part was not there. And instead of trying to fix it try's to blame us. Breaker Depot is not to be confused with Home Depot- You don't just waltz in and out of Breaker Depot in 2 minutes with a bog-standard breaker in hand. What they do is source and provide custom and hard-to-find breakers. And they do it very well, I'd struggle without them. If you go in with the expectation that sometimes they can help you within 5 minutes, sometimes it may take 10 and still other times they'll need to find your breaker elsewhere you'll be very happy. read more
