After calling in a tow truck back to Wells, feeling like our trip was ruined, we got word that a team of mechanics were en route with another replacement van and were going to repair the original van in order to get themselves back home. By the next day we were on our way and feeling renewed on our adventure! The Hop Shops service was expedient, friendly (helped me switch all our many things and gear to the new van), and very good mechanics as they fixed the van on the go! We took it to Porsche which they determined there was too much oil and removed it all which we paid $250. I would not recommend this place poor customer service.

I asked them to check the pressure in the spare under the bed and set it to the same pressure as the other 4. He asks wouldn't I rather set it to the max pressure?(60#) I've done tire repair dating back to 1988. I politely tell him no set it like the rest. He crawls under the truck then tells me the pressure is to low for his fancy machine and it won't air up the tire. He tells me if I get the tire out from under the truck they can put it in the cage and air it up there. Umm... No! Instead I took the truck over to the air pump at Walmart and paid to put 40# of air in my tire. Sometimes simple is better and my time is valuable.

I then took it back for them to re balance and once again it was not balanced. Even worse, I took a look at the back wheel and they completely scratched the inner wall of my brand new wheel when trying to move the balance weights. I took it back again and showed them, and they said they would get me another wheel. but when I asked them to put that wheel on my spare, because I had already got it ceramic coated, he charged me half price on the extra wheel, at full cost, not even at what they could buy them for at the time. Manager was very rude and it took them 2 and a half hours from my arrival to complete the new tire and balance. best part of it all is that it still isn't balanced..... never going back

Just needed a drain and refill: my advice is to take it to oreillys where they will read the code for free and then tell you what parts you'll possibly need. I had given this place the benefit of the doubt even though last time they made my wife cry by insulting her vehicle and charging her 150$ diagnostic which she never agreed to. Her mobile paperwork was different from what they could see on their end. Waste of time

I am a college student facing multiple tuition bills, nonetheless when I come in to get my car, it has had a full 60k service done and charged, changing a max $200 bill into a $700 bill. They had no documentation stating that anyone authorized the charge other than "it was scheduled for it." I am outraged and recommend nobody should use this dealership.
