I went for the otter experience and it was truly worth every penny. The online booking process was seamless as was check-in. I had a private room with two otters and their caretaker. The otters were rambunctious but it made for such a fun and memorable visit. You could tell that they're very loved and well cared for. All of the staff that I encountered were very friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and very kind to the animals. I would highly recommend this business to other animals lovers who are seeking a unique experience.

We learned a ton about the owls and got to interact with them up close- as well as getting some epic pictures! The outdoor play area was really great for kids and I can't wait to come back with my grandkids. I was totally overwhelmed by the variety of animals they had- totally unexpected for a fairly small operation. We interacted with other employees as well including Captain Brian and Ron(?) who gave us a wonderful tour of several areas and animals. I have read some bad reviews here about enclosure sizes- of course we would all love to see these creatures running free in the wild, but many (most?) of these animals are injured and cannot survive in the wild. Others (Diego) have had their enclosure size limited (prescribed) by veterinarians to minimize additional strains on their injuries. I was especially moved by the way every employee I saw interacted with each animal. They respected them, spoke to each animal by name, and showed genuine love and affection for every creature there. I think if I could recommend an improvement, it would be more signage. There were several cages that weren't labeled, or didn't have a backstory listed. I definitely would like more information! Overall, I would definitely support this business and I will be back! I highly recommend you check this gem out too.

There was also a music class that morning and I asked if my son and I could check it out- we did and we loved it- wished we lived closer to sign him up for him but love they have special events throughout the year. I am a first time parent and jenny(the music teacher) was so helpful in showing me how to use music to bond with my son. After we went and played in their infant play area. This is a family run camp with a significant number of repeat staff and campers. The 2-week sessions give the campers a chance to become comfortable and competent. Many campers attend multiple sessions & I believe this is because the staff truly enjoys their work and the campers. It is such an awesome place, if only I was young again....

Dear Altitude Trampoline Park Customer Care,…read more I am writing to formally dispute the handling of a $150 Altitude gift card I purchased for the North Attleboro location. After purchasing the gift card, the North Attleboro location closed. I recently attempted to use the remaining value at your Marlborough location and was told that the gift card would not be accepted. I find this completely unacceptable. I paid Altitude $150 in good faith for services that I can now no longer use because Altitude chose to close the location. I did not cancel anything, allow the card to expire, or otherwise forfeit the funds. Altitude accepted my money, closed the location, and is now refusing to honor the value at another Altitude facility. How is it reasonable for the customer to simply lose $150 because your North Attleboro location closed? I am requesting that Altitude immediately provide one of the following: 1. Honor the full remaining balance at the Marlborough Altitude location, or 2. Issue a full refund of the remaining gift card balance. I would prefer to resolve this directly with Altitude, but I am asking for a prompt response and a reasonable resolution. Keeping a customer's money while refusing to provide the service it was purchased for is not an acceptable outcome. don't call yourself a franchise then!

the first few classes were awesome, the instructors were really engaged, and our 6yo loved it…read more then few weeks later there was a noticeable change in staff and not sure if its lack of training, the age, or what but several of the staff members would lay around on the floor during a good part of the class, not engage the students, were more engaging with own phones during the class, and frankly just had no clue on how to instruct younger kids (I will give you a hint... blabbing out several minutes of instructions is not the way) we cancel the membership, and surprisingly no one asked why we now get a phone call asking if we will be coming back and again no interest in knowing why we cancelled in the first place, just self interest in us coming back hope the owner(s) and management get more involved, especially with the 10 and under classes or simply not offer them to younger kids
