1st time visit Himalayan room. Very cool ambience
    Shanna M.

Breathe Salt Rooms - Brea I had such a wonderful experience today at Breathe Salt Rooms! My husband and I tried the Himalayan room for 45 minutes, and it was incredibly relaxing. We left lightly covered in salt, which made us laugh, but knowing all the health benefits of salt therapy made it even better. The ambience is beautiful, calming, and truly peaceful. Chase provided amazing customer service--he went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of. Salt therapy is 100% natural and safe for all ages, and it can help with allergies, asthma, sinus congestion, chronic cough, snoring, eczema, psoriasis, acne, stress, and SLEEP. We actually went because my husband is not the best sleeper and I've heard great things about salt therapy helping with rest and relaxation. We will definitely be back and want to try the room with massage chairs next. Each room looks different and has its own fun experience and type of salt. If you're looking for a unique and rejuvenating experience, I highly recommend giving Breathe Salt Rooms a try--you'll leave feeling refreshed, restored and a little salty.

I will reserve one less star for future visits as this is solely based on my first visit which was a great experience. I've read about the effects of halotherapy (salt room therapy) and the benefits of it for those suffering from breathing/lung issues like COPD, eczema, asthma, inflammation, circulation, congestion and so much more. We sat in one of their 5 salt rooms (each w different salt types and theme) for 45 min and you can feel the effects in one session. Notice the kids furniture in the room? Kids come for treatment too, it's actually very relaxing. My son who has suffers from chronic eczema flare ups said his skin felt a bit better while I slept soundly (which I have not been recently) and woke up to much less congestion the next morning. I plan to return to see if continued visits can keep symptoms at bay and if so I will update to a 5 star review. PS, owner was very friendly and helpful explaining the process.

Went yesterday to Breathe Salt Rooms in Brea and it was probably the most relaxed I've felt in a long time. It was aesthetically pleasing, relaxing, healing and just beautiful all around! It was so easy to book online and show up with the room ready for us! Great customer service and attention to every little detail that you could think of. They offer multiple different salt rooms and red light therapy! Great quality and highly recommend, I got their membership so I'm definitely going back soon!

What a great experience! Our family had been struggling with some congestion for the last week or so. We decided to check out the salt room experience to see if it might help. We loved it! We visited the Sea Room with three adults and three little ones. It was relaxing for us as adults and the kids loved playing in the epsom salt on the floor with the toys provided. When we got home our one year old twins napped great and woke up happy and their breathing sounded a lot better. We cant wait to visit again! We ended up buying a membership to allow us to go more often and share the experience with friends. Check out the Breathe Salt Room, you will be glad you did!

I'm so impressed! We spent 25 mins in the Himalayan salt room. Not only was it relaxing and cleansing but I feel like I can take a deeper breath after! Sandra, the owner was so welcoming and took the time to explain everything. I can't wait to come back and bring the whole family.

Along with salt caves, they have rooms dedicated toward other wellness services that are salt-treated like a sauna, lymphatic massager, red light therapy, and jade massage bed. Upon arriving, we were greeted by friendly staff who helped us out and introduced us to the different rooms and told us more about the health benefits of salt therapy which include anti-inflammatory and anti-respiratory effects. We then got to try out the different rooms: -The lymphatic massager was overall everyone's favorite. There's a small learning curve on how you can lean your body on the machine while it moves so that you can let it massage whichever body part you want. If you have any tense areas it's really good and it's easy to feel its effectiveness. -Jade massage bed is relaxing and passive. It has salt next to it and a salt lamp in the room and there were eye masks. You essentially lie down and let the massage bed work itself on you. -There are two red light rooms. One of them fits one person and you lie down on it but the other you can sit/stand and fit three people. We used the larger one. Even though you can fit three people, you'll all be sitting next to each other in a narrow area. The unique thing about this is that it's also salt-infused and we could taste the salt as it came ino the room. I'd bring a book, meditate or you can put on some music while you're in there. -Sauna has salt on walls. This is one of the nicest rooms visually and cleanliness wise. The room got really warm and hot and they had towels for you to dry off. They also provided water so you can stay hydrated -Lastly, the salt caves - these are the main highlight of Salt Me Halotherapy. The rooms are dark, but the design make you feel like you're at a beach. It's cool inside and salt is all over the floors and wall. We were told they change out the salt on the floor often (not sure about the walls) so hygiene doesn't seem to be an issue. There are a few salt rooms of different sizes so multiple people can be using them at once. It does feel therapeutic to sit inside and relax for a while. My friend said she felt some slight health benefits, but the next day she also said she felt really dehydrated and thinks it might be from the salt rooms. I had no issues myself. Lots of toys and entertainment for kids so it's great for working adults who need a day to treat themselves and there are monthly membership options for regulars. There are lockers in the back to put your stuff away. The customer service is really caring and nice which makes it feel like a premium experience. It's a small building with limited rooms. During the open event we also got to chat with some customers who were regulars and they were very passionate about the benefits that salt therapy has done for them (one person even mentioned that they keep a salt block in their car!). Honestly I'm still a little skeptical of salt therapy as I'm not sure if it's for everyone but it's worth trying out if you're not sure yourself! The idea makes sense, but it's hard to commit to going frequently unless you're local to the area or are going every day and want to have the supplementary wellness. I do like the other services like the sauna, lymphatic massager, and red light therapy. I kind of wonder if there would one day be a sort of day-pass experience where you can do all of the services in one day vs. booking individual services one-by-one because that might make for a nice spa day with a group.

They weren't prepared for the amount of people scheduled to be in the room. They were short one chair for my husband. My hubby and I waited patiently outside the room for them to bring him a chair while everyone else went in. By the time they set up his chair, everyone was already lying down in their chairs with their blankets and eyes closed. My husband's chair was placed in the back of the room right under the fountain light. Before I had a chance to say something, they announced, we will be closing the door and shutting off the lights. Therefore, I didn't say anything, assuming this would include the fountain light my hubby was under. It wasn't. His light remained on. He tried his best to use the blanket he grabbed to cover his eyes from the brightness. I couldn't enjoy my own experience knowing he was placed in such an awkward position in the room. Once the session was over, I kindly asked the staff member to stay back so I can show her that his chair was placed right under the light in an awkward corner of the room. She immediately said, well you could have moved the chair around. We actually couldn't have based on the size of the room and them bringing us in at a later time, when everyone was already laying down in their chairs with their blankets. Overall, I tried to voice our disappointment with the experience in a respectful and discreet way. The employee became defensive instead of listening to our concerns. She chose to argue back. The employee finally said sorry once we were at the check out counter in-front of everyone, making it more awkward for me & my husband. We paid everything in advance, and when we were trying to leave, she stopped us and said she needed to check we were good to go. Making us stay there longer, just waiting. We don't recommend this place due to the customer service. They only offered a 50 discount for a future experience with an expiration date. We don't plan to come back.

Parking shouldn't be an issue as it's in a little corner of the plaza. I actually liked it a lot more than Perspire since there is a small and large size Sauna.
