It was just a little job, but I was greeted by the most refreshing receptionist at the front desk that it most likely will become a complete HVAC job. Not very good customer service by Tina because when you call to inquire why the auto renewed your contact without performing the service, she puts you on hold while you're speaking. The interesting part is when she comes back only to tell you that you have multiple years of service without having used your prior services they auto billed you for. This is very sneaky to say the least! Be VERY CAREFUL when signing up for their service contracts. The do not call you, nor remind you to schedule your service. The DO, auto renew you without performing the services and that is not only poor business practice, it's also dishonest. Pass by this one. I called them out when my air conditioning was not cooling very well. The service tech came on time and had to add one pound of Freon to the unit. It helped for a few hours but by the next day if was worse than ever. Two other techs came to check it out and did absolutely nothing but tell us they would get someone out after the weekend to evaluate and recommend a new air conditioner. Come Monday, no one showed up even after several phone calls during which the manager, Albert, told me someone was on the way. No one showed up and Albert didn't answer my follow up phone messages. The next day, I called another company who came and had to add 4 pounds of Freon because all that had been added previously had leaked out plus 3 additional pounds because a valve was open. I called back to Breeze and was told that I would be refunded the amount of their service charge. This never happened and Albert never returned my phone messages. Went in to get a rectangular piece of sheet metal with an L on one edge. They call next day, "hey it's ready". Awesome! Not quite, L is on the wrong side. Instead on wanting to make it right, the guy wants to argue about the drawing. Fine! I'll pay for it. Now let's try again, and this time let's make it correctly. After a week and no call, I call and ask, is my piece ready? Nope, "we're busy and haven't gotten to it." Something that took less than a day the first time, now takes over a week? Don't look any further. Call these guys! Brandon, the sales guy is knowledgeable, honest and will not try to sell you anything you do not need or cannot afford. He will quote you 3 levels to consider and included their own 5 Year Warranty on top of the manufacturer's warranty. Yes, I shopped around and did due diligence. Breeze is a larger company, I felt if I had any issues, they could respond quicker than the one-manned operation. Once I gave the "go", three employees showed up at my house the next morning at 7:45 am. These guys are a team of experienced professionals. They had it done by 1:30 pm but they stayed to clean up after themselves and monitor the system to make sure it was working properly. They hauled off the old HVAC. A few days later, they sent Moya (has worked for Breeze for 27 years) and his co-worker to push more cool air to my back bedrooms. I cannot say enough about this company. (They had face coverings, gloves and booties. They also cleaned up after themselves.) Around this time, I received an invoice via email from Cory who is their accounting person. Even he was a delight to talk to over the phone while settling up the bill. Never once did they ask me for payment up front. Seriously. Call these guys. Let them take care of you, like they did me and my family. They will make you happy about the system and about the money you paid. read more

This is probably the least knowledgeable A/C company I have ever dealt with. I'm in the process of buying a house and the home inspector noted that (without getting into too much detail) the A/C units had been incorrectly installed by the builder. If Breeze only knew how to read model numbers they would have known that the units were incorrectly installed. Any A/C contractor worth anything knows that one of the digits in the model number of ANY manufacturer indicates the size of the unit. This is an industry standard!!! Not only did Breeze A/C contradict my inspector but they replaced a 3 amp fuse without ever finding the cause of the problem. When a fuse blows it blows for a reason. Just replacing the fuse and not finding the cause is useless because the problem will only reoccur. I called another A/C contractor and confirmed that the units were in fact incorrectly installed. read more

Breeze A/C is a great company - a client of ours went to another company and got an estimate for almost $13,000 to replace his system, and was told that it had to be done right away to save the roof or something like that.. I was suspicious, so I called Joe Jr. and asked him to give the client a call and see if somebody else was blowing smoke. Well, the client went with Breeze, only needed minimal work (not $13,000 of work in the least bit!), and because of how Breeze handled our client, he ended up buying his grill and components from us - said he was happy to have an honest referral and was pleased with Breeze. When the temp has been bouncing off 120, Breeze has tried to cover the area and their service people have been working overtime to help maintain systems. They responded to my system shut down in about six hours. This is a second home for me in the desert so I rely on the temp alarm and great service. It was a simple fix for their tech but not for me. After looking at the system he determined the company that did the initial install, failed to fully charge the system with Freon.
