My family and I have done around 15 escape rooms in a couple different countries and many different states. This was one of our favorites ever! We did The Speakeasy and it was more of a scavenger hunt type game than a logic game and that's what we enjoy. We managed to escape but with only about a minute and a half left so it definitely kept us entertained for the whole hour. We will definitely be back for more Breakout games!

Winning with less than a minute left was really exciting

We had a great time! It was exciting to win with less than a minute on the clock and Adam gave us really good hints. They were super sweet and accommodating of my service dog, who just relaxed while we ran around! Sadly, Apex down below were horrible to us and we were forced to cut the day short. If anything, that makes me respect the kind staff at Breakout even more! We bought a t-shirt and a gift card and plan on returning soon!

I'm so glad I was able to experience breakout games! Definitely challenging to say the least! Challenging enough but if help was needed they assisted! Staff was super friendly and professional. Breakout Games provide a large variety of different challenges. My group of friends and I decided to do kidnapping. We ended up getting out on time. Each puzzle connects to one another, some were their own hints while others connected to a bigger hint. Definitely want to come back and try a different challenge the next time.

Luke and Melissa and the entire team at Breakout Marlborough are FANTASTIC!! They helped my then-boyfriend/now-fiancé set up a surprise engagement within our escape room puzzle! In terms of the escape room itself, we did the Undercover Alley one and it was super fun with a great story!

Came here for a managers team building event. We had an absolute blast. The team here was smiling the whole time. Alice was a great game master, was like having a 6th teammate. This was a blast, most definitely will be returning.

We made it! And we weren't alone! Rob guided us through with enough clues to figure it out and still keep it a mystery that we had to figure it out ourselves!! They explained everything prior to the game with detail and it's an Extra-ordinary experience! Super fun date night or head cracking family teamwork time! Highly recommend it if you want something different and fun to do! What a good vibed team and Rob you tricky tricky guy! Thanks for going above and beyond

The casino game was more about numbers and math than anything else, was hoping for something more thrilling and exciting.

Great variety of puzzles with a fun theme. Perfect for teams of 3-4. Puzzles were medium level difficulty. We also did Watson's Revenge which was full of clever puzzles, fun reveals and unique locks. Definitely have experienced players on your team as this one is pretty challenging. 4+ teammates is good for this one. Lastly, we did 13th Floor which was luckily not a scary room, just a slightly creepy theme. Really enjoyed the puzzles and riddles in this one as well as the interactive elements. 3-5 is good for this one. Puzzles are medium to hard difficulty. Rave reviews for the fun game master. The inventory/closeup system for the virtual/remote rooms were a bit tricky to juggle but allowed us to divide and conquer.

We came to do one, but the experience was pretty heavy for the group, and the great staff there let us change to a room that was better suited to our group, right on the fly! We ended up doing "King Arthur's Quest" and Sean, our gamemaster, did a great job at keeping us moving! A lot of fun and keep us occupied for an hour! We will definitely come back for other challenges! If you are thinking about coming, a word from the now-wise: pay heed to the challenge rating (PG, PG-13, etc.). And don't be afraid to ask questions about the challenge when you have your pre-meeting. If you are afraid of the dark - ASK! your gamemaster if the room is going to be dark. If you have to switch escape rooms based on your comfort factor, do it, you'll be glad you did. Thanks again Sean!

We did "The Heist" (which I think is one of their easier rooms) with a group of 8 people--7 adults and one kiddo. The rooms themselves are really elaborate and I was surprised by how advanced all the tech was. There were so many different kinds of creative puzzles, and they were challenging enough to keep us on our toes but not so difficult that it got frustrating. You get as many hints as you need, with no penalty for using them. Your guide watches via camera and jumps in to help as needed, but we only ended up needing one minor hint the whole time. We finished in about 45 minutes of the available hour. I think a big part of that was having a bunch of grown ups in the room, it might be difficult for an all-kid crew, but maybe that's where the hints come in! I noticed that on the website some of the rooms (particularly during busy times) are "Shared" games, so if you don't want to be paired with strangers, make sure you fill your whole game! The person running our game was so nice (I think his name is Anthony!), making sure we understood how everything worked and joking around with us before and after we finished. All in all we had a great time, I would 100% come back!

We visited Escape Game Worcester and played their "Fallout" room…read more THE STORY It is the year 1977. In front of us stood a fallout shelter, which is the last few remaining standing buildings after US was attacked in a Nuclear war. We had no choice but to explore what was inside... HIT THE BULLSEYE -The entryway to the room was a great mood setter for what was about to come. We always enjoy that extra touch. -Once we entered, the dim light and set design immediately captured our attention. Some props used were from that era and that really pulled us more into the story. -The game flow was great. Since this wasn't a linear room, we were able to explore separately and still come together for the important pieces of the puzzles later. -A "centerpiece" of the room became our favorite challenge to solve. It created that last moment of "urgency" we all yearn for in an escape room and gave us that final satisfied feeling when we completed the task. MISSED THE MARK -There were a few places that we thought we were going to be "surprised" with more than meets the eye, but that could also just be our selfish desire for wanting more. -One puzzle was hard to visualize for us but we were still able to be solve it using deduction. TAKE A SHOT? If you love a little exploration, discovery, and excitement, you'll want to try this room out. We were able to escape with just the two of us, but it's best recommended to go with at least 3 people. We can't wait to journey back for their other adventures.
