A solid downtown lunch spot with healthy American and breakfast options. I like their grains bowl when I want something full of veggies, but I also love putting together smaller options. The cucumber and feta salad, the deviled eggs, and the egg salad tartine are all solid sides or small plates. And everyone loves their thick cut chip-style fries. They can get busy, so seating is limited during the lunch rush. If you're in a hurry, take out might be your friend.
Get the hummus! It was so good! It was blended with roasted red pepper and walnut dip that gave it an unbelievably rich, smoky, taco-seasoned flavor. As a big time protein lover, it was the unexpected vegetarian fix for my craving. Plus, it was paired with delicious pita and crisp vegetables, every bite was delightful!
I was at a conference near by and stopped by here for a quick dinner. This location was very cute. Like a modern makeover in a quaint space. Feels very intimate but casual. I ordered a crispy chicken Sammy and a greyhound. The drink was soooooooo good! Refreshing and smooth. The grapefruit and sweetness was the perfect ratio. The sandwich was well seasoned and not too saucey - which is what I actually prefer! I would eat it again, but I also desperately need to try the rest of the menu next time. Or waitress was very kind, although we had a ton of questions she didn't know, she was in great spirits to find some answers out for us!
We came to Ingo's and ordered the fish and chips along with a steak salad. The setup is more café-style, so it can get a bit noisy, and you do have to order at the counter rather than having full table service. That said, the food was very good--both dishes were well-prepared and flavorful. Service was average, nothing standout but nothing negative either. Overall, if you're passing by and looking for a quick, solid bite to eat, this is definitely a good spot to stop at.
We stopped by Ingo's for a quick bite in between NCAA Women's Final Four festivities! I did the classic Chicken Sammy and my friend had Fish and Chips. Unfortunately, I'm allergic to seafood, but my friend said it is genuinely the best fried fish she's had in a LONG time! And she really enjoyed the chips, as well! I love their chicken sandwich - specifically, the white AND black sesame bun pulls the entire sandwich together. The fresh element of the pickle chips and apple slices are always the perfect balance to the fried chicken. You'll also see the fresh seasoned pickles (more or less cucumbers!) on the side there - which I am allergic to (again, unfortunately), but they are WELL seasoned, which would be an additional fresh, yet savory side dish to this sandwich. The barista who took out order at the counter was very helpful, specifically, she helped my friend choose her meal - which again, she THOROUGHLY enjoyed! Not pictured is the double-level seating inside, the bar and an outdoor bar seating (where we sat). It was the perfect dinner in between events!
I liked the food so much I went two days in a row. The fish and chips were better than anything I expected and the angus burger was so good.There's a good variety of food and drinks. Seating was easy as well. There's a small outdoor counter area, an upstairs section and a few long tables to accommodate larger groups too. The fish in my fish and chips wasn't cod. Probably a tilapia or swai battered fish but it was perfectly fried with the right amount of crunchy batter and it wasn't too salty. I loved it with the round cut potatoe fries. On day two I decided to try the Farmers Daughter burger. So good! This was a thick angus beef burger ground in house with sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and Dijon mustard in a sesame seed bun. I also had the house made chai tea latte on both days which had so much flavor. There's definitely something on the menu for everyone. I wish I could go back again and try something else. In an area surrounded by so many places to eat, skip the indecision and make this your go to.

I got the chorizo burrito and it was very good! Tasted fresh and it was very filling. I also got the Golden Honey latte. I enjoyed it. They have a house made honey turmeric syrup to it so it has a little spice to it but it's good! Spent about $21 total.

Kale and quinoa salad was well made and adding grilled chicken perfectly hit the spot. Full coffee bar available with coffee, espresso and teas.
I ordered the Ingo Chopped salad with a white fish add on in burrito form to go. Food: Delicious!!! Salad good, fish good, super tasty, light, healthy. Con: Price. With the fish add on plus tax, was almost $22 for a burrito that was kind of small. Not sure if you'd get more if you just order a salad. I know fish is a premium ingredient but I still think it was kinda expensive for the portion. But it was tasty. I'm so torn -_-
Just walking down the street and decided to go into this place, not off any reviews, but just because it was in the area. I must say they exceeded my expectations. This was during lunchtime so atmosphere is extremely busy and lively . However, the wait staff is on their game, cleaning tables and promptly attending to the customers. Started with the lemonade which is made with real lemons and some of the best lemon I've ever had. I ordered the Bistro steak salad, the salad was insanely fresh and steak was cooked to perfection. Topped it off with a homemade chocolate chip cookie. Wow, I will be back!

