It feels like you have to look around the entire restaurant to find it. The interior of the place was nice, the music was very loud but it had a nice vibe. We were seated and we had a server (I believe her name was Jessica). We barely ever saw her. The food was average for the price. When our server came back when we finally saw her again, she had filled out her own tip for 30% and told my fiancé to sign. My friend made a reservation for our party six weeks ago. She actively called the restaurant since that time to give them an exact head count to make their job easier. She confirmed this reservation MULTIPLE TIMES. When we arrived yesterday they didn't have a table for us. They shuffled our group from inside to outside. They had us STANDING on the patio outside for AN HOUR. No one brought us waters...no one told us to scan the menus. A few of our party grabbed chairs where they could and carried them while wearing high heels. None of the staff helped. They had a table set up for a party of 20 inside and that reservation was two hours after ours and they just planned on holding it instead of letting us sit down. One of the girls in our group is in pain with bone cancer and they had us standing outside with no service for an hour. Another girl was hoping to join us for a nice brunch before her mother's funeral. This establishment made a bad situation worse. They didn't offer us the inside tables until all of our party started to walk out the door after WAITING FOR AN HOUR. Honestly leaving was a good decision...if they can't figure out waters And chairs in an hour can you imagine the food and the bill? No thanks. We dropped a couple grand down the street instead. The response from the owner is gross. No one was looking for "sexy men" most of us are married with children....one of our group was in a tremendous amount of pain and the other was on the way to A FUNERAL. Most women don't arrange a girls brunch to pick up men...and brunch isn't where you go for that even if that were the case. No one is looking for a hookup at breakfast b*tch at 10am. You're so full of it. Originally We were put in a booth with seats and no tables and then we were moved to tables without seats. No one cussed at anyone and no one cried...the only person who made an effort to speak to us was A MAN and he was super cool. He didn't cry. He was frustrated that he had to wait for approval from you-the owner who is clearly inept. Our party was always 20 people and she confirmed this multiple times that it's two tables of ten sitting together. She confirmed with everyone in our group and if our party was smaller she was going to release a table as a courtesy to you. Our full party arrived and was confirmed that morning as 20...the same way it was confirmed multiple times prior to this. 10+10=20. The reservations were under the same name and she called multiple times to make sure they understood it was one large party. They said they understood on the phone. Not sure how you can set up a table of 20 inside and hold it for two hours for a party that MIGHT show up...but having us sit there two hours prior to that group was somehow too difficult to process. It's not rocket science. I spoke with you myself and I was very kind and patient, so the fact that you're lying as a business owner shows how you run your establishment and why your reviews are overwhelmingly dog sh*t. read more

Then they chased after us running down the street accusing us of "Not paying our bill" when we had left a $10 bill on the table to cover our 2 coffees. All in all...we would've expected delays like that if it was a busy time for them, but there was no excuse for not at least offering us some complimentary chips while we waited so long. I've worked in restaurant 'mgmt' & would never stand for these balls dropping so extremely. I would post a pic of our food but we never received it. I like this place, my girlfriend and I got the vegan pancakes and hashbrowns on the side and absolutely loved it. The vegan pancakes were fluffy, delicious and the great size. We also loved the seasoning of the hashbrowns. I personally loved adding the onions and peppers on top of it without the cheese. I only ordered pancakes and bacon and somehow my husband's chicken and waffles came out way before mine. The food was served on a broken plate with a piece missing on the corner and the flavor was pretty mediocre. Pancakes were tough to cut through and overcooked.
