I was WAY up in the mountains above Boise in a campground with a diesel leak in my Sprinter van. Lo and behold, he's a specialist in diesel and heavy equipment and man-o-man, he diagnosed and fixed my van in less than an hour. He's my guardian Angel, and I'm not saying that flippantly. It was Thursday before a Labor Day weekend, and he himself was flying out of town for holiday and he sensed how much I needed the help in my situation. He was 2 hours away and was there by noon. The service guy said they thought it was a turbo which 9.5 to 10 quarts our car takes 7 quarts. We took it to Porsche which they determined there was too much oil and removed it all which we paid $250. I would not recommend this place poor customer service.