I had never heard of this place and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and flavor! My husband got the Chorizo breakfast burrito and I had the egg sandwich with bacon. The egg sandwich was great, and I normally don't like chorizo but I tried his and it was SO good! I would definitely order that next time. I like that it's an order and find a seat kind of spot. Food came out really quickly, all of the staff were super nice and the restaurant was very clean (even the bathroom)! We also had coffee on our visit as they have a full espresso machine, several milk options, & full variety of syrups. The honey lavender latte was probably one of the best I've had! Definitely will be back for dinner!
Grabbed a crispy chicken sammy to go for a work lunch and wow! 10/10 recommend! Looking forward to dining in sometime soon!

We stopped by before a game downtown. We ordered the Paris Texas Burger, the cheeseburger, and the Chicken Sammy, and all three were tasty. The burgers were flavorful and cooked well, while the Chicken Sammy was juicy. The cucumber and feta salad was fresh and refreshing, and the shattered potato chips were a combination of crispy and soft.. Service was friendly, attentive, and made for an overall great dining experience. Sandwiches range from about $14-$17. read more
Update: I came back a second time -- shame on me. The deviled eggs got me again. I'm starting to think they're adding pickle juice or something to the mixture, because there's no way it's supposed to taste this salty. The business messaged me saying I was right about the eggs, but the next batch was exactly the same. So either they never actually checked, or whoever's making them genuinely isn't tasting the mixture. Your face shouldn't have to pucker up eating deviled eggs. The chicken sandwich, on the other hand, was pretty decent -- good crisp, not overly battered. The chicken itself was a bit thin, though, so it lost some juiciness and ended up a little dry. After one too many at the bar the night before, my colleague and I were in need of breakfast burritos. Stat. Lucky for us, Ingo's was not too far from where we were, so we put on our sunglasses and gingerly walked over to cure our headaches. It's a fast casual joint-order at the counter, take a number and they will bring out the food to you. I love that there's open doors that let in the fresh breeze from outside. Lots of seating, lots of light. I ended up getting eggs, toast and bacon instead of a burrito. Dare I say that this might be the BEST bacon I've ever had? Seriously, the flavor was popping, every bite consistently delicious and no soggy, fatty pieces which I often find elsewhere. Hangover or not, I'm coming back to Ingo's for that bacon next time I'm in the area. read more

The food here is good. This visit I only had coffee and the previous visits I didn't have my phone for pictures The sandwiches, appetizers, and baked goods all hit a home run here. I am pretty picky about my coffeee but I ordered at this visit a butterscotch latte with 4 shots instead of 2 and it was amazing! So good and only $6 and something for a quad shot!!!! Stopped by for quick lunch. Place is self serve even though seating looked almost fun, the line to place the order was moving fast. It's got a nice decor with casual modern look. Tried the chicken Sammie, really enjoyed the sandwich was crunchy , however I did ask for more of the sauce that went on it which was the spicy aoli. They had a nice cucumber salad on the side. Even the deviled eggs were very good , slightly tangy if you eat the yellow part only felt a little too much pickle mustard taste but if you eat the whole thing it was really good. Lastly the portions were appropriate for lunch not too large, and very reasonably priced for the place and quality of the food you get. read more
If you can keep an 83 year-old 50 and 60 something in a 20 something happy, you're doing something good. We all loved our food. We love the service. We love the location very close to the symphony hall. The food was served fast, the employees were friendly. The food was light and healthy. It was a $96 lunch including tip. The most default tip was 18% and for a place where you walk up to order and all they do is bring the food table, think through that high of a tip. You have to get your own silverware and get your own water. Otherwise, give it a try! read more
Happy hour in the city. This is snazzy little spot that has great service and is clean upbeat and modern. We tried their Diego Rivera cocktail that was on happy hour and had to get a second because the combination of grapefruit with tequila is a must! Nice heavy pour and also tried their chorizo burrito. Definitely recommend this spot for a quick bite during lunch or after work happy hour. read more

Great spot before or after a game that hosts a full bar and great food at very reasonable prices. The staff are upbeat and provide good guidance on food selection. Theres a cozy little 2nd floor loft to enjoy as well. The deviled eggs are a steal at 3 for $5. read more
definitely was able to try some tasty food here at Ingo's. There was a lot of seating to see our large group and our food came out relatively fast and orders came out correctly. The breakfast sandwich was great and I loved it there and salsa/hot sauce. The chips were also amazing. The match was okay, would definitely get it cold! read more

Wow! This place was such an amazing treat! My son took me there & it was great :) The employees were so nice & helpful, the food... goodness so good! The frozen cafe au lait is NOT to be missed :) I am also not a deviled eggs fan...BUT... theirs were over the top tasty! Yum! The location's& atmosphere was so cute as well! read more

I was looking for a quick bite to eat and got Lost parking in the downtown Phoenix area, thank goodness I did because my bestie and I stumbled across this cute little restaurant with the BEST fish sandwich I've had in years. The bread was a buttery, light, sesame seed bread which melted in your mouth. The sandwich also came with lettuce, tartare sauce (which I'm convinced is made in house), pickles, and tomatoes. The fish itself was fried, lightly battered, and well seasoned. The edged were crispy and the inside was cooked perfectly without being dried out. I had to give this place a 5/5 for the sandwich alone. While the coffee was maybe a 4/5 the sandwich stood on its own and I'd go back over and over just to enjoy this again. read more
The Athena is the most unbelievable vegetarian sandwich I've eaten in my life. It's like a delicious fever dream between toasted multigrain bread. Too much of anything and it would have been overkill. But it was perfectly constructed by folks who know what they're doing. And I will try in vain to imitate it once we get home. Pomegranate labne. Cucumber. Sprouts. Roasted red pepper. Sundried tomato. Avocado. Truly this is more than the sum of its parts. I've never been the kind of person who wants to eat the same thing for lunch every day, but I guarantee you that I could eat this for a week, rather happily. If everyone knew that vegetarian food could be this delicious, we'd all have pet cows instead of dogs and cats. Our waitress was great. The coffees were delicious! I'll probably be awake until three in the morning but oh well. YOLO or something, right? The hummus? Also incredible. It came with flatbread and veggies. The watermelon radish was delish. It's a little noisy in here but really, not bad. The menu isn't huge but that means that everything is made carefully and with love. We haven't even left yet, if that tells you anything. read more
Today I can spend some time putting in words for Ingos. I spend time with "Protectors of the Salt River" after an early Sunday morning eradicating yellow stinknet weed by hand near the Audubon Center, a breakfast is had by all. So far, for me, it has been Ingo's, twice. I had a great experience at the ordering window. Therecwas no more fresh-juiced OJ left - strictly small batch. However, a woman beautiful in all ways was built peeling and juicing Fabulous grapefruit. I love fabulous grapefruit. I left it for someone else on this visit. The Knight of the Daily Till was also excellent as I ordered my banana Muffin and 92 octane coffee - pour my own half and half, rip open my raw sugar sweetener. The best part of my Ingoness has been the dedicated crowd of River Protectors. Ingo's gives us a great gathering spot upstairs. Our group filled the very long seating area in the Northest loft corner. Great for groups. read more

Ingo's is a good lunch spot for downtown dwellers and workers. I dropped in with some coworkers (still full from our coffees at Coffee Builders), but we wanted a light snack before a big work event. The shattered "potato chips" are slices of fried potatoes served with labneh - prob my favorite of our order because, well, it's fried. We also ordered the mezza dip plate, the deviled eggs, cucumber and feta salad. I do wish the mezza dip plate had a GF option (sub the pita for more veggies); only GF alternative is lettuce for the sandwiches/burger. I enjoyed my snacks, but nothing fully wowed me this time around. Til next time! read more
This place certainly lives up to the promise of tasty food! Came here while staying downtown for a conference as it is within walking distance of the Convention Center and the hotels. Service was friendly and they have self service kiosks which I can appreciate! Ordered the fried chicken sammy and the shattered potato chips and the food came out quickly and wqs absolutely delicious. The restaurant itself is very aesthetically pleasing and viby. Ambiance is excellent, a very casual but fancy vibe. Service was great, everyone was super nice and our food came out super fast. Food was also very good, we ordered the steak salad, the troubadour, the egg breakfast, the turkey club, and the shattered potato chips. All the food was super good, but the vinaigrette was super vinegary, I couldn't finish it, I would hold that next time but otherwise it was perfect. Also had the lemonade, some might say it was a bit sour but I like that. Overall very good, just beware of the vinegarness. read more
I love Ingo's! It's perfect for lunch if you work downtown. You can order online or at the kiosk and pick it up. They're usually pretty efficient even though it's always packed during lunch hour. I also came for breakfast once and it was really tasty. They have simple breakfast dishes but they're definitely made with love and quality ingredients! In fact, you can taste the quality of all the ingredients in everything I've ever tried here. Perhaps the best thing ever is the Salted Butterscotch Latte. It is elite and one of my favorite treats. It's not too sweet and the oat milk as well as the butterscotch are both homemade. The staff are truly kind and lovely! The space itself is on the small side, but they make the most of it. Definitely stop by and give Ingo's a try if you're downtown - they have cocktails and hh! If you like veggies and Mediterranean flavors, get the Mezze Dip Plate. It's so yummy. read more

I am absolutely delighted by this place. I live in the building next to fry's and decided to check it out a couple months ago. I have now visited Ingos more times than I can count. From their friendly, down to earth staff to their amazing quality food, I cannot come up with a single complaint. I eat their Chorizo Burrito at least once a week and can say it's the best chorizo burrito I've had in the valley. It's got the perfect amount of egg, chorizo, potatoes and cheese. The Strawberry Matcha and the Golden Honey Latte are always a good choice for a pick me up in the mornings. My experience with the staff has always been positive. They are so down to earth and super friendly. If you're in the DTPHX area definitely stop by, it's worth it. read more
